Went to SK Mechanic to have a new exhaust installed on my Camaro. I was referred by a couple friends, and would rather give my money to locals versus a generic shop. Spoke to the owner (Caleb) about getting the job done. Not only did he take the time to do it right, but he told me he spent extra time to get the alignment of the exhaust tips perfectly because if it bothered him, itll bother the customer. He spent an additional hour attempting to diagnose a rattle as well. His attention to details and taking the time to listen to what I wanted made me a lifelong customer. I will recommend him (and ALL of his techs) to anyone I know needing some work done!

Great experience every time I bring a vehicle in. They are polite and friendly and always up front about what is going on with a vehicle, what can be done, and how much it will cost. I have worked with Branden and Mark, both are wonderful people. As a woman I have had issues in the past with mechanics not listening to me or going through with something without asking, I have never had this issue here.

Great shop! My A/C stopped working and I knew a compressor replacement wouldnt be cheap. Mark and the team worked to see if there were any other issues that might fix the problem first, which saved me a ton of money. Knowledgeable and efficient

Started out great. Friendly staff. Couple times after servicing one of our vehicles, had to have it towed one time and issue continued on another occasion. An issue that I was told couldnt be resolved here was corrected at another shop. No longer our mechanic shop.

Excellent repair shop! Took my vehicle to my dealer across the street and was told that everything was good. I continued to hear a troublesome noise. I should have pursued the potential problem. The noise persisted and I grew more concerned. I then called my dealers service and explained about my concern. I was leery of driving the vehicle. I was told on Monday that I couldnt get an appointment until the following week. I had never gone anywhere other than my dealer and I was afraid of other repair shops. A friend recommended SK and out of frustration, I called them. Wow, Im sure glad that I did! They paid attention to what I was telling them, test drove my car and in a few minutes they had located a potentially serious issue. They showed it to me and I was shocked! Cant believe my dealer didnt see it. Makes me wonder if they even looked for it. The left side front subframe bolt was completely loose and about to fall out. If it had fallen out, I most likely would have had a very serious collision. Thanks to SK, it only took a few minutes to repair and I was on my way. Very impressed with these folks.

I came in to the SK Mechanics office with a time sensitive emergence, just as the office manager was leaving for emergence dental surgery. Before he left, he went back to the shop area and had vehicles moved around to accommodate mine. SK Mechanics personnel immediately started work on my vehicle and had me back on the road in about 45 minutes.This is NOT the first time that SK Mechanic has gone the extra mile to provide outstanding services for me and my family. Ive used them as our sole auto repair shop for over 15 years and I have never been anything but happy and satisfied with their performance.I would recommended them to anyone who ask and have done so numerous times.

My Civic needed a repair. I was 90% sure it was the starter. I called SK Auto and explained my situation. They gave me a quick and simple estaminet for the repair as well as reassured me that they would test and ensure that was the true problem before any work was done. I was able to get my car fixed and returned to me at a fair price and a quick turn around. SK Auto did great work and I would highly recommend them if you have any car repair needs. This is a good honest shop. My job turned out to be more difficult than expected and they stayed until almost 10pm to make sure it was done the same day as they promised. They also only charged their original quoted price and didnt try to add on the extra hours of labor it took. Good guys!

I recently purchased a 16 year old jeep and got a referral for SK from a local Jeep forum. Set up some time to come in for an oil change and to get leaking pinion seals checked out. Mark asked if a mechanic had looked over it since purchased and when I stated it had not, he offered a full run through. I promptly received a detailed overview with items he identified as being in need of repair. They were broke out by recommended, optional, and hold off but keep an eye on it. WOW. I’m not mechanically inclined and was very impressed with the approach for addressing items uncovered in the inspection. I truly feel that the recommendations were made based on need and not an attempt to rack up additional and unnecessary repairs.

AC in 07 Odyssey started blowing hot air. Had a the same thing happening 2 years ago and Honda was saying at LEAST $1300 to repair. The fuse and AC clutch relay checked OK, so it was not going to be a simple fix. SK check it out and found a defective compressor. They replaced the compressor, recharged the freon and did a complete check of the system (found dirty cabin filter ($15)). The total bill was $726 plus tax. This is a bargin compared to a dealership. It was a very good feeling to walk out the door and not feel like you just been taken to the cleaners.I highly recommend SK automotive .

I have one of my vehicles in there now and we are dealing with an insurnace claim which is taking forever and they staff there are very very patient people and they are very friendly to work with. This is the only shop I trust to bring my car to!!!
