Very friendly and helpful in store staff. Units are acceptable like any other storage unit. Great security. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five was because I got an email immediately after I reserved my unit telling me to expect a call from the facility manager. I still have not received that call. Im also having difficulty setting up automatic payments.

Climate controlled, isnt climate controlled! No heating or air. Just indoors. Only one available in size needed. However, I guess its more protected from thieves!

The reason that I have to move isnt a very pleasant one but working with Missy gave me some comfort.She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Storage Mart to friends and family.

I started at the 102nd/Maple location in Omaha and realized later that there was one in a more convenient location off Industrial Rd. Both Store managers (Brenda and Zachary) were very pleasant/patient and super helpful even when I wanted to change locations after already filling out the paperwork and viewing the unit. Neither one gave me a hard time about that and just wanted to accommodate me. It made my experience very quick and painless. I’m very grateful!!

I just signed up for a large unit, I did the process 100% online. When I got there all I had to do was sign a contract. They have seamless service and the woman at the counter was a wonderful person to talk to and work with. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I definitely recommend this company if you are in need of storage. I also researched all the places in Omaha and this place has the best price too!

I had a very pleasant experience with this location. The manager was very helpful and patient with my questions. She also provided some very helpful tips for preparing to move the stuff out. If ever I have a need again, I wouldnt hesitate to rent another unit here!

I did my research and made many calls while trying to decide on a storage facility. I decided on Storage Mart located near 102nd & Maple Street. The location is prime but I made my final decision to rent here because of the friendly staff and superb customer service!! I would like to give a special thank you to Mary! She went above and beyond to make this a phenomenal experience!! The place is fairly cheap although they have extremely weird pricing. The same size unit can be double the price. Doesnt make a ton of sense but I guess bc one is closer to the main door its more expensive. We were 2 days late on our payment (we were out of town). They wouldnt budge on the late fee. It was our fault technically but was still hoping for some grace.

Recently StorageMart bought out several of the storage facilities in my area. The facility I was utilizing was in need of several upgrades. Since they have taken over there has been several improvements which I am very pleased with. I would give them a five star rating except for the fact they have just notified me they would be increasing the rent next month on both of my rentals. I have been paying premium dollar for my units & was very disappointed to receive the increase notification.All in all, I would refer them as a good rental facility. I do feel the new management is doing a better job than the previous.

I am a long time renter soon to be emptying my storage unit. I have to say my unit stayed dry no water damage at all. The staff is friendly and answered my questions in a timely manner. One young lady even gave me a boost!One thing that can be improved is ice removal. I had to buy my own ice melt to put ion front of my rental garage which I felt should have already been taken care of by the facility.I will recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean affordable place to store your personal/business items.

I have been a customer of 680 Maple mini storage for the better part of 10 years with no problems. Several months ago it was acquired by Storage Mart. Fast forward to today and we have 3 adults literally living in a unit several doors down from mine. I have made repeated complaints to the office management. I did receive a return call from the site manager, he assured me they were aware of the issue and were in the process of evicting them. I have also spoken to the 3 living in the unit, they assure me that they have 24 access and have spoken also to the manager. He told them they just need to leave for a little bit every 4 hours. Not happy about being lied to, not happy watching the place turn into a literal dump. Will be adding photos here and also sharing them and videos of the conversation I had with the squatters on social media. Cheers

Crooks!!! You can not trust these people! First of all I confirmed a 17ft truck and when I showed up they only had a 14 or a 26 foot I had to get the 26 foot. They said that I placed my order online and I had actually made it with Kevin who said he was the owner. I told them this and they just ignored me and said so you want the 14 or the 26 ft. They said they would see what they could do to lower the cost for me but they never did.Then when I turned in the truck on a Sunday they said the gas was lower then when I picked it up which is not true. I made sure there was more in it then when I got it because I had a half mile to drive to drop it off from the gas station. When I got there I turned it off and turned it back on just to make sure and it didnt move at nearly an 1/8 of a tank more then when I got it. They charged me $40 more. When I questioned them they said I couldnt see the truck or let me go put more gas in it.Also, they charged me .89 cents per mile and when I check on line the cost is .69 cents per mile!!Trust me DO NOT GO HERE!!! We saw a negative report on them before we went there, I wish I would have headed their advice, I hope you learn from my mistake!
