My appointment for my oil change and tire rotation was at 8:45am. We pulled in at 8:40 and they got my vehicle right in. They went above and beyond with their customer service and they were very knowledgeable! They not only changed my oil but checked everything over. I also received a text message after I was checked in that I could reply to for status updates as to how much longer until they were finished. They checked my tire alignment, changed the oil, and checked many other things. They also informed me of things to look to in the future, such as spark plugs may need to be changed at the next oil change appointment and they gave me an idea of the wear and tear of my tires and how many more miles and months I can expect to get out of them. They also provided me with valuable information about sales and deals that they typically offer that I could take advantage of. I HIGHLY recommend the service as Nissan McCarthy in Olathe!

I’ve been coming to these guys for over a year now. Danny has always been a big help but I want to thank the young woman with the blonde hair, I forgot her name but she was so sweet and accommodating. I had a concern about my car and she made sure we figured out what it was. I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes for a diagnosis. Amazing service!

Took my fleet vehicle in for an oil change and recall on the tail light. Somehow they came up the transmission needed to be replaced ( which ran perfectly and no check engine lights). They never contacted me and started the process of changing the trans prior to talking to me. ***Ive edited this because the manager took the time to talk when i picked up my vehicle and explain their perspective with the fleet service company. If they had communicated better thru out the process with me I would have given a 5 star review.

Everything from making the diagnosis, ordering the part, making the second appointment for installation, and installation itself was excellent.The time it took for them to make the diagnosis and install the part were both less than what they had estimated.The service staff was very respectful, informative, and professional.The lobby was very clean, was equipped with the charging station, and refreshments were provided.Checking out was smooth and hassle free.Overall, great experience as always. I bought this car from here 7 years ago and their service has always been at this level.

I had McCarthy do a basic oil change and it took an hour versus the 45 minute they told me to expect, making me late for my 8 am appointment. They usually do a vehicle inspection but did not do it this time for some reason. I didn’t question it as they were running late. On a positive side, they had upgraded their waiting area.

I had great experience in the Nissan service department. As a medical student, my schedule is a little unpredictable and having reliable transportation is vital. They answered all of my questions and worked within my schedule. They were thorough and patient with a girl who knows nothing about cars. I’m very thankful for them this week. Had one of my McCarthy vehicles in for major service (spark plug replacement) and oil change. Tires which I purchased there were due for rotation so I asked that they do that also. Service rep called to tell me vehicle was ready for pickup. Asked about tire rotation and he forgot to add it to my service order. Requested he sent it back to shop to be done since it was there. Waited one and a half hour before I went to McCarthy to pick up my vehicle. They had not got to doing tire rotation. Service rep said they were busy and they had not gotten to it ..... My last 3 visits start with a battery replacement where the battery didnt get the tie down installed. Then when all the lights on my dash lit up they couldnt see me for 3 days, another dealer said come on in and fixed it in an hour. Third visit a simple oil change that took 2 hours. Why did it take 2 hours, because they wanted to check my frame which they had never checked but somehow noticed that the other dealer had already put in a claim with Toyota for. Do I go back to get service from my local dealer or does that become a shame on me moment?

Clint was very helpful. Service was fast. I was disappointed with Nissans transmission dipstick omission and unconventional way of checking CVT fluid level, though. This isnt the dealers fault. Its Nissans way of making one more dependent upon the dealer and spending big bucks instead of do-it-yourself.

Scheduled an appointment online which was easy. Showed up a little early, they checked me in and told me exactly what to expect. Austin was the advisor gentleman who took care of me from checkin to checkout. He was great, he did not try and sell me on unnecessary items or be like you need this or that just got my wives car taken care of. I was very skeptical of McCarthy auto group because of a terrible experience with the Chevy dealership right here in same group, but service department at Nissan was great and will go back to them. Will never visit McCarthy for purchase of a vehicle, though thats a different story, but Nissans service department was top notch. MMC

As far I can say this is the best Nissan Service center I have experienced with. The way the person takes care of your things is phenomenal. They explain you everything needed. I had been there 3 times and always my experience is very much satisfactory. This time I had some issues with my battery and transmission. They examined everything and gave me proper advices and what to do next time I visit. They did a battery service and gave some discounts as well.Overall I would recommend every Nissan owner to come to this service center anytime over any other service center.

