Love the people here! They treat you like an actual person, not another vehicle. They take time to explain what they are doing and dont charge for anything you dont agree to!!! My service is always great and of course I love my Ford Fusion. Thank you guys for making a mundane but necessary experience easy!!!

Had an appointment to replace my brakes on my car. I had previously asked both advisors I spoke with if their coupon for brakes would apply to an Acura RDX and was told it would. When I arrive was told that this coupon would not apply and they would have to special order brakes for the car. Why didnt you know this information when scheduling the appointment and typing in vehicle info. I would have been fine if they would have offered to charge the actual cost of the different brakepads, but they wanted to charge double what they advertise. I left and will not be back with this vehicle or my F150.

Quick, friendly service with up front estimate on other services and if they are a maintenance item or if you have a little time to think about it to plan ahead.

These men and women here have always been good to deal with and provided great service. It sometimes takes longer than they tell you for the service to be done if they are really busy; however, the wait isnt bad and I feel like a can trust them to work on my car and not try to sell me on extras I dont need. They have even stepped up to cover repairs for damages to the oil pan and plug that another dealer caused and didnt charge me for those repairs. Im not going to say they will do this every time, as I had to really implore of them to do so, and they had to work with that dealer for the claim. However, I give them five stars as I take all of my daily drivers to them for service. Big thumbs up for these guys!

Friendly people for so early in the morning :-). Didnt have to wait too long for the shuttle to take me where I needed to go . So thats great. Now I wait for my truck hope its not too expensive. Electrical :-(

I had generally been pleased with Quick Lane at Olathe Ford. Even started going here after the issues ran into a Laird Noller in Lawrence. My last visit the technician seems as if they were simply going through the motions. This visit took place on 7-26-2019On the sheet marked as wiper blades needing to be replaced. Air Cabin filter Mileage. Was the first two items I noticed. Below is my 2 cents on these topics and others as well.1. There is a etch on the windshield from OEM parts. Totally my fault but the windshield wipers were 3 months old. I personally checked them at home and they were fine.2. Cabin air filter was replaced on the visit prior. Does not appear anyone checked this. Who knows maybe it was oh mileage this it was noted and the Service Adviser did check up on it.3. Since I pay for the The Works which includes a vehicle check up. I would expect an accurate report. However that was not the case. I knew brake fluid was very low. They marked it as Green. When I went to finish emptying a windshield washer bottle I had weekend of 8-6-2019. The reservoir was practically bone dry. I had to go buy a bottle.1 and 3 is the main points that rubbed me the wrong way the most with this last visit and 3 is a recent addition to the previous survey feedback I submitted via Quick lanes personal survey.

Mike Wells (Service Adviser), was awesome when it came to explaining things to me as to what needed to be replaced soon (parts) and the things they did for service today in the quick lane service area. Dealership maybe pricey but at least if they break something, theyll tell you and then replace it unlike valvoline employees!

They were very friendly here. Although I had a coupon for a free oil change, they did a complementary check on my car and found a few things that needed repairing. I know alot of times places will do this to take advantage of people who dont know alot about vehicles, but they didnt know that I did know about them and being a female I appreciated the fact that they told me what needed fixed pretty soon for my safety, and then told me the things that could wait a bit. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who isnt very familiar with their vehicles.

I went through the service center at olathe ford where I recieved an oil change along with oil filter, tire rotation and full inspection for 50 bucks, which only took an hour. That was pleasing. But upon getting in my car I see oil/grease hand prints across my car, no big deal, that I can clean. But when I got in my car there was grease and oil all over my leather steering wheel and hand brake. I get they wear gloves but at least take them off before getting in someones car!(Edit) Olathe Ford reached out to me and offered a interior detail, good to see a company offerering to make it up to their customers.

Excellent customer service today. Especially considering it is the Tuesday before Thanksgiving with all the travelers needing an oil change. They were super swamped but still managed to get me in and out in 45 minutes. They even vaccumed, which I greatly appreciate! Hillari was extremely helpful, informative and professional. Disappointed that arriving at 715 would make me wait at least 2 hours for an oil change.No customer friendly alternatives, just a faint sorry.Maybe to celebrate 100000 miles I should find a new place.... And a new dealer

Quick was not an accurate description for todays oil change. Service reo was correct when he estimated it would take three hours. Guess I picked a bad day to go.

*** UPDATE *** The service manager reached out and apologized for my experience, explaining that it did not reflect the dealerships expectations for customer excellence. Based on this conversation, I will allow them another opportunity to service my vehicle in the future. Changed rating from 1* to 3* due to the interaction.The service adviser told me to go to Shawnee Mission Ford for an oil change on my new for explorer because I had a fidelity service warranty and it was going to be a pain for him to call it in. That is lazy and bad customer service in my book.

Update: Dave Romstedt from Olathe Ford called me up the other day to resolve the oil change issue. He gave me a free oil change with Full Synthetic, and moving forward I was told I could continue to keep getting Full Synthetic. I am very appreciative he followed up and made the situation right.-------Every time Ive come here I said I wanted Full Synthetic oil, and I found out today theyve been switching between Full Synthetic and Full Synthetic Blend at random oil changes. And no one knows why. Thats unacceptable. Once my Limited Maintenance Plan is up, I will never come here again.

I really appreciate the follow up to a bad experience ... evidence that there is customer service and they do care. Originally, I was told 1-1.5hrs for an oil change. After more than an hour, there was another car ahead of mine and when I questioned what had occurred there service representative said there was a problem.

Answered a lot of questions, Stephen was very helpful going to search for car were looking for.

Its a nice clean facility advisors help you figure out what you need for service will help you out in any way possible just an all-around good staff

Prices are outrageous but service is better than average and the job gets done as promised (which is really the only viable experience when you have to consider a hit to your credit score or a black market organ sale to afford said service).
