Recently I moved to St. Paul’s Apartments and I’m very pleased this far. The rooms are spacious and the closets are fit for a Queen. The office manager Chastity & the receptionist Ebony has been very helpful in assisting my with getting settled. They’re very courteous and always professional yet caring. An added plus is the property is centrally located and the Transportation Depot is just outside of my patio door. I’m grateful and proud to be a resident of the St. Paul’s Community Family.

Ive lived out here for two years and can honestly say I love it. Its easy to commute to any city the interstate is only 5 minutes away. Our Manager and assistant are always helpful and on the job whenever I need them. I would recommend these apartment homes to anyone looking for a great place to live and affordable.

Ive been here going on three years and I love my apartment, the staff is very friendly and informative and maintenance is on point, I have no complaints and welcome to Mrs Ebony new to the office, also the Gym is awesome and its nice and quiet.

I have been living in St. Paul’s Apartment homes for going on 2 years now & I would definitely recommend to anyone looking quiet & clean neighborhood to reside...Prime location as you will enjoy being in walking distance to MacArthur Mall & granby street...Apartments are spacious & you will love the hardwood floors & spacious closets...Incredible place to reside.

I must start by saying thank you to Chastity and Shakeyah. These young ladies are the best, they were so helpful, friendly and very professional. I was looking for a nice apartment for my mom, I haven’t rented in over 25 years and didn’t have any idea how the process went. Mrs. Chastity was very patient and pleasant with helping us through the entire process. I truly appreciate all her help and her welcoming spirit. My mom loves her new beautiful spacious apartments and all the amenities that come along with it. Very nice place to live, so many things to do within 10 minutes walking distance.

What a great place to live!! Many thanks to the office staff for helping to make my transition here a wonderful experience. Although they’re extremely busy, they gave me their undivided attention and walked with me every step of the way. I greatly admire their professionalism when dealing with the residents. A BIG BIG Thank you is well deserved for Shakeya n Chasitity their customer service skills are AWESOME. They answer all questions, explain things in detail, have patients and understanding. Shakeya helped me with a big move from one state to VA. She always kept me updated on the process continuously kept me in the loop on what I needed to do and she just went over and beyond her leasing agent duties with her customer service. My mother and I are overjoyed that will will call St. Pauls our new home. Thank you to the entire staff at St Pauls.

The move in process was simple and everything was explained to me in such great detail. The 2 ladies in the rental office were always polite and accommodating. Shakeyah was always happy to help regardless of my many inquiries or indecisiveness. Moving forward into the apartment I love it and would recommended to anybody.

New lady in the office is not friendly. Residents leave trash out the dumpster and for it be a pet free community, there are a lot of dogs (not service dogs either because none of the dogs have vests and they come out before the office opens or when it closes, plus they bark half the night).

St. Pauls Apartment Homes does not deserve its name -St. Paul. Saint Paul is one of Christ disciples, so I had expected the staff to at least deserve the name of the establishment they represent and exhibit christian ethics, empathy and compassion. I applied to become a resident of St. Paul Apartment Homes in Norfolk because of its proximity to the place I work. I am an adjunct Professor in a college and the place iincome restricted, therefore ideal for housing residents like me. I applied in February 2019, paid an application fee of U$9.00 non refundable. A few days later, I was asked to pay a holding fee of US250 which I did. They then asked me to complete requirements - a statement of my finances, pension, social security, pay stubs including employer verification. I completed all the requirements. They earlier said I was disqualified for the 2 bedroom unit that costs 724+ because of my income and led me to another 2 bedroom that costs U$893+. In both offers they showed me the units and made an estimate of how much I should pay to move in. I chose to still move in, in the more expensive unit of U$893+. They said the holding fee was for up to May 10, 2019. Yesterday, May 13, 2019, they called to inform me my application is rejected because of tax credit issues. They are requiring that my husband should be my co-applicant because we file joint income taxes. But my husband lives and works OUTSIDE the US. As spouses, we have agreed to live apart while maintaining our christian vows and that has worked for years now. They told me that I have to have my husband live with me in the apartment for them to approve my application. And then, they can only refund the holding fee I paid after a number of weeks, because they have to cut a check and it takes time to do that. I need the money to find other places to move in. But more important maybe I need the help of more humane personnel of the Department of Housing to sort these issues out. I feel egged on and betrayed. Is this not some kind of discrimination?

