Was the most amazing car shop experience I’ve ever had! Will definitely be coming here again when I need to! And will be recommending them to others! The people here are so friendly, nice, understanding, helpful and more! I wouldn’t have my car if it weren’t for Barry, he went to bat for me and helped me out so much with my warranty company! When I brought my car in they gave me a ride home! They helped me figure out the rental stuff and any question I could ask they did their best to answer! They kept me updated with any changes and updates that were occurring! For my first time dealing with something alone they made it less scary, and helped me out so much! It was such a smooth and easy experience dealing with them, it would’ve been a quick fix but due to warranty stuff it took longer, but all the while I was being updated on what was going on! I’m so very grateful!

Car was reaching 100k miles and needed to have them do a once over everything just to make sure itll run another 100k. They gave me a detailed report of what they suggested as well as provided videos and pictures as to why. Everyone Ive worked with here are top notch and provide the best service at a reasonable price. They really help you understand the important items and arent just looking to sell things that arent necessary. On top of everything else the warranty they provide on service done here also makes sure you wont be left in the dark with a broken vehicle two days later for the same thing.

I have used Christian Brothers for simple oil changes to much larger issues with all my vehicles over the last couple years and I would 100% recommend them. Yes, the price is going to higher than the average price for most repairs but your are paying for top notch quality and customer service. We have done 2 larger repairs for an old ram and one on a newer wrangler. You get to drive away knowing its good to go.

Fantastic customer service. (Thank you Chris!) I appreciate that they never try to oversell me on things I dont need when Im just there for an oil change, but educate me on what might be needed, when and why. I will be a loyal customer of theirs for the foreseeable future.

I am disappointed in the service I received. I dropped off my car for a maintenance inspection in the morning and 5 1/2 hours later I had heard nothing. I had to call and it was only when I called that anything started to be done. Also I have a screen that shows when maintenance is required and has info on fuel consumption and etc. After the work was done the screen was reset and most of the indicators have disappeared. I will likely have to find a dealer to restore the settings. The service otherwise was fine and I am puzzled by the communications breakdown and the dashboard settings issue.

The staff at Christian Brothers are so welcoming! I brought the kids with me to get the car an oil change and we were treated like royalty! The kids even said “I want to go back here a lot!” Hopefully my car won’t be here a lot but this is where I will get all my oil changes! Thank you!

I cannot begin to express the happiness I feel after getting serviced by CBA. They saved me $800, they were kind, they gave me a courtesy shuttle ride home (30 mins one way!) & offered to come get me even my car was ready. I felt safe and secure in their hands. Consistent Communication. Electronic review and authorization all over mobile phone was more efficient than visiting consistently about work options. Speed of review and resolution, and being able to opt out of options for another time, all electronically, with no regrets or conflict, was well met. As a first time visit from my other mechanics, I will repeat my business at this location. Great experience.

The staff are so friendly and they provide drinks or coffee with usb and multi cords to charge your phone if needed. Bathroom was super clean.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Super friendly, quality work, fair prices, and every staff member I have interacted with is amazing. This is a place you can trust. We first came upon them when my wife stopped with all of our kids for a burned out brake light shortly after we moved to the area. They not only fixed the problem immediately and very quickly, but they were great with my kids band interacting with them. They made a stressful afternoon for my wife a lot less stressful with their service. This is our shop of choice!

All in all so far the job has been done to satisfaction. I havent had any issues since my Alternator and battery was replaced.

I and my kids have used this Christian Brothers a number of times and have been completely satisfied every time. They have always treated us with respect, been very detailed in explanations and we have never felt pressured in any way. I have and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. Also, wanted to add that I have a Ram Ecodiesel which require some specialized knowledge and training to work on and they are one of the only shops I would trust to work on my diesel.

I have been taking my car to the dealership for years for help on an engine light that kept coming on. Finally, a place that could explain what it is and why it keeps coming on! They are trustworthy and always go through their findings with you. They are now my go-to place for all my automotive needs.

