My AC went out during a busy time for AC installations, instead of waiting for three weeks, Brad was able to work it in with all of his other installs and got it up and running within a few days.He also installed a portable AC unit that cooled a section of my house that I spend most of my time.The company was very responsive to my needs, all the technicians I met were very polite, efficient and knew their stuff.I am very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

Technician had a bland affect when he arrived. He also did not seem to know much about our high-end Trane unit, as he did not even know where the filter was. We hired AirPro as they bill themselves as Trane specialists. We did not find this to be the case. With our particular Trane unit we do not think AirPro was a good fit.

Very professional and courteous. Had to get a new furnace and they were able to come out very quickly and gave me a quote and even waited 15 mins while I finished up with another company. Brad was very personable and gave zero pressure and walked me through entire process. Even upgraded and got a garage heater as their prices beat out every other competitor. Brad followed up after both installs were complete to check in and make sure everything was up to my satisfaction.

The Initial phone call and conversation with the company was very pleasant they explained everything gave me a discount and set up the appointment. Correspondence was excellent. I got a phone call from the office the day before to let me know when the service Tech would come and a phone call from the service Tech Just before coming to my house. He was very nice very professional and did a great job explaining what he did. He checked both inside and outside units and then cleaned and adjusted the inside unit and left me an extra air filter. For yearly maintenance check inspect and adjust I was very pleased.

I did lot of research to select a new furnace and a contractor to install it. I found that Trane was an excellent product and that Air-Pro Comfort Systems had a stellar reputation. I have been very pleased with the results provided by Air-Pro Comfort Systems.

From the moment of calling Air Pro Haylie was very responsive, professional and excellent making sure my concerns for a humidifier/ dehumidifier were answered. Their prices were fair and the work was done timely. I would recommend Air Pro just make sure you give them early notice if possible, they are busy for the season. We had a humidifier and smart thermostat installed.

My heat pump died on the first day of June 2020. Brad did a great job providing and explaining options. Jason and John did an exceptional job installing the Trane equipment I chose.. I am super happy with the new unit which is very quiet and really does a great job cooling the entire house. Air-pro has been really great to work with. I try to support smaller businesses whenever possible and when my AC went out over Memorial Day weekend it provided another reason why. All of the big players in town wouldnt even try to fit me in, then Brad himself called me who was swamped with customer calls because he was letting his crew take the holiday weekend off (again, this is the type of business owner I want to give my business to) and did everything he could to fit me in even though I was not an existing customer.He battled my existing unit and wouldnt give up trying to bring it to life. Finally, we had to pull the plug on it and replace the unit. They shuffled some schedules around and installed my new unit the very next day. The installation guys were great and everything is clean and tip top.Everyone at this company that I spoke with or worked with has a lot of pride in what they do and their service and commitment to customers shows for it. I hope everyone else has the same positive experience with this company as we did.

We had our furnace, air and hot water heater all replaced by Air-Pro in the fall. We have been more than happy with the service we experienced and the functioning of the systems. They just came back to check on the air conditioning to ensure it has correct levels as it was too cold when initially installed. Again their staff provided exemplary service!

As is typical the A/C unit went out on a Friday at 5:00 PM during a heat advisory. Zach was out first thing the next morning and worked extremely hard to get my 15 year old system running. When that ultimately didn’t work Brad, the owner, was on the phone with me on Sunday working up a fair quote that met all of my needs. He didn’t try to up sale or give me add-ons I didn’t need. Air Pro worked me in that same week and with Zach and John on the install it was a flawless process. They were very professional and kept all work areas clean. Just absolutely top notch in their profession. I work in facility management and I’ve truly never worked with a better crew. Brad stopped by later in the day to see how I was doing and if I was happy with the product and install. Truly it is that personal touch from start to finish that has made me a fan. I will never go to another company for my HVAC needs.

Technician texted me when he was about 15 min away. Very professional, even used plastic booties over his boots so he wouldnt mess up the carpeting!! He serviced everything we asked him to check. And provided us with some education about the cooling system we currently have. Very pleasant. I would highly recommend Air-Pro and will certainly fly use them again in the future!!

I cant say enough good things about Air-Pro. They came out to perform maintenance on my HVAC system, as well as give me a quote on a ductless mini-split system for the garage. And wow did they go above and beyond! My HVAC system was installed by another company just last year, and its a long story, but lets just say I dont trust the work from the other company anymore. Not only did Zach and Brad take the time to answer all of my questions, they performed the normal maintenance on my HVAC system, they fixed a few things the original installer from the other company didnt take the time to do (which could have ended up costing me big time), and they verified my system was working as it should. I really appreciate everything they did!

We’ve used them before for our AC and called again when our furnace fan was out. They knew the details of our previous service and were able to diagnose the new problem over the phone. The technician came out to verify the problem, ordered the part needed, and came back to service it. All this was over a Holiday weekend and I was worried about how much the final bill would be. I shouldn’t have been worried. You never want to have to pay one of these “unexpected bills” but it’s nice to know that when you’re up against it a company isn’t going to take advantage of you. Hope we don’t need them again but if we do we’ll use them before anyone else.

Called Air Pro Friday night, with furnace making very loud noise when running. Scheduled them for Monday service call since their weekend rates are significantly higher. They showed up on time, did high quality work, and the furnace is back up and running. Needed to replace motor and fan. My only issue is that I had to pay $79 an hour for the technician to run around town and get the parts he needed. So, the job cost me $120 more than I expected, based on the discussion we had about the work. Maybe I would have saved $120 if I called a bigger shop.Addendum - spoke with the owner, he explained to me that this is standard practice in Kansas City for customers to pay technicians to drive around for parts. Good to know, I guess.Addendum 2 (3/16/2020): continue to use Air Pro for all my hvac needs. They do an excellent job. John came by today for a furnace issue, had me taken care of quickly.

I can’t begin to express how happy I am with Air Pro. We first called one of the big boys you see on TV. Found out the advertising is paid by their customers. We got quoted 14k for a new system. Air Pro for a similar system was half that cost and they were selling TRANE! That like selling a BMW for half the cost of a Ford

Air-Pro did a great job installing our HVAC and hot water heater. After 23 years of builder grade systems, it is nice to have a new Trane system. The installation went smooth even though they worked in very tight quarters.
