Horrible customer service. Walked around for maybe 10 mins before anybody even looked at me or said anything. With zero other customers present. When you drive 40 miles to make that big purchase and put something nice on your car it’s just disappointing. The man with the beard was just rude and acted like I was bothering him. As if he didn’t think I could afford anything. I shouldn’t have to beg an employee for service or to want to sell me something. I’ll never go back or recommend this place.

A coworker recommended them, won’t go anywhere else . I wish they offered more services so I could have a mechanic I could trust too! They are honest and always take care of me ! Always friendly when I come in, know me by name . Great customer service

Folks here found the exact tires I needed and installed, replacing spare all like it was their own truck. Worked for a fair price. No appointment (first come first served) policy concerned me at first, but no over promising here. Told me when job would be done and delivered. Beware 3% credit card fee, bring your checkbook or cash. Definitely my go to place for tires in the Omaha area.

I was advised to go to Lyles since they support dirt racing. Mike was polite and informative. Asked me what kind of driving I do and recommend a set of tires. Within a day the tires were at the shop and he got them on my truck.

Very professional. Didnt oversell. Better than Tommys, who flat out told me they couldnt help because of a locking mechanism within my tires. Lyles told me what it was, but they still helped me find the perfect match. When someone tells you NO, go find your YES!!

These guys are great I found some rims I liked they ordered them and got them in for me and I didnt have to pay for anything until I saw the rims and knew that I wanted them. These guys did a great job and I will go through them for my future needs

On several occasions I went to Lyles for either sales or services, the sales staff is rude and indifferent. Great selection of wheels and tires but if i want to be treated with courtesy and respect i will shop elsewhere! After reading other customers reviews and the cookie cutter response from the owner it’s apparent that they operate their business this way. Your front end staff deserves a knuckle sandwich more often than not but I’d like to see you go out of business!

Found myself with a nail in my old tire. Got a used tire mounted for an awesome price with equally awesome service. Super quick. Also had them fix a wheel in the past with the same perfect experience. This is my go to tire shop. Highly recommend!!!

Ive been going here for 16 years. Theyre the only place in town that Ill trust with aftermarket wheels. Ive had them work on everything from low profile drag radials to heavy duty truck tires- have always had good prices and great service.

First off, DO think they have one of the best selections of tires and wheels in Omaha. Also believer their service techs go above and beyond to do a great job. Have bought two sets of tires and wheels for various vehicles of mine, both times well over $1500 in packages, each. With this said, their front desk staff is about as bad of a customer service experience Ive had when spending this kind of money. Most recent wheel package was purchased just this past March, I called because Im having some tire balancing issues on these fairly new tires, and they quoted me $20/tire, which is about $7 higher than Jensen and Discount Tire. And pretty much got the attitude of a take it or leave it approach. Well, just know I still love the wheels I purchased from them. But cant see myself purchasing ever again based on the service experience ever again. No empathy I just spent almost 2gs with you, and months later Im having an issue, and you dont even want to be competitive on pricing. There are way too many internet options these days, with tires coming to your doorstep fully balanced. Ill look elsewhere for my next purchase. And if anyone asked me, have one place that Id tell them steer clear from.

Poor customer service, I brought in 2 brand new $300 tires and they threw them across the garage with no care, they dont seem to care about customers belongings, my subs were facing down when I got my car back. Just all seems like it was inconvenience for them even though Im a paying costumer.

Great guys. Honest service. Went in to get a bent rim repaired and they were fast and had the best price for rim repairs that I could find in the metro. Will definitely keep lyles tires as my go to guys for tires and rims!

I walked in noticing the attendant was talking to another Caucasian guy. When I walked in the attendant quickly walked out. I made a call the day before and spoke to someone who told me to bring it in the morning as I didnt know the wheel size off hand. I have never felt this frozen out by an Omaha business. I will never return to this racist place.

I purchased a used tire from Lyles off 84th about 6 months ago. After I drove my car home (less than 3 miles away) the tire they had just sold me went flat. When I called the store, the man told me he would never put a sub-par tire on a vehicle so he wasnt sure how that would happen.. but he offered to replace the tire anyway. He replaced the tire with an equally bald one as the first tire and this replacement went flat just last month so I finally purchased a new tire from a reputable establishment. I do not recommend used tires from this store. The staff made me feel like I was wasting their time, not a friendly environment for new customers.