I do not always do reviews, which I should but this service is unbelievable and the staff deserve to be recognized. In this day and age, technology is important and I like it but I am glad it was not exchanged for quality customer service. I purchased a new car in November and was having my father drive my older car until they replace theirs. When I got into it recently I knew it did not sound right and that it needed an oil change. I scheduled the oil change (with a live person- yes, I am somewhat old school) but i know they offer online reservations also. I also explained to them the issue and asked them to check it out. I arrived at 7AM (I love that I can drop off the car before I head to work) and they gave me a courtesy ride (which is a great feature). They promptly called me later and sent me a text that I could see the video and other diagnostic. Gary called me and explained to me what they found and what the video represents (very nice feature) and he gave me some options and what needed to be fixed. He also helped to prioritize giving me the chance to save on something that could be done in the near future but not immediately. They gave me the estimate, I agreed. They worked on my vehicle and was ready to go the same day! I also asked them about possibly getting new tires and they even offered to drive the car over to discount tire (close by) so that I did not have to pick it up and drive it there. Thats great customer service! The service you receive is excellent. They are honest and value all of the customers. I was also pleased to see that the manager was helping people get checked in etc. which is rare sometimes instead of just sitting in the back. In a society where excellent work does not always get praised, I wanted to make sure they and everyone else knew how pleasant they made it, even though car repairs are never fun. I also received this note in the mail and could not believe how nice this is. It really made me feel like a valued customer and looked handwritten and personalized. Technology is great (which this organization has) but personal service does say a lot about a company. This company has won my continued business definitely. Please share this information with your employees. They all did a wonderful job helping guide someone who knows nothing about cars through repairs and was honest while doing it. Customer for life! This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic. From the front desk associate, to the mechanic, and invoicing, the level of service and detail was something I had never seen. I don’t expect perfection but I require honesty, integrity and good communication when I pay for any kind of service. They met/exceeded all those standards and it made a hectic time of life, completely painless. I will 100% be back. Also, if you bought a car from CarMax and get the warranty plan, CBA is a preferred and approved service location!

I had a very positive experience at CBA! My car needed a new battery, and although CBAs garage and parking lot was filled with vehicles, they were able to service my car before close of business. Additionally, they arranged transportation for pickup and drop off. We have a 98 Plymouth Voyager with low mileage and no rust, but she was suffering from multiple problems from her old age. The dashboard worked intermittently. The suspension was dangerously sloppy. The air conditioner and defroster did not blow cold air at all.Other repair places and dealers (Not to be named) gave estimates for repair that far exceeded the value of the vehicle. Due to her age, the van could not have the suspension repaired, because new parts were no longer made. To fix the dashboard issues, everybody said they had to tear the dashboard off, with estimates ranging from $1500-$2500. To fix the air conditioner, everybody said we needed an entirely new unit, with estimates around $2500.Then a friend told us to check out Christian brothers.The place was spotlessly clean- even the work bays. The waiting area had a coffee maker, plenty of cold drinks and comfortable chairs for the customers. Polite and professional service with a genuine smiles!They were able to find used parts for the suspension for under $1000, repair the dashboard by soldering a loose connection for $50, And completely repaired the air conditioner by Replacing a ruptured hose and adding coolant for under $400.Now I tell all of my friends and family to go to Christian Brothers Automotive for repair.Now, it’s like driving a new car!

Matt, Lucas, and Mike, I think the other guys name is were very patient and accommodating as far as my budget for repairs but making sure everything was fixed properly and done so promptly, even after I had to return the car shortly after I got it back from them.

