We moved in to Marina Villa when it first opened. We loved the place. Everything was so modern and we had a great patio with a view of the Marina. We lived in the smallest apartment and loved the layout. The amenities are wonderful , the outdoor area has BBQ grills and a great fire pit with music you can play. This place is amazing, I cant say enough. It really is as nice as it looks! We had to leave due to a job transfer but wish we had this place where we are now. Courtney the manager was amazing.

I can only speak to the customer service provided by Courtney Gray the property manager which was excellent! Courtney was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the application process which made everything so much easier.

We absolutely love living at Marina Villa! Every day feels like a vacation and the views are incredible. The apartments are beautiful, modern, new, and well-maintained. We cannot say enough great things about the staff here too. We have received nothing but outstanding service and professionalism during every interaction. Highly recommend this apartment community!

I got the chance to stay at Marina Villa and loved every minute of it! This is a great place to stay in a growing area of East Beach. The staff were always warm and accommodating. Overall an outstanding facility and great for pets!