Compared to Hendrick, McCarthy is extremely professional and service oriented. Price wise they are reasonable and will take care of customers and vehicle in efficient manner. Took my 2018 Nissan Titan XD Diesel to McCarthy Nissan after taking it to another dealer for warranty service. After the other dealer advised the issue was repaired and noticing that it was not, along with losing trust in that dealer, I went to McCarthy. The service advisor, Kevin ULN, was very friendly. I explained to him what I thought was wrong with the truck and asked them to repair. Within one day I received a call explaining the EGR was bad and they had ordered one. Within one week McCarthy had the truck repaired. They reached out on a regular basis to keep me updated on what was going on with the truck. Customer service was awesome and I highly recommend them. Great job, McCarthy Nissan!!

I take my Nissan Juke in to McCarthy Nissan Service for oil changes and their wonderful service checkup. Clint is the marvelous service manager and Danny checks and works on my car. After my tires were rotated and oil changed and everything on my car checked out, Danny changed the battery in my remote. Then I asked about my blue tooth that started messing up the day before. He helped me reset it and told me it might take 2 days to reset. I went into the dealership to talk to a couple of salesmen, and when I came back out, it was already working correctly once again. This service department is amazing and always goes above and beyond. I would. recommend them to anyone. Thank you Danny for taking such wonderful care of my car. I always feel safe driving it.

Poor customer service overall - very unrealistic estimates of completion, severe delays, poor communication about status, failure to obtain the correct part etc. I lost half a day of work on it, which I had to make up at night.Detailed story:I went for a diagnostic test on 1st July at 12:30 pm. They told me it would be about an hour, so I decided to hang out in their lobby. At 1:30, they were not finished and I got no update as to what the latest status was. Around 2 pm, they came and told me that the diagnosis was finished and it would need a part replaced. They could get the part in 30 min and another 30 min to install it. I decided to wait another hour to get the issue fixed. At 3 pm, again no update. I waited for a long time. Finally at 3:45 pm, they showed up and told me that they received the part but it was the wrong one and would send back a request to get the correct one. I am not sure how a wrong part could have been sent unless there was some serious communication failure. Anyway, another 1 hour wait was in the cards. Then around 4:30 I went to check on them to make sure they had received the part and were working on it. Turns out they had just received it 5 min prior and they said it would be done around 5 pm. Then around 5 pm they said it won’t be done that day and I would have to keep the car overnight. They sent me home with a rental car. Eventually they were done the next day a little past 1 pm and I got a call. Overall it took much longer to complete than expected. But the part I was most frustrated about was that they didn’t give me any update when the estimated completion time rolled around.

Mccarthy at Olathe was the only Nissan Dealership who had the tools necessary to reprogram my 2018 GTR Steering Angle Sensor (SAS). Great service was first class treatment and delivered on time. I called James Studna to set up an appointment for me to get my drivers side mirror fixed. He text me that he made the appt for me and that made things so easy! Clint was the person that took care of everything with the repair of my car in the shop. He quoted me a price and the time it would take to get the mirror ordered in and to repair it so there was no surprises. The ladies at the clerks desk were so kind when accepting my payment! They did well on fixing my car, but they called me and told me I didn’t need a new sensor so I told him that’s fine just don’t do that, we agreed not to do it. Then a few hours later he calls me and said they reprogrammed it anyways & said he would charge me half the price for it. I just don’t understand why do something we agreed not to do and that wasn’t needed, and then charge me. He gives me coupons that saved me $40 but with the price of the reprogram it still made me pay $30 more then planned. Was very weird & unnecessary. I feel I shouldn’t have needed to pay for something I told him not to do to my car!

I drove south to the Olathe Nissan Dealership to get my Air Conditioner fan motor fixed and then the Dealership changed the oil on my Nissan Sentra to get me through another 3 months of driving to work and back.I didnt take any photos of this Dealership when I was there this morning, but if youre interested in buying a new/used Nissan vehicle in the future, I really recommend that everyone goes to the Olathe Nissan Dealership in the future!
