It wouldve been better if I didnt have to take my car back 3 times within a week to get it fixed.

This is my GO TO Mechanic!! I started going to Flack Auto years ago! I went to a national tire store chain for a tire rotation. In going through their check-list they ran down a list of at least a dozen items that needed to be done RIGHT NOW! - Like its a good thing we checked. You would have been broken down on the side of the road urgent. I called my brother in a panic because at the time I was traveling half of my life doing sales in 4 states and having issues with my car was simply not an option. He had me call Keith. The tire store told me my battery needed to be replaced - it was only 6 months old... Something was off! The thousands of dollars of work the chain said was urgent - turned into under $200 of work when I took it to Keith. I have been going to him ever since - and I recommend him to my friends!! If you are looking for cupcakes and rainbows - go pay someone else too much. Keith will be straight with you and I would much prefer that to coffee in the waiting room!

Fast service, just dont like the fact that they leave dirty feet prints, and hand prints in my clean tan carpet and doors!

They were amazing to help me last minute as without their help/ services Idve been stranded 2 hours away from home. Thanks to Flack, I was able to get home safely!

Theyve worked on my car for years and has always done a fantastic job and prices are reasonable.

If they had a zero star this place would get it! The rudest set of humans to come in contact with! The office is full of hanging tiles , filthy furniture and mold ! They rig the cars to run through the warranties and VERY quick to tell you its not my problem, when something is wrong! No compassion at all! NEVER go here to buy or for servicing!

My Truck would not start so was looking for a repair service around the area. I just moved here last year and this was the first time needing work done on this vehicle. Was told about Flack Auto from one of my friends, so had them work on the Truck and the Service was fast ( basically same day service), and very reasonable in price ( half of what the Dealer and another shop quoted)..Happy that I found a decent local repair service, will use them again and sen business their way .Only BAD issue was they do not Tow and had to Use Kidds Towing (DO NOT USE) ...

Receptionist man thought he hung up the phone on my aunt but didn’t. She overheard him calling her an “ignorant b****” even though she was just calling and asking questions about repairs. She had used this company multiple times. Horrible customer service/experience.

Answers the phone like a pissed off teenager no name, didnt identify there shop, hello? Yea? No thanks.That phone call is the most business they will get from me.

Didnt call to say my car was ready had to call him

I bought my car from auto now and flack has done three repairs on it and everytime I find my car battery is dead and damage to my car and the service performed was not.done properly they are worthless and I would never recomend them to anyone and when they finally fix.my car correctly I will never take it back there every time they do work the car has to go back three times this has happened a kid works there listens to the car radio until your battery is dead and returns the car back that way.

Best of humans in the industry!
