Really nice people, will do you right. Just need to be more accurate on how long its going to take, 4 hrs just to put on wheel well liner, when it should have taken an hr.

These guys were amazing! Specifically Brian, i was looking into buying a Mustang while deployed and they were great help, never had any issues, i called them often to get updates on paperwork and never once did i feel like a bother. The Mechanics are inept. After keeping our car for almost 2 months we were eventually told after getting no communication that they were not able to find a distributor for a 82 Chevy Impala and instructed us to go online and look for it. On top of this we were charged over $300 for spark plugs and our car is still not starting . Maybe because we are Black because I Ive never experienced anything like this before in my life.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR OR MONEY TO THIS LOCATION

I inquired about a car thru here 3 days ago. I spoke to a guy named Brian the day after I sent a request about the car. I applied and sent pay stubs as he asked. When I didn’t hear back from him after sending my pay stubs I texted.. got no response. I then call and say hey Brian after u asked for my stubs yesterday afternoon I never heard back from you, not even a “hey got your stubs I’m working on it” or anything and that was at 12pm …and he literally says “ya I’m busy” !!! That’s it 👀 nothing else like; I apologize it’s been busy or I’ve been working on it or let me work on it and I’ll call you soon… nothing just a simple “ya I’m busy” . You could tell he didn’t want to help me and he never called me back or texted me back that day after talking to him. So I called a better dealer and got with a very nice guy who didn’t hesitate to help me and within three hours had me approved and took my down payment.. I go pick up that car today!! I think Brian wasn’t interested from the jump bc I have a bankruptcy bc of the comments he made when he saw that I had one (didn’t know how to handle that type of situation he basically said) Woodhouse Mazda was very helpful and polite and took care of me!!! I’ll never recommend or try coming here for a car again and I have a teenager who needs one and I planned on getting him a car in September. I’ll take my business to Woodhouse!

Only mechanic I will ever use. They do everything.Repair cars, bodyshop, and sell cars. Best mechanic Ive used and ive used a lot of mechanics. Their website keeps track of every repair done to all 8 of my cars. Date, price, what they done. Its great for my delivery fleet, I can never remember.

The business is clean and open. The waiting area is comfortable. The Sales Representative takes time to listen and they are very knowledgeable.

I recently had to buy a car and didnt know where to begin. The folks at Unique worked with me quickly to identify the make, model, and features that I wanted and were within my budget, then they searched the entire country for cars that fit my wish list. After finding one that I wanted (that same day!) they managed the purchase from auction, transported the car and I picked it up less than 48 hours after our first conversation. I couldnt have imagined an easier, safer, more humane way to make a big purchase that I was nervous about. It felt like I was working with friends. I love my new car and I will never buy a car any other way!

Last summer my A/C stopped working and I brought my car to this company. At first they told me that my compressor was out and needed to be replaced. They quoted me about $1000 including labor, it was too expensive for me so I replaced the compressor by myself. However, it didnt work.So I brought it back to them, and ask if they could help me diagnose the issue. They got back to me after one day (telling me that they have to do a bunch of testing) and told me that because I did not disconnect the battery (which is true) when I was replacing the compressor, the A/C control module was shorted and they need to replace that. Again, they quoted me another $1000+. However, I was thankful that they did not charge me for the labor of that testing for 8hr (forshadow alert)Again, I decided to replace the A/C control module by myself. Lol, because it was too expensive. Not surprisingly, it did not work.TODAY, I dug into the fuse box, and guess what, the A/C Mag fuse (the fuse control the engament of the compressor clutch) was blown!!!!!AND I REPLACED IT FOR FREEKING 4 DOLLARS!!!!!!!! NOW MY AC IS BLOWING FREEZING COLD AIR!!!!!! NOW I KNOW WHY THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THAT 8hr LABOR BECAUSE THERE WASNT ANY TESTING LOL and they pretended to be the good guy to get my MONEY!

Vince and the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. They have always worked with me closely to get problems solved as inexpensively as possible, which Ive appreciated. With the pandemic, Unique has gone the extra mile for the sake of public health and to protect their customers, having thorough disinfecting processes in place and using plastic covers on all surfaces that are touched in the vehicle. I cant recommend Unique highly enough. Theyve been the best shop Ive worked with in a long time.

