She was amazing. She cleaned and I had a look around and gave her feedback on small things Id like to see cleaned more deeply - there was not many. Id highly recommend this service and will use them again.

The cleaning was really well done. Arrived over 2 hours late though. Also things were moved which is fine but some of those things I still can’t find.The cleaning was great, but I will not be booking again because of the lateness.Updated; they offered me a free cleaning for the lateness so I moved from 3 stars to 4.

Update: I was contacted after my review and was scheduled a complimentary cleaning which was stellar. I would recommend if you need standard cleaning services.I was hopeful based on the high reviews. I booked a move in clean, which I was assured would include a cleaning of the appliances. The kitchen was virtually untouched (stains in the fridge, the range was dirty, etc.), and all of the cabinets in the apartment (in the bathroom, kitchen, and closets) were also untouched. It was basically a total waste of money because I had to deep clean everything again. Also, they were late.

I called this agency because I was interested in working for them. I asked if by chance I could speak with someone who speaks Spanish because even my English is not perfect, the only thing this man knew how to answer me was that we live in America, here only English is spoken and he impolitely hung up on me.