Getting a second opinion saved us $4,600!!! Christian Brothers told us we needed a new transmission and when we took it to Woodhouse Ford, they said there was absolutely no reason we would need a new transmission.The transmission light came on briefly when I was driving (After turning it off and back on the light was gone). To be safe I decided to have AAA tow it to Christian Brothers. I figured it must have been a sensor issue since it wasn’t jerky like a transmission issue usually is, and the light went off when I turned the car back on.After paying for a deeper diagnostic, we were shocked when they told us our transmission oil was black and there was metal in it, so we would need a new transmission. They quoted us $4,600 for the job. We decided to get a second opinion, so we towed it to Woodhouse Ford.The mechanics at Woodhouse Ford drove it for 40 miles on the interstate (our odometer shows that they really did) and could not get any messages to come up and said that the computer must have been cleared because they couldn’t even see the message I originally saw. They checked the oil and said it was a light brown color, not “extremely discolored and black”, like Christian Brothers claimed it was. We didn’t want to think that Christian Brothers would be so dishonest, so we had Ford check it a 2nd time and WE requested them to change the transmission oil to make sure there wasn’t metal in it like Christian Brothers told us there was. Sure enough, they informed us that everything was working just fine and even the oil was fine when they changed it too.On December 16th, 2020 I called Christian Brothers to ask for an explanation on the drastic differences in diagnosis. Matt told me that it’s a “fairly challenging job” so that the technician at the Ford dealership probably just didn’t want to do it. He said that most likely the Ford technician just figured he’d change the oil and “risk it”(They didn’t change it. We later requested it after trying to find some reason to not want to believe we were being misled by Christian Brothers). The part that really got me was after all this, Matt told me that it’s more so, “the technician just not wanting to do the job” and that they “get that at least a couple times a week, same stuff”. I just find it hard to believe that shops are turning away large sums of money “a couple times a week” to them because it is a hard job. He sent me pictures of the message that came up on the computer (which I do believe those are the message they saw, because there was a light on for a few minutes when I was driving. However this doesn’t mean that is automatically what is wrong, and the sensor could have been dirty or something). He also sent me a picture of a cup of dark oil (Which there is no way to even know that it was from our transmission and contradicted what Ford told us our oil looked like), as “proof”.I waited over a month to write this because I wanted to give more time to see if there was any issue, but there wasn’t any, and this was too big of a deal not to put out there. Make your own verdict, but this was our story. If it really ends up that my transmission needs replacing soon, I will be happy to take this review down, but I took it in to Christian Brothers December 11th, 2020, and so far, no issues at all. No light, no jerkiness, nothing.

I had a very great experience with my Subaru. The mechanic Russ and Matt snd Christian all kept me updated on my repairs and the expense of my repairs. I was very pleased with this experience. I highly recommend this business for your automotive needs. I did not feel I was taken advantage of as a woman I was just well informed through the whole repair process.

Everyone I worked with was very professional and courteous. I felt like my needs were met and the advice I was given was honest and simple. And when I had some follow-up issues the team spent an extra day looking over the vehicle and doing test drives and did not charge me anything for it.

Absolutely everything, the customer service was above and beyond, the assessment on my car was right on par with what I thought was going on with my car. When I was presented with the assessment they went through each and every line with me but didn’t try and “sell” me the repairs. They told me what was critical and what I could do in a few months if need be. I never felt the normal pushy nature of some auto shops. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had.

The owners and staff at CB have been so good to our family. We have two older cars that have needed work and they are honest about what is a safety issue and what can wait a while. We had a family mechanic tell us their prices are right where they should be. Last week, my parents were supposed to take my SUV to Denver and we discovered at the oil change that there was an issue with the belt. CB worked our car in to their schedule so we could get it fixed prior to the trip. I am so thankful for this group who we trust to take good care of our cars—and our family!

These are good people! I had an issue with my vehicle that turned out to be covered under a warranty if I got it fixed at a GM dealership. They discovered the issue, called to ask about the warranty for me, informed me of the issue and what to do, and didn’t charge me a dime for any of it. I definitely recommend this shop because they are honest and have done good work for me in the past when I did need things done.

I was very happy with the atmosphere at Christian Brothers. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I really appreciate that they do appointment, and have a shuttle if I need to go somewhere. The service technician were very thorough, but there was no high pressure sales. We will be returning and would recommend them for all your auto needs.

They were awesome! I was visiting from out of town for a job interview when my check engine light came on. Every other mechanic in town was too busy for weeks but they got me right in and ran a diagnostics test and were able to let me know what was going on within 30 minutes. They really helped me out when I was in a bind and didn’t know another person within 500 miles. I was glad to see that they are not just Christian Brothers in name only.