Driving across the country and broke down halfway. The first shop I get it towed too says they can look at it in 8 days!!! Called around and explained my situation and Unique auto was the only shop that said they could look at it that day. They examined the car and were able to drive it to the dealership for me and get its computer reprogrammed , getting the car back to me the next night. In my opinion it is almost impossible to find an auto repair shop that you an trust. It seems that once you take your car to a shop, it’s all down hill, you end up taking it back repeatedly for different things that suddenly start breaking.BUT, no at Unique Auto, their work is thorough and they are trustworthy. The first time I took my truck to them, it was because of an error my truck was throwing, they took a look and said the Error was anomaly and the part it was saying was bad wasn’t, but if I get the error again, to let them know. Any other shop would have replaced the part.I’ve since taken my husbands truck and my truck back (completely different issue) and the price is always reasonable, they explain what they did and what the cause and they stand completely behind their work.Everyone in the shop is super friendly and helpful. A few weeks ago we took my husbands truck for some work and we needed to have the truck back by the weekend because we had a camping trip planned. The people in the shop worked overtime in order to get our truck done in time. I was super impressed and I will NEVER take out trucks anywhere else.If you need any work, from an oil change to body repair, they do it all and they do it well. You will not be disappointed.

Well came to lunch at 5 guys and I noticed a car in the parking lot parked sideways in 2 handicap spots. I assume because it was closer to the door. The only I know they work or represent this company was the shirt she was wearing that was far to tight. The lady was definitely a Karen and felt her and her blue toyota Corolla needed to be in the way. I made sure to snap a pic of the fantastic park job and will be sharing it on social media. Because of things like this I will never do business with this company.

I scheduled a test drive. Arrived on time after driving from over an hour away. When we arrived they told us the shop owners friend had just stopped by and driven the car. They sold it to him while we test drove it. And then told us it was sold when we got back to the shop. An absolute waste of our time and a horrid display of professionalism.

We were unable to come to a price agreement on the vehicle.

Had such an amazing experience with this company. You can tell Vince and the other employees care about the customer. He gave every option and the pricing on each as well as they text you updates and pictures of all diagnostics done not just dealing with the problem talked about. I was looking for a car last December and was deciding between a 2011 CRZ at Unique Auto and a 2013 VW Golf at Internet Car Lot. Ultimately, I decided on the CRZ largely due to the online reviews – ICL was at 3.6 at the time, Unique Auto at 4.7. I assumed I would have a better experience with the CRZ based upon that, and I could not have been more right.The night I bought it, a fan went out on the hybrid cooling system, and I had to have it towed back. I was so mad... But they fixed it quickly, and gave me a car to borrow while they did, so it all worked out. One week later, the VSA light comes back on, and I assumed it was nothing, but took it in to check anyway. Turns out the VSA control module was totally out, and was going to be a $1,700+ fix...I was heartbroken, because I loved the car but wasnt planning on dropping that kind of money into fixing it right away... Plus, Id bought the car as-is and turned down the additional insurance, so I knew that if this happened a week after purchase, legally speaking, I was screwed. I planned on asking for them to pay for half, hoping they would empathize since I had just bought the car...*They paid for the whole thing without hesitation.* Seriously, I didnt even have to ask. Ted said, you just bought the car a week ago man, Im not leaving you on the hook for that. Granted, it took a few weeks to fix, but again, they gave me a car to borrow, put on my cold air intake in the mean time free-of-charge, and didnt have to do any of this, so its pretty hard to complain 😅😂Point is, how many used auto places will do this all? Especially considering the CRZ was only a $7000 car so they couldnt have had THAT much profit to wiggle with. I still cant believe they just fixed it all without question. I dont leave many reviews, but Unique Auto is worth it.TL;DR version: Teds a great guy, Donny, my salesman was pretty cool too, and theyll go way out of their way to treat you right. If you see a car from them you like, I wouldnt hesitate to buy, because they definitely shatter the old stigmas for used car dealers. If I could, Id give them 6 stars.

