New owner June 2021. Old staff was awesome. New staff is rude. The electronic contract makes it hard to select no insurance. It was very telling. Temp controlled unit get moisture from overheads breaking in summer. They take no responsibility.

Great building, good maintenance. Highly recommend avoiding sales staff, Ive only found aggravation when looking for a second unit and attempting to price check. Still, good place despite those Ive encountered.

Im very pleased with my experience at Lockbox. Jeff is a professional and congenial manager who helped me find the right sized locker for my stuff. The facility in Midtown is large, clean and secure. I feel confident that my property is safe while I store it there, and that I am playing a very reasonable rent for my space.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff are personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. The prices are well within my budget, overall I like it. The only thing that would make it perfect is if you were allowed in 24 hours a day.

Best service from beginning to end. I called the place late in the evening to leave a message but a very helpful lady answered the phone and gave me all the details I needed. I was to drive 10 hours to get to the storage to help my daughter move her dorm stuff. I called the place when I still have 2 hours of driving left. The manager, Jeff, confirmed that he will wait for me even though it was pass their close time on a Saturday. Once there Jeff made the process for my daughter very easy and gave her the best rate. This place have The best service and best price.

The manager was great! He gave me a tour and he made sure that everything, including my codes and lock, worked correctly before I left. The place was brand new when I got my unit, and Jeff and I had a great time going through the paperwork; I dont think that I have ever had a more fun experience signing for you storage before! I called one time with a question and left a voicemail and Jeff called me back right away. The place is very clean, and if you have any issues at all, they will take care of them immediately.

NOW OPEN! Check out the LockBox Storage facility in Midtown on 74th and Farnam just off of 72nd and Dodge. This location offers a lot of easily accessible parking, climate controlled units with 1st floor access, and even large pull-up units that are inside and heated!
