Sa a duplex for rent and the sign on building said Coldwell banker and gave number to call and 2diferemt women were so rude, said they did have anything for rent at that address. Not helpful and sign us still on building. If they are representatives if your customer service I will not ever really with your company.

Very disappointed to return to my home and find that it was not taken care of. I was fearful of renting my home but I didn’t have a choice due to my PCS as a military member. I’m saddened by the fact that the property manager was not aware that the tenants had a dog when I specifically stated no pets. So much damage to include: Missing base boards, walls that are filthy, tons of mold in the shower, cabinets damaged back, door damaged etc. I look forward to speaking to an executive member of this company. I feel the fees paid for a property manager we’re useless. As well not receiving rental payments until mid month when they were being paid by the tenants on the 1st.

Mice, roaches & paper thin walls. Do not move here unless it’s your LAST option. Been dealing with mice for months and roaches since day ONE. Pest control comes every month to spray but it does nothing. Walls are so thin you can hear entire conversations thru the walls.UPDATE:As you see from my previous review there are definitely some cons living here as with ANY complex. I’ve installed an plug-in insect replant and I haven’t seen anymore nice since I wrote the original review. But I wanted to update this since time has passed with the pandemic. One thing I will say about this management company they actually DO care about their tenants. Any maintenance issue that I’ve had they’ve always come the next day. And although I fell behind on my rent I still made payments when I could. I was taken to court they did gain possession of my apartment but did not evict me & that is the main reason I’m staying here. Throughout this whole pandemic I have NOT worried about the roof over my head once which is a blessing. This why I updated my review and gave this company 5 stars. There are some places who are still evicting despite the CDC memorandum.

I have had a horrible experience renting from Coldwell banker. First, they have roaches. Second they have rats. I am a very clean person, so I know it’s not me. Maintenance is always hard to contact. One occasion my AC was broken and it took months for them to come out. Then I had problems with getting hot water. Once they finally came to replace the water heater, I was told I was going to get my carpet cleaned (due to the water that leaked from the old heater) and it was never done. The neighbors are horrible and I had water damage due to my upstairs neighbor, which resulted in mold. Then to top it all off I have to go to court for unpaid charges, even though they are laws in place (the Cares Act) for people not to be evicted because EVERYONE is having a rough time due to Corona. (I lost both of my jobs in March due to Covid) And whoever they sent to court was very rude as well. In summary I would never rent from them ever again. The only positive is that my rent was reasonable.

Mice, roaches, horrible customer service, rude management, lackadaisical maintenance, and cheap rodent extermination. I have had 2 experiences with this company (Coldwell Banker). My first experience was living with my grandmother in the town houses off Chesapeake Blvd. At first, things were okay. But after our second year the company had many vacancies and rats began to infest our town house. I moved immediately. (I cannot do rodents in any shape or form). However, my grandmother of 67 years old decided to stay. I did not agree with her decision, as this problem was never fixed. Ultimately, the company moved my Grandmother to their cheaper one-bedroom apartments off Leicester Ave. (BIG MISTAKE). The ac went out the first summer for 3 weeks, sending my grandmother to the ER one night due to heat exhaustion. (I tried to get my grandmother to move then). She was never compensated for the heat issues or given any credit on her account. Then 5 weeks ago my poor Grandmother (who now has been diagnosed with cervical cancer and is a diabetic) found that she has mice in her apartment. She called the property managers and they have done very little to almost nothing to address the issue. My grandmother had to call an outside company on her own and paid $265.00 to have exterminators come out. But the problem is the entire complex and not just my grandmother’s apartment. We put in a maintenance order to have the holes filled where the mice are entering and exiting, but after 5 weeks we still have had no success. One day a maintenance man came out to put plaster over mold around the shower. We thought that he would fill the holes where the mice where entering and exiting but instead, he added a hole above the shower where the mold was located. Since then, nothing has been done for the mice, holes, or mold. When talking to the women in the leasing office, everyone always explains that they do not understand what’s going on. The leasing agents will promise to call back, but never actually call back. The property managers get aggressive and rude as if these concerns are an inconvenience to their life. I have never been more disappointed and disgusted by the living conditions of this complex. After 5 weeks of living with mice, this company has not offered any support financially to my grandmother, I do not understand why someone is required to pay rent in such repulsive conditions. Long story short, pick another place to live.The picture below is the hole, the maintenance man put in the wall when he was supposed to be fixing the mold and holes where the mice are entering and exiting. This day he did not fill the holes as promised by the leasing agents and property manager. This is the quality of work you can look forward to living in this complex.

The staff is absolutely amazing, courteous, respectful and helpful. The office at Granby is very clean and well maintained, theres always smiles and kindness for my kids. That said, we moved into a home as is and the issues pile up frequently. If youre in a pinch and need to rent now, I suggest them. If you have time, I suggest finding another company to ensure your money is spent the best way it can be.

Very nice staff they make you feel like they care about their tenants. Can be a little slow to respond sometime but for the most part they are on it they get what they have two done and they keep the tenants satisfied

I am currently a tenant with this company. The AC unit broke down as soon as we moved in, resulting in a 2 week period in the summer without AC. Lack of insulation in the sub floor resulted in stress on the heating unit and $250 heating bill in the winter. The company declined to compensate me for the AC unit issue. Coldwell Banker must make a more stringent criteria for what they will consider move-in-ready! See the photo of the exposed sub-floor for a $750/month unit! My neighbor has a heating bill of $500 a month from normal operation of his HVAC. RUN AWAY if you have another choice.

I would not recommend Coldwell Banker Professional, REALTORS, 9646 Granby St, to anyone. Maintenance issues and book keeping issues were not addressed promptly. I have lost so much money because of the irresponsible agency.

I don’t write reviews but I was compelled to write this one.I hired coldwell for property management services. They tenants they chose completely destroyed my home and the company failed to do any inspections. When I asked why inspections were not done, I was told by Keli she opened the door for the AC guy but failed to look in the house. This company is a complete nightmare and my family and I regret using their services. All they care about is getting their 10% monthly money. Then on top of that Keli had the nerve to make excuses for their nasty behavior. She is part of the problem. I really believe if I was a white person they would of took care of my property much better. Don’t use this company for anything. Trust meI see why the only have 2 stars. I plan on suing them.Don’t use this company if you value your money.