I called and talked to a Dante in sales, told him I live 3 hours away and wanted to get an idea of what they would give me on a trade before I made the trip, he said he would look it up and call me right back...3 hours later I call back and talk to Dante and he said he got busy but is looking into my trade now and will call me back in a few minutes, I said thats fine I understand. 2 hours later I call back again because I have not received a call back. I talked to Dante once again and went over some numbers and I said ok can you send me pictures of the bed of the truck and he said yes he will go take some and send them to me... its been almost 2 hours now. I will go buy a truck from a place that wants my business.

There is a reason they are almost 5 stars, the best shop I have ever been to and the most honest business I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They have a two year warranty on their labor and parts, we recently moved away and had an issue with something they fixed. A local shop looked at it and called warranty company because they felt it was a warranty issue and the warranty company declined to pay. Unique auto stepped up and honored their warranty and covered all costs. Don’t waste your time going to another shop.

I love this place! I live and work in the neighborhood and a friend recommended them to me! From start to finish the owner Ted handled everything for me. He was polite, to the point, and didnt give me any run around to get more out of me. I will refer everyone I know to this garage and hopefully everyone that goes there will be as happy as I am!

Honest, fair and friendly. Recommended by several people and will now continue that chain. It makes having a older car with issues less stressful as I know good work is done and will be told when it is time to stop putting money into it. Feel looked out for by the shop which is hard to find.

All I can say is if your in the market for something unique I have no doubt that Ted and Vince either have it there or will find it for you. These guys have the techs to service anything including those true unique autos. I just wish I would have found them sooner.

I traded in my ram and bought a duramax here and had a good experience with unique auto. Ive experienced all sorts of car dealerships in the past from horrible, to decent, and these guys have definitely been the best experience I’ve ever had with with any auto dealership. I loved how i was able to directly deal and negotiate with the Ted, instead of dealing with a car salesmen having to run everything through their managers every 5 mins. Ted and his team were very honest with everything and i could tell they truly wanted to give me a great experience. What really stood out to me the most was my experience AFTER the sale was complete. I drove home and i noticed there was a fuel leak under my truck, so i texted Ted to let him know. I was expecting to have to pay for the repair since most other dealerships I’ve dealt with would state how the vehicle was sold “as is” so i asked how much it would cost to have it repaired. Ted said the repair would be free and to bring it in when i had time. They repaired the problem at no cost to me and they did it very quickly. You can tell a lot from a dealership by the way they treat you after the sale. I would definitely recommend these guys and I’d purchase a car from them again!

He invited me to bring the car in for an inspection - found out that my alternator was dead - and offered it to be fixed within a few hours. Vince and his crew saved our time table for our road trip - I am forever grateful! They are honest, good people, and I recommend them for any problem. ***********WARNING, WARNING, WARNING******* PLEASE STOP!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY****I had the worst experience with this company I have ever had in my life. They seem nice at the beginning but when they continuously have to put 4 Motors into my vehicle due to faulty products that they have. total of 4 motors, maybe it was 3 I lost count. They had my vehicle for weeks at a time did not provide me with a courtesy vehicle. I had to rent a vehicle which costed me more money do to hair continuously faulty products. They refused to reimburse me for a rental vehicle. I then get my vehicle back for the last time and guess what??? My transmission goes out. Never had any issues with my transmission until they messed with it. I would never go back to this company to do any work on my vehicle. If it is maybe an oil change or filling up air in my tire thats about it other than that having any massive work done to your vehicle I would totally pass on this company.

I left with peace of mind that my vehicle was in good condition and safe to drive. They are super nice people who explain things in a straight forward manner. A big shout out to Vince!

This place ripped me off. Do not take your vehicle here. I took my van in for rear main seal leak fix because another mechanic could not do it but he diagnosed where the leak was from. I took it to Unique after reading good reviews. They tell me my oil pan in cracked ( I should have asked to see oil pan)and I trust them to fix it. A little more than a month later I have oil leaking out of the same spot so I take it back to Unique and state its doing the same thing it did when I first brought it in. And wouldnt ya know Vince tells me it my rear main seal!!! Seriously ...... thats what I brought it in for in the first place. They tried getting another grand out of me and I declined there future work. Vince is a scammer, he kept talking around questions I was asking. DONT GO HERE GUYS!!!
