We have been using Berry Clean for close to a year now for our 1 bedroom apartment and they always do an amazing job. The surfaces and floors are spotless after they leave, and everything smells fresh and clean, but never harsh. As other reviewers have said, they are very thorough. We usually schedule them to come while we are at work, but the couple times we have been home, they have been on time. Such a great local company!

Excellent service! As a writer, director, and actor in theatre its tough to find the time to really clean my apt other than just keeping it tidy. Nothing better than coming home to a REALLY clean home after a long week! As opposed to some services that only clean superficially and cancel suddenly, Maid on Call is punctual AND always goes the extra mile. Super professional and friendly; great service!

Not only was David responsive and easy to communicate with, but he and his team did a great job on my move-out clean. I wasnt quite ready for them to arrive (still packing) but they started furthest away from where I was and worked their way over seamlessly. My daughter had dropped/lost some jewelry and pictures in her closet that had gotten trapped in between the closet doors somehow. I was surprised that they found them considering we couldnt see them or knew they were even missing. Talk about in depth and detail oriented! I recommend these guys for sure.

I hired Maid on Call Maid and Cleaning Services Company for a deep cleaning, and now I have my townhouse cleaned about very two weeks. I am really pleased so far with their service and attention to detail. They charge reasonable rates, unlike some of the other cleaning services out there.

Needed help at home and called them on the spare of the moment. They sent me a maid within 2 hrs. I must say she was very professional, arrived on time and did an amazing job. I will definitely call them back. 😊👍

Incredible experience, cleaner was kind and diligent. She was scheduled to work 3 hours but stayed an extra 1.5 to get the job done right.

Incredibly rude.Overall, they did a pretty good job. The only hiccup was that they didnt clean the inside of the cabinets and drawers. When I called to ask them about it, they got exceptionally defensive and said it would cost at least $80 for them to wipe down the six or so cabinets and 5 drawers. They insisted that since I didnt specify that the cabinets and drawers needed to be clean, that they werent obligated to do so. Which isnt that big of a deal; I had asked them to make it ready for the next renters, and while I would consider cleaning the kitchen part of that, they do not. Its a forgiveable difference of opinion, and even after I agreed with it, she still kept arguing with me.Repeatedly interrupted, and after I explicitly said I didnt want to argue, she got even ruder and then hung up.Would not recommend and would never use them again.