Very clean waiting area for our vehicles. The staff was friendly and explained everything very well to me that needed to be done to my car. The reason I dropped them two stars was because of a couple of reasons. The first reason is that they kept saying after receiving a part, it wouldnt be much longer while I was waiting to get my vehicle back. I was told this at least three different times, which turned into well over an hour waiting. I knew it would already be 1.5 hour wait to get my vehicle worked on. However, they had to put a new part on the car to make it so they could align my tires. Fine, no big deal. But, they said it wouldnt be much longer. Finally, my boss calls me from work asking if I was coming in. I told him I was, and he said that they were super short handed and needed me in ASAP. I told him where i was, and that I would get in when they got done with my car. They tried to keep me informed on how it was coming along, but I felt like they could have better communicated an estimated time. After getting that call, I had to ask again for an ETA and said that work needed me in right away.I waited for 3 hours there (double the amount of time planned) for my vehicle. This leads me to the second reason I dropped them on stars. I didnt know they offered rides home. I should have asked, but it was my first time there. If I would have known about it, I would have had them take me home. Being a single person and not having a ride, leaves me little choice but to hang out there. I would have not had to stop home before work and would have been there much sooner. Im not blaming the business, because its my fault too for not asking. However, they knew it was my first time being there.They do offer water and pop for customers waiting for free, which is a wonderful perk. The owner, Greg, talked to me a couple of times and made sure I was doing okay. He seemed really nice and genuinely cared about my wait there and making sure everything was fine. I wish I would have asked about a ride at that point! I think he definitely has the customers best interests in mind.Given it was my first time, it wasnt the best experience there, but definitely not the worst. At least they were open and honest with the pricing and didnt surprise me in the end like my former mechanic did twice to me.They do play Christian music in the building. I dont know if its because theyre Christian, as in the name, or if thats what the owners choose to do. They also have a Bible sitting out for you to read if youd like to. I know this can be a turn off for some people. I didnt mind it one bit though!I will edit this review after I have another experience with them. Im not discouraging anyone from going there. Im just saying to be cautious with the time estimate. Hopefully, theyll be more on target with an accurate time estimate. I understand things happen and come up.I think a lot of this rating had to do with the fact that I was already needed at work earlier than I planned on going in, and was stressed to get there. If I knew it would have taken as long as it did, I would have rescheduled for a different day.

My husband and I were so impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and the owners. They took the time to explain and show us, through pictures and video, what the problem was and walked us through our options. We compared pricing and they were spot on, even under some other places. We left the vehicle overnight as they needed to order a part, but it was ready before their estimated time, and they even came to pick me up in their shuttle when it was ready! This was our first visit to Christian Brothers, but I can guarantee well be back. We will definitely recommend you to friends and neighbors!

I love the homestyle office and waiting area. It’s peaceful and relaxing. I did not realize that the name Christian brothers actually had anything to do with Christianity but I like seeing obvious signs around the office(Bibles) that you guys are believers. I enjoyed the personal touch and the feeling that I was dealing with a small hometown operation rather than a gigantic nationwide chain.

I nothing to say but very positive thoughts today. I have an appointment on Tuesday for an oil change and a once over to see how my 2004 Jeep is looking. My car is running great but I asked them if they replaced a front windshield. Matt said they dont but recommended Omaha Glass Pro. He knew that they had an excellent review and a $169 coupon going on. I went there today and got my windshield done for $174 with tax versus the other places I was researching. Im looking forward to them working on my Jeep on Tuesday and cant say enough about Omaha Glass Pro either. I recently moved here from Columbus, NE and didnt have any connections. Now I do! I want to say thanks to Matt and Omaha Glass Pro!

Excellent service and staff!

Loved the clear communication and honesty about my vehicles condition and needs. You get a comprehensive report that at first can be a little overwhelming but then the technician goes over every point and lets you know what needs repairing and what is just something to watch.

It was easy to schedule a time for my oil change. They werent booked out for weeks and the online scheduling was convenient. Everyone was extremely friendly. The waiting area was warm and welcoming. Plus, I appreciated the free WiFi. The oil change was a bit more expensive than what Ive paid at the dealership, but it can take forever to get in there and its farther away.

From the first phone call to driving away with a car that works... the service i had was FANTASTIC. Christian a service manager kept me informed as to their findings throughout the day..he was very upfront through the entire process. While treatment me like, I feel he would a family member. I had come to them after a very bad experience from another shop... and now I found a place I know I can trust. Thank you to Christian, and the service team for being hardworking, thorough, honest team Ive experienced!

First time using Christian Brothers for service. the communication was excellent and the text update is a very neat feature. pricing was very reasonable (much cheaper than the dealership for sure). they use BG products and i didnt know much about them until i did some research, and they are seem to be the top in the industry. These guys are straight forward and super honest. I went for tires change and if your tire doesnt need to be changed, they will honestly tell you. And they do a superb job. Their price is not that much higher than the Walmart across the street.

