Never has what you need, been there several times looking for basic auto tools and parts. They never have them in stock

The people at this location do not know what they are talking about even when you have a part number from the Council bluffs Store when you tell them the size you need they come back with a totally different part and then they ( all three working) become rude and have attitudes because they are wrong. This shows me Tish in HR and the general manager do not care if the people they hire know anything bout cars! Go to the Council bluffs station. Thats the Napa that actually knows how. Worst experience with this location will never return.

I make delivery to them, arrive at midnight park on a door but local driver come at 5 AM and send me to the last ,park on a right mirror. Have restroom in the morning open at 7:30 am. Unload around one hour.I visited the store in front ,have nothing displayed no price for almost nothing. Not bad but always can be better.

Well Im kind of torn on how to really rate this place. I had a angry horrible employee to start off with. So I did my best to try and get a different person to help me without being a jerk to her. The next person to help was fantastic went above and beyond for me. I was there to get a part and they didnt have it in stock. The first person was going to charge me for the part, and make me pay shipping on an item that is a normal mandatory item for stock. The second person figured out by doing their job correctly and a lot more efficiently, that my part was under warranty and it was a normal stock item. CAN ANYONE SAY FREE? Yes the part normally costs $423.00 with taxes and shipping was gonna be $7.00. The problem is the computers were down and they said they would have the morning people order it first thing. I was told the part would be there the next day. You guessed it nope, the warehouse supposedly called and stated that it didnt get loaded on that truck. Well its obvious that it just didnt get ordered.

Best parts in the industry, but they hella slow. Besides that, recommended.

Great parts store, staff is always very helpful. My only issue is that if you pay a core charge at one of their stores, SAVE THE RECEIPT, because the other stores wont be able to do a refund without it. You can still take it to the store you bought it from and theyll take care of you though.

This Napa store is the main hub for all the other Napa store in Omaha. So its a good bet that they have your part here first. Staff is helpful and friendly. And have a pretty good idea of what your trying to get. I mean, after all, there is a lot of cars and trucks out there to know. And they do a really good job of finding the right part you need. I have shopped here for years and have never been disappointed. Thanks Napa!

3 different parts under same part no. In 3 different locations. Counter help at C.B. and warehouse were outstanding in their efforts.

Was told they didnt hold parts at the counter.. I had something come up and my sales guy had my card and was going to be an hour out.. Little suprised they didnt want to work with me considering the Money I spend here.. Ill go ahead and start my pro account at Orileys..

Todd in the distribution center really helped me out. He went way above and beyond what he was required to do. After some rearanging, he gave me an 0800 appt. That really helped me out. He returned my call promptly also. In my 34 years of driving, this amazed me. Places just dont work with a driver much anymore. I just cant thank you enough!!! Ive never had an issue getting parts here or getting them ordered in a timely fashion. Im always surprised when they have my part in stock! The lines can be long at times, but if I can get what I want, it beats going all over town.

Plan on spending atleast 30 minutes here even with no line. They are very slow. They usually have what you need but I think since they are the hub for city they have too much going on with n the back and not enough help

Long wait, didnt have some of the parts I needed, but insisted they were the correct parts anyway. Made me remove my battery completely from my car to test it, instead of bringing the small tester outside to my car.

Needed some wheel bearings for a Volkswagen. Not wanting cheap Chinese knockoffs I went online first. Found some Canadian made bearings for little more than what I would have paid online at local Napa. Oriellys wanted almost three times as much for the same thing.

They were able to match the color of my Jeep perfectly. Yay!

They always have all the part i am looking for making it easy to do car repairs my self.

Why is it that receiving opens at 07:30 but you don’t start to get unloaded till 0830. I Checked in at 0730 waited to too see someone and was told “We will unload you as soon as we can” I am the only truck here to get unloaded and you guys just opened, now I have to be later to my 0900 appointment because you don’t know how to start work when you open to unload 16 pallets.

I went to the Grover Street location for a hydrolic hose. Their customer service representative, Mike was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of telling me it would be a half hour wait, he was rude and seemed annoyed that I requested for a hose to even be made. I understand customer service is not an easy job at times but just because your overwhelmed doesnt mean you can take it out on your customers. I will be going to Marks Hydrolics for all my hoses from now on.

Napa is best autoparts store. They usually have parts instock for the cars I drive, VW/Audi. Also carry LiquiMoly oil!
