Another company was supposed to come do a tuneup on our AC unit, they failed to show up to the scheduled appointment and said it was because they had too many emergency service calls. Then they couldn’t fit us in for another week! Two days later my AC was not keeping up with the heat in my house and my house was very hot - now I was the one having the emergency. Company #1 wouldn’t even answer their phones. Davenport came to the rescue and squeezed us in first thing in the morning. They showed up on time, added Freon and leak stop and have fixed the problem for now. Kyle was very professional and explained all the costs up front before performing the work. They did a great job and I would call them again.

On very short notice, Davenport sent a technician - Anthony - to my moms home. She was very concerned about her furnace and didnt think it was working properly. My mom is 92 years old and a company could very easily take advantage of her; yet, Davenport for the past 30+ years has continued to treat her fairly . Anthony listened to my moms concerns, was extremely patient, and conducted a thorough review of her heating unit. After he was done running a few tests on her unit, he provided very helpful information and options. Whenever Davenport sends someone to help my mom, they are always very pleasant, very courteous, and most importantly, very knowledgeable about the heating and AC units. Anthony was no exception! Mark Davenport and his installation team did a nice job installing a new Lennox system for heat and AC. We discussed a number of options and ultimately installed a 2 stage furnace and variable speed AC unit. We also installed an electronic filter, UV lighting and new humidifier. It was all installed without any major change to the space including a new wifi thermostat. So far everything is working as promised and they have provided a two year service contract to make sure everything runs smoothly. Thanks for making the process so easy and affordable.

Having a negative experience with a previous company, I decided to call Davenport since I had seen their truck in our neighbor hood. They responded with a visit and estimate within a couple of hours. Based on the quality of the explanation, we decided to accepted the proposal to replace our 18 year old systems before they gave out. Two furnaces, air conditioners and water heater were replaced within 3 days. The work was done cleanly without any problems.

Highly recommend this company! My air conditioner broke down on a very hot day in August and they were able to send someone over within an hour. My AC failed, it was time to replace the 20yo system. I chose Davenport. Installers, Zach and Matt arrived on time, laid down tarps, worked fast and efficiently. They removed the old system and installed my new Carrier furnace and AC. The installation looks perfect, pressure tested the lines, tested the heat and AC all in about 5 or 6 hours.I have dual systems for upper and lower floors. Davenport installed one set last year and another this year. Perfect installs both times.Owners, Mark and Kim run a great business!

I worked for Mark Davenport 20 years ago, and got to know him really well. He is an honest, professional, who runs his business in such a way that is rarely seen today. I have had an entire heating and cooling system installed in my home by Davenport as well as a new water heater, all have worked perfectly for 10 years. Yesterday, however, my AC had finally decided to have an entire meltdown. I called Davenport, and was immediately scheduled for service. The tech, Luis, came out, within hours and was able to get the unit running with a temporary fix to get me through the night. This was needed because of health problems that require me to need AC even when much cooler than the 90s we are now experiencing. The unit was able to get me cool until this morning. The new unit was installed and running by noon, today. Zach was the installer, and gave me all the information I requested, and was friendly, professional, and extremely informative as to offering me options on other work I am thinking about having done to my mothers home. Most recently, we had the furnace replaced to match an AC unit that was installed by another company under a home warranty plan. LOVE this company! Not only did they install my system many years ago they have continued to provide my bi-yearly maintenance. Mark, the owner, has been to my home many times and is also so personable and I trust him implicitly.This past Monday, Aaron came and did my fall furnace maintenance and was just as nice and personable. I have never felt like I was being sold something I didnt need and they show up when they say they are going to be there. If something is not right or I have questions or concerns, they return immediately to right a situation.

They called ASAP and sent guys out immediately. The techs were very kind and professional, and offered me my options to repair or replace the furnace with no pressure either way. I decided to replace, but was worried about waiting until Monday (3 more days). They went back to the office and brought me 5 space heaters to stay warm! Very pleased with our first experience with Davenport Service Company. We decided to get some bids for the maintenance programs at local HVAC companies. Got four bids and Davenport was the best price and offered more services for that price. Mark came out today and did our fall maintenance. We were happy with his level of expertise, his personal service effort and his recommendations. No hard sell efforts or drama trying to sell us anything!