I had a great experience. The staff was courteous and the technicians were more than happy to answer any of my questions. Sure, my truck was up on the rack longer than I had expected, however, after hearing the reasons why it made perfect sense. I typically do most of the work on my vehicles myself, but in this instance I did not have the time.I have an appreciation for the hard work that goes into keeping vehicles safe and in good working condition. I think Christian Brothers does an excellent job of being up front and honest and putting the customer 1st. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I was very pleased.The next time I went in I asked for them to run some diagnostics for a problem I was having. They called back and quoted me $300-$400 but asked to run additional diagnostics to confirm the issue (for an additional cost), to which I agreed. They then contacted me again and stated that the initial diagnosis of the problem had been incorrect, and that I actually needed between $1700-$1800 to fix the problem along with a few other issues (the said my battery would fail at 37 degrees or below.) I took my vehicle to another shop. Within 30 minutes they identified the problem (it was what CB initially told me it was) and fixed it for $75. They ran another battery test and assured me that my battery would likely be fine for at least another couple of years.If you want to pay outrageous charges to take your vehicle to a fancy shop, this place is for you. If you want your vehicle fixed for a reasonable cost without being pressured, there are plenty of other places that will do that.

Had a problem with my car and got in to this shop quickly. They communicate very well and delivered as promised. My car is running perfectly again. Thanks Christian Brothers!

I am glad to have found this shop and pleased with the quality of work and time to do it. They are sincere and honest, not pushy, which is always a relief. They are instead transparent and truthful. The customer service is wonderful. I drive out of my ways quite a bit because I have been so happy with the professionalism, friendliness, and great work. WiFi is available, as is a shuttle service for those who need that. I would highly recommend this place.

I was scheduled for an oil change when my car wouldn’t start at my stop just prior to the oil change. My husband was about to give a presentation at work 40 min away so there I sat. I called over to let them know why I wasn’t there for my oil change. Christian Brothers sent someone over to jump start my car within a couple minutes of my call. They were already squeezing my oil change into their schedule that day, but then to add the extra distress call and battery service, I was so grateful that they were willing to go the extra mile! They will continue to get my car care business. I appreciate and recommend their professional service!!

I went in for an inspection along with new rotors and brake pads. Their customer service is bar none and I was in and out of their within two hours! I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

Was able to call an make an appointment within the same week. Also was able to get my truck fix within the same day. Very professional an clean. My favorite thing would be the option of having updated text messages of whats happening. A ply by play so to speak, and I find that option wonderful.

They were very helpful & nice! I loved the pictures they sent with the estimate. They also got us in quickly unlike other places that didnt have appointments for weeks.

I have taken my car here a few times and each time have had a positive out come. I dont know much about cars and they take the time to explain and why what needs to be fixed is important. I especially like how they dont push you to get work done that doesnt need to be done yet but give you a preventative service plan to keep your car running right. Staff is always friendly and you can tell they are there to help you and not there to make money off you!!!!

Our experience has been amazing with these folks! Customer service and appropriate recommendations make us want to come back here for all our automotive issues.I just got back from picking up our Ford Ranger which had some expensive (as most vehicle repairs are) repairs and was completely dreading the final total. Not only were the folks that worked there patient and took the time to explain everything they were doing, but they recommended appropriate fixes. They worked with us to triage what was most important in the list of items to be fixed and what could possibly wait a few more weeks. Never once did I feel pressured to make a hasty and pricey decision, like so many experiences I have had at dealerships and car shops!When I went to pick up our vehicle they fixed everything (including the items we had opted to wait on a few more weeks) for no additional charge. I felt like they had our safety in mind and went above and beyond to make us feel valued, respected and safe. This surprise was definitely not expected or asked for, but so appreciated. It made the whole process of paying for such an expensive set of repairs pleasant.Please do yourself a favor and check these guys out for your automotive issues, they are top notch in our book!

Pretty fast service and a reasonable price. I was happy with the work they performed on my car. I had the oil changed and brakes replaced.Update! I have taken my vehicle 3 times now and every time has been a good experience! This last time I took my car in due to a weird sound it was making and they were able to solve and identify the issue for me. It ended up being a very simple fix, but it is nice having a reliable and honest company I can take my car to if its acting funny. I highly recommend!

All the employees were kind and I didnt feel like anyone was pushing me to pay for services I didnt actually need at the time. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and I was offered a drink 3 different times by 3 different people. Great experience!

They do a free oil change for single mothers once a year on their day off i was luck enough to experience this they were all amazing
