Well my ex husband worked with blue chip so my review is based on his experience and as well how quick he found work through the company.

Weve worked with Blue Chip for almost 10 months and across two offices. Their management is attentive to any needs, supplies, or special requests we have and are always just a phone call, email, or text away. They also drop-in to the offices every few weeks to make sure all our needs are being met. Their cleaners are reliable, honest, and friendly! Weve recommended Blue Chip to other businesses as well - A+ service and company! Would absolutely recommend them for your commercial/business cleaning services.

Blue Chip Building Maintenance has provided cleaning services for the Parkinsons Unity Walk for the past five years. This is a large scale fundraising walk held in Central Park for over 10,000 people. Blue Chip has sent the same two supervisors to our event and they do an incredible job of supervising their crew. They do a thorough job of keeping our event clean, are reliable and do their work with a great attitude. The Parks Department always gives us high marks for leaving our event in great shape and this is in large part due to the job that Blue Chip does during our event and once it is over.

Waste of time and money! I began services for 2 of my restaurants with this company and it lasted less than a month! On multiple occasions our restaurant was not cleaned. The owner Martin Friedman who initially seems to be a pleasant and organized business professional shows his true colors once business commences. Today in fact, I came in (fingers crossed) that the restaurant would be cleaned since we have the local congressmen office coming in for an event and of course it was in shambles. When I spoke with the owner, his suggestion was to discontinue service since we are never happy. They also charged me overtime rates for Columbus day and the restaurant was disgusting. I usually have to pay my service staff to come in early and clean up after them. His excuse for his staff not cleaning was to imply our workers hid their products! Ive never dealt with any company like this before, After a few more immature comments from ownership we agreed that suspending services without notice is the best route. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone!

Used Blue Chip for a 25k person event and they were spectacular. The team was completely receptive to our needs and exceeded our performance expectations. I would definitely hire them again for any large scale event.

Our experience has been good. Our cleaners get the job done thoroughly, are on time, are communicative, take initiative and are a pleasure to work with. The management communicates with us quickly and efficiently. Im glad they we hired them.

Blue Chip has been cleaning my building for years. They are always on time, complete the job in a timely manner and are they are very professional. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and they either dont show up or arrive late, etc. With Blue Chip you can always count on their prompt courteous service.

The lady that answered the phone is very rude and uneducated . I asked her can I filled the application online and she told me no , thats for lazy people my eyes shock when she said that. I know many professional companies, will tell you to do the application on their professional website. The lady told me to just bring in resume, no identification smh .