What can I say? -This place is just beautiful with nice, clean spacious rooms, a gym, secured grounds, very close to businesses downtown, and much more -everything you are looking for in an apartment. Its winter now, but cant wait for summer in order for me to get into the pool. Come visit -you will love it! I cant say enough about the staff, who are so pleasant. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt a warm Welcome. Mere words cannot even begin to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to you for helping me to get my apartment. Ms. Shekiah and Ms. Chasidy, you are the best -in addition, Mr. Terrry, you guys really deserve a medal. You are a great asset to Nusbaun Reality, and specifically, St. Pauls Apartments, as you always strive to make your guest and tenants happy and very satisfied. Great Location walking distance to Mac Arthur Mall and downtown area, parking spaces washing facility and a gym. During the process Ive encountered a very pleasant experience.Thank you ST. Pauls Apartment Homes for a GREAT team of ladies (Ms. Chasity, Jackie and Shakeyah). Phone calls and email responses were answered in a timely manner. My personal experience and observation each time I have entered the leasing office was pleasant. These ladies presented themselves in a professional manner, acknowledged individuals upon entering the leasing office, all with welcoming smiles and poise. I would definitely recommend others to this establishment.

I give St Pauls Apartments 5 Stars!! I moved in on May 16th 2019. Me and My daughter loves it. Its quiet, secured and most importantly the staff is very professional.

Wow.....Beautiful and affordable! The move in process went smooth and the staff was very helpful! I think I am going to like it here.

I cant say enough about my beautiful, spacious and conveniently located apartment. So many perks I have and am enjoying here as well as having access to a friendly office staff that is always willing and ready to answer questions and be of assistance.

I’ve heard good things about St. Paul’s, my issue is that I’ve called multiple times, left messages, and asked for a tour/call back on the website. Still no answer after 2 weeks

Unprofessional. They dont answer the phone which is really frustrating since they dont respond in a timely manner with email. The first email I sent was at the beginning of the week and I did not receive a reply until Saturday. I was told they didnt have any appointments for that upcoming week and asked if Id like to make an appointment for the week following. When I emailed back an hour later stating Id like to confirm a time, they didnt respond for another 5 days saying they were all out of appointments for the week they said was open and pushed it out another week.

The staff makes living here worth it , very pleasant and help you along the way .

For these apartments to be brand new you would think the leasing office would be super professional & respond in timely manners but they do the exact OPPOSITE. When i first reached out to tour the place & put in an application i literally had to call 5+ times in order to get an answer, some days they just don’t care & send u straight to voicemail. But we finally made an appt to see a 1 bed, 1 bath & when we got there they told us it was no more available!! no one even had the audacity to call & let us know before hand so i was really upset about that. Yet we still toured the 2 bedroom & did an app for that (apartments themselves are very nice btw) but we were told we’ll get a call or either an email back letting us know if we were approved. it has been WAY OVER a week & still no answer. I’ve even attempted to call them & no one will answer the phone. Having to pull teeth with the leasing office really just kills the whole thought of living here, i’m over St. Paul’s Apartments already. They’re trash.

I love it here! The ladies in the office are so sweet, the gym is great, and the laundry facility is dope; they take visa, MasterCard and even Apple Pay. The machines are pretty big and spacious. Many ppl don’t live here yet, which is awesome lol so parking isn’t that bad yet and it’s quiet all day, besides the noise from the streets. You can literally walk anywhere downtown, Waterside, MacArthur Mall, The Norva, and any bar. Great spot if u still Pokémon lol. There’s literally a gym and Pokestops steps away! Highly recommended, I honestly don’t think I’m going to leave. :)