Great tire shop. I was in town to get my car serviced and someone dropped several pallets on I80 in Council Bluffs. I was able to avoid the big pieces, but apparently I caught a couple nails on my drivers side front tire. I went to Lyles shop to get my toe repaired and they did a great job and was able to work me during their busy afternoon schedule. Highly recommended and Thank you!

Just went to Lyles tires. I’ve never been there before. They took care of us right away no appointment necessary the technician was great I will go again I also have a vehicle that has nitrogen tires and being as it’s very hard to find a place in the Omaha area that does nitrogen anymore I gladly will go back I would highly recommend it

Went to discount tire originally because i was having a vibration at interstate speeds to get my wheels rebalanced, got it back, still vibrated, took it back a 2nd time, still vibrated. Called and talked to the manager who i originally was dealing with and told him about the issue and told him i wanted them road force balanced which he said they can do and to bring it in a 3rd time which i did. When i got to the store he claimed they already road force balanced them which i knew was a lie because he told me to bring it in again so they could do it and i also saw that they used the same normal balancing machine that they did the 1st time and i remember him saying they did a dynamic balance the 2nd time. He told me to contact the place i got the tires and wheels from to complain to them which i wasnt going to do. Called Lyles and they squeezed me in, and found one of the wheels discount did was off by an ounce and the other front wheel was showing a 20ish pound load difference on the road force machine. They moved the tire around and rebalanced and the rest is history, car doesnt shake like it used to and rides good now. Eff discount tire.

Ive been coming here for years. Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and will do what they can to take care of you. They provide price up front and recommendations if you need any. I highly recommend them for tire/wheel related needs.

Went into store with my wife to look at some new wheels for her new ram 1500 and we did not have a good experience. After finding a set she liked and we talked about it in private she immediately told me these guys here are not the friendliest which I also noticed. I also tried to do a price match to another store and when I confronted them about it with proof of price and being in stock they kinda had a bad attitude about it at first because they couldn’t believe their price was that good on the same wheels. Finally they agreed to lower there price some but when I showed up to pay for wheels the price was not what we agreed on. I ended up just paying and left there knowing we would never do business there again. I run my own business and trying to be sneaky and not up front about things is a quick way to lose customers. I’m also in the show truck atmosphere and could of recommend a lot of people for business but that definitely isn’t happening now.

The gentlemen at Lyles were amazing. They got my car in, the flat tire repaired, replaced on my car, donut back in its stow, and out the door in under 15minutes!!! They were also giving my 2yr son high-fives out the door. Cant say enough nice things about these men. Will always return to Lyles Tire and you should too.

We purchased a used tire from Lyles a few months ago. They were very helpful and honest.Today, a coworker noticed a small split in my tire. I took it up to Lyles and one of the guys took a look at it, after I said I probably needed a new tire. He told me it wasnt bad, and that if I just keep an eye on it, it should be fine. He said hed be happy to sell me a new tire, but didnt think I needed it. They even aired up my tires for me. They have, again, made me a repeat customer with their honestly and help.

Lots of cool wheels. Kind of hard to pick new wheels though because Id have to pick them from a catalog. At least when Ive looked at some of the wheels on line I get to see a picture of my car with the wheels Im interested in.

Came in with some bald tires looking for something on the cheap. They only had one used tire in my size but I was fine with what I could get. Got it installed in a timely fashion. Loved the breakroom chairs, very comfortable.

I carried in my tire like I have 100 times in the past. They immediately yelled at me because I didnt read the new sign on the bottom half of the door that said I needed to carry my tire all the way around to the far end of the building.The guy in the back just told me to leave my tire against the wall. I said did you wanna take my name or anything he informed me I had to walk back around to the front where they took my name and nothing else.I ran a couple errands and came back to find out the used tire they were selling me was a directional tire and since they didnt ask for my phone number I had to wait longer.All in all the customer service was terrible. Even though I had to wait longer they were more concerned with customers spending more money than I was than how my customer service was or the fact I was there first and already waiting.

Very slow. Nobody seems very excited or motivated to get much done around here. I waited over an hour to get tires that I purchased here rotated.They seem to have an old computer system that doesnt save customer information so make sure you keep your receipt. Good luck with that.Ill be going to the other guys next time.

Whether in store or over phone we were given plenty of attitude while worker tried to at least seem to care a bit & then ended up somewhat helpful eventually after asking for additional help rather than been given the assistance generally provided in basic customer service . Service provided ended up costing 3 times the cost for same service provided at different establishment we ended up using the following week & upon further research, Lyles in comparison was also more than majority of quotes recieved for the following week same service.

