Purchased the Move In/Move Out cleaning package for an additional fee because my roommate and I were moving in to a new apartment and wanted a fresh, clean apartment to move in to. We went to the apartment a few hours after the scheduled cleaning to start moving in and found the apartment to be in the same condition as it was prior to the the cleaning. We ended up cleaning it ourselves because we needed to move in the same day. Pictures below are after we mopped the floors ourselves and after they supposedly cleaned.

Cleaners do not wear masks!!!!!! I just came home in the middle of a clean and my cleaner was not wearing a mask, she also refused to put one on when I asked her. The first time I booked this service, I paid for a deep clean with two cleaners but only one showed up. She did an okay job but missed a lot of spots and left my balcony door open. Second time was even worse. I came home about an hour into the clean and my cleaner was not wearing a mask. When I asked her to put one on, she refused, so unfortunately I had to ask her to leave before she finished. I called the service and the person who answered the phone was totally unconcerned.

They have the best team in Long Island!!! Professional and very respectful people. They also did an amazing job, I highly recommend them!!!

I have always felt vaguely guilty about using cleaning services, despite being crazy busy nearly all the time, and having had a cleaning lady growing up, whom we couldnt have lived without. I still somehow expect myself to be able to do it all - run a thriving business, have healthy relationships, and take care of all of the domestic duties. Most of the time, my girlfriend and I are fairly successful at this (or as close as a young couple can get).This all fell apart while in New York, however, as we were in town for a few months, working on a big project. Our rhythms and habits got disrupted, on top of being twice as busy as normal with projects. The condo we were subletting, unfortunately, didnt get the love and maintenance it deserved, and we were left in a tight spot, with a messy place and only 2 or 3 days to get it immaculate.We had no choice but to call on Maid Marines. And Im glad we did!The ladies were super friendly and helpful, on top of being totally amazing at their jobs! We had allocated the whole project taking four hours, with two cleaners. The place was immaculate in slightly less than 3, and we ended up paying them for the full time, they were so great!We went from being under the gun, stressed out of our minds, and running out of time, to having some spare hours to go check out a New York deli.Couldnt be happier with Maid Marines, and would recommend them 1000 times!!!

I used this service yesterday and was highly disappointed. I ordered their servings for 2 cleaners for 2 hours each. One cleaner got lost and went to the wrong address. The second cleaner who did come, required twice the time to finish the job...makes sense, right?? What didnt make sense is that she did not understand English.The job was to clean 5 bedrooms and 3 baths on 2 floors and a basement, in a completely, empty house. I walked her through the whole house to show her what I needed her to do since she didnt speak English. After 4 hours, she only did one floor...ONE!!!I called to complain and management said theyd call me back and never did. This company does not accept any accountability for anything wrong done.

Due to the magnitude of the job I am overall happy with their service. I was also impressed with the back office, they are on top of everything and work with you to make sure you are satisfied . A few kinks here and there but I am overlooking them due to the enormity of this job. I am sure the next time will be perfect since it will be a maintenance cleaniing. I will call them again.

This was such a life saver! I live alone so my house is always a mess. One day suddenly my girlfriend told me that her parents wanted to come over to visit but the house was a total dump. Wow. This is all I can say about Maid Marines. They really saved me when I was in a bind. I had my girlfriends parents take an impromptu trip to visit and I needed a deep clean quick. Within a day, I got an estimate, made a reservation, and got a deep clean with the friendliest team (of two) ever. However, it’s a typical NY apartment and not huge. On top of that we opted out of bed linen change. But she barely finished with master bed/bath, living room, second bed room and kitchen. Somehow she made the floor worse then it was before the cleaning - it was sticky everywhere. We raised a complaint and they offered us a free second cleaning which was kind of fair but we didn’t go for it and simply asked for a new cleaner next time.The new cleaner was fabulous, we loved her and we were told via email and their portal that she’ll be our new cleaner going forward.However, of course the cleaner from the first times did show up with no notice for the next appointment!!! So basically a very embarrassing situation that we had to explain her boss on the phone that we did ask for somebody else while she was standing next to us. Of course they didn’t have anybody else available and wanted her to do the job and told us next time it’ll be the new cleaner again. Very unsatisfying.In addition, we did have a chance to look at the label of her cleaning tools and of course it wasn’t green at all even though they do tell it on their website. To make it worse, we did specifically put a note on our order that we really want green cleaners only because of our little son. But I guess that’s not important enough for them. Our entire apartment has a horrible chlorine odor now.

The cleaning service for our house was a pleasant choice. I have been living with a bunch of friends in the house. we dont enjoy cleaning in a daily basis, so the condition was pretty bad, especially our kitchen. Maid Marines Cleaning Service would probably be considered the epitome of cleanliness. My fathers house had not been cleaned and the inside basically wreaked of foul odors and dog feces all over the floor. We were going to celebrate his 60th birthday here, but it was just way too dirty. When I called for their service, they were quick to answer and were quick to come. When we came back after a couple hours, the whole house was transformed into a whole new place. I am so glad that I called this place. I used this service over the weekend, and it was fantastic - they arrived a couple minutes earlier than the time scheduled, which I appreciated, and brought all of the necessary cleaning supplies with them. They moved the furniture around to clean underneath, and they did not leave any mess or debris behind. They mopped up all the floors, cleaned the walls and all the rooms. They even brought all the trash from the apartment down to the garbage on the first floor which was so nice of them. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs a reliable cleaning service.

Maid Marine cleaning service is the number to call for your cleaning needs. I live in a house with 5 other guys, and honestly it was a disgusting mess. The house was worst than a frat house, and you literally felt dirtier after using the bathroom or after a shower. It was just too much to clean or handle. I was over at a friends apartment over in NYC to celebrate a promotion one of my friends received. We kind of left a huge mess and we only had one day to get it cleaned up before he went back to work tomorrow, but we had other things to do too. Maid Marines was able to come on very short notice.
