Elsie came to my home personally. She was hilarious and very sweet. She did a good job with what she cleaned. I love the fact that she did a same day for me..i called last minute and she delivered. Thanks Elsie!!! Will use again!

Elsie is a kind, honest, warm-hearted person, who loves her business. She shows true initiative, and doesnt need us to list every little thing every week. She looks around, assesses, then specifies and plans what shell accomplish on a day. Shes an excellent professional cleaner. Doubly great that shes really nice. She has cared for our home for more than three years now, and Ive come to like coming home best when Elsies been there. Everything glows, from the polished floors and wood tables to the sparkling glass objects and even the absence of dust on the tops of framed pictures (I look, and Im always impressed:). Everything is in its place. One more thing: we trust Elsie and shes earned it twice over. Punctual, reliable, dependable, she has her own keys and comes and goes like clockwork. She always locks up exactly right. If something keeps her (rare) she calls courteously to rearrange the date. So--were all lucky to know and engage with Elsie. Shes just tops.

My wife and I have worked with Elsie for more than 3 years. Shes efficient, detail oriented, and always on time. And on top of that shes a pleasure to be around! Our two large dogs love her. I cant recommend her service enough.