Good place to repair a flat. Been here a few times, they always treat me right. Plus theres a nice rim display in the main area with a bench to sit at.

Bought aftermarket tires and rims online and went to Lyles tire to have them install. Courteous and responded fast when i arrived. The whole Process took a little of an hour and was pleased with the time and service, no complaints!

Never going back !! Had an issue regarding after-market tires & wheels I had purchased from an out of town seller & needed technical info about fitment. Now I have purchased a couple sets of tires & wheels over the years from Lyles & never had a problem.. The tall gentleman behind the counter was very sharp, helpful & was seriously knowledgable. Now the shorter, smaller guy (apparently a manager?) could care less, twice when the tall employee (big guy I am sorry I don;t remember your name) was asking for his input on my situation he wouldnt even look up from his phone, just threw out a couple answers like we were bothering him & was completely rude.

Great experience for my first time there. Was referred to them by a co-worker. When I first arrived I gave them the wrong info for which tire was bad. They checked the aforementioned tire and of course it was OK. Went on to check the other tires and found the true culprit. Was fully expecting multiple charges for examining multiple tires. NOPE. Just a charge for one fix. They are my place for my tires now.

I cant really say much other than when my husband sent me to pick up a tire for our car my experience was pretty bad. When I walked in the shop the majority of the customers and employees were Male I felt out of place immediately. Especially when I was given several stares as if to say, what the hell are you even doing here?The atmosphere was very unwelcoming, and I dont think I will be bringing my business here Jensen is definitely going to be my familys main business to go too.

Always quick and to the point which is what you want when youre in a hurry. I got a set of 4 new tires after I had a flat at a great price, they answered all my questions, and to my surprise got free nitrogen inflation.I may be biased as a repeat customer at Lyles, but I also think it is fitting for accusers to write negative reviews anonymously; it makes you wonder how true that review is.

Lyles Tire is my goto place whenever I have a flat. They are very good. In fact they were recommended to me by a different wholesale tire place when they could not fix a tire. Over the years I have been there maybe 6-7 times - different tires - lawn mower, front tractor wheel, my little hatchback universal tire, jeep tire etc.Last week they installed a lift kit on my TJ Wrangler Jeep - done in one day, reasonable price.Planning on using them again.

Local, family owned business that takes care of your tire and wheel needs. I have been in dozens of times and have always been pleased with the service Mike, Dean and even Kenny provide.

Horrible customer service. My car broke down and I had it towed here. their said they would take a look and call me with what they found. Two days went by and no one called. I called them and could not get a straight answer as to what tests they performed or how they came to the conclusion they did. And they refused to fix what they said was wrong with the car. After all of that when I went to have it towed to another garage the FREE diagnosis suddenly cost $50.

Had what I thought was a tire issue today and found out it was a rim problem.They could not fix the rim but did put the spare on and did not charge me a dime.I was extremely impressed with the help I received.Thanks for getting me back on the road

Terrible service DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TIRES. The owner is RUDE, they OVERCHARGE you. I spent 152 dollars for them to install 2 used tires, I could of went to Wal-Mart and got the same thing but new tires. ALSO my car wouldnt start so they thought the best way to fix it was to take off my amp wire to my battery with out me knowing and leave it dangling around WHICH COULD OF SHORTED OUT MY CAR!

Completely awful customer service. Their tone of voice when you ask question is horrible. They act like they are annoyed. Wish the owner would realize the amount of business they COULD get if they treated people with a little respect.

I should have read the google reviews before walking in there, they pretty much summed up my exact experience.I walk up to the counter, stand there looking at 4(4!) people behind the counter. I finally say howdy politely. The older gentlemen on the left took a second and finally said hi. I asked : how do things work here? Do I look around, do you have brochures, etc? He told me i need to tell them what kind of car, etc first, (insert multiple common sense remarks here), then decide what I want based on what goes on my car. OK I say. Then he says but the guy you want to talk to is there (pointing to the guy directly in front of me).This guy looks at me, looks back at his computer as if he was annoyed I was there. I then say ok, so what do we do from here?. I can go on and on about every little piece of this experience but really, does the owner of this place not have a clue that his employees are running people off?If you happen to read this (Lyle?), inform your employees that a simple hello, how can I help may actually make you more money.For that matter, find the nicest employee you have and put the rest of these guys in a backroom somewhere out of site of your clients.BTW- Im in the market to buy wheels and tires for my Infiniti. I wasnt just in there looking for a flat tire repair.
