Im a real estate agent at Douglas Elliman Real Estate in NYC. I put Jeremiah in touch with a celebrity client who needed an apartment cleaned before his new tenants moved in. Jeremiah did me proud! The new tenants saw the apt before Jeremiah performed his magic and sent me the following note after the cleaning: “Jeremiah did a really fantastic job! So far the move has been smooth sailing and the apartment looks spectacular!! Thank you so much for ensuring that we have a great move-in experience.”

The fresh air cleaning is absolutely a JOKE! Don’t hire them if you care about your sanity or cleanliness of your placeHired them to clean my two bottom floors of a brownstone and after agreeing to a staggering $400 cost of “deep cleaning” which was raised to $773 after “add-ons” for a 1500 sqft apartment, the crew arrived one hour late and after touching some stuff they announce that the job is done.To my surprise the windows were cleaned only on the inside, according to Jeremiah fully cleaned windows are considered add-ons to the original price!!!When I showed Jeremiah the spider webs on the corners of the walls, he declared that the spider webs are too high and cleaning the high spots requires additional fees! (I have 10 ft ceilings)when I pointed out the unclean surface of the kitchen counter under my alcohol bottles, the response was that they did not want to move the bottles because they consider them “Personal” stuff and they didn’t want to touch my personal stuff!Then I showed him the dusty top of the fridge and to my surprise he actually agreed that this one they some how missed and they are going to clean it, It never happened!!I showed them the dirty light switches and Jeremiah was extremely annoyed that I was bringing that up!I showed him a dirty window and he also agreed to clean it which never happened!They did not touch inside the fridge!They did not touch inside the oven!They did not touch neither inside the cabinets nor on top of themAfter they left, I found a empty plastic cup under the guest room bed and old smelly cat food behind the tall mirror leaning against wall.there were glass marks left on the fireplace mantle which I easily wiped with a wet towel! Dust in every crack of the house and every surface which was covered by anything like a table a couch or a chair.All above was my experience of less than 4 hours for $773 3 people crew.UPDATE: Jeremiah has posted a reply and mentioned that he has arrived on-time, here is the screenshot of his text message being late. I encourage that the readers read his response and decide for their own if this is a professional service - good job Jeremiah, your response speaks volumes of professionalism. I need to add for your own safety its not wise to allow these people in your house.

Im 9 months pregnant and in my nesting stage lol. Wanted a spotless clean apartment for when my baby arrives. Jeremiah left the place sparkling. Vacuum and mopped every little corner he could find. The kitchen was a complete mess when he got here. And of course cleaned the windows inside and out. Took him almost 8 hours to clean my mess by himself. Will be using again for sure.

We bought an apartment that was left filthy by the previous owner. Jeremiah and his team did an amazing job. We are extremely satisfied and strongly recommend their services

Were not the most thorough when it comes to house cleaning. (I use we so I can share the blame with my wonderful wife!) I met Jeremiah from Fresh Air Cleaning Service at a BNI training, and checked in with some of the folks in his new chapter to get some buzz about him. Everyone said he was terrific! I gave him a try.He arrived with his right-hand man Julius, and they proceeded to their tasks in what I can only call Commercial Level Deep Cleaning in our home. I expected a 3-hour visit, thats what other services said it would take, but Jeremiah and Julius worked for 5 and a half hours. The place became spotless - every metal fixture shines, every sink, bowl, and floor is pristine. Every window was cleaned inside and out, the crown molding was wiped, the indentations in the doors were dusted thoroughly.My wife was amazed, the place is as clean as new, and now we have to pay attention to our lax attitude and work hard to keep these wonderful results as long as possible. Or at least, until the next time Fresh Air Cleaning Service returns to again show us how its done!What a great present for ourselves - in fact, a Deep Cleaning by Jeremiah and his team would be a great present for friends and colleagues! Indiscreet and unprofessional company.We recently hired Jeremiah and his team for a deep cleaning of our home.Unfortunately Jeremiah and his team did the job very poorly. In fact they did not perform deep cleaning. I had to tell Jeremiah twice that the bedrooms were not properly vacuumed as well as the small bathroom. I had to collect the dust and hair of  the floor to show that the space hasn’t been cleaned let alone DEEP CLEANED.It was embarrassing! All this after they declared they were done with he job. NOT CLEANING BASIC SURFACES FOR $400 is crazy!We expressed our dissatisfaction about the service and in the end about the price, only to find out that they sent us the invoice almost  for double the amount the next day.Calling your clients UNDER THE INFLUENCE PUBLICLY IS their feedback when we said they were late! :(“Our team arrived on time, but we understand when you’re under the influence it may be hard to keep track of the time.”Dear Jeremiah,thank you so much for your feedback.We’d appreciate little bit more if you had offered to come back and finished the job properly or apologize, not publicly rant and accuse us of being under influence, EVEN IF WE WHERE, as cleaning staff you should know that desecration is number one concern when you let your cleaning staff in your home.Regarding the service pictures are more telling. I leave it to the reviewers to have their own judgments.

This was my first time using Fresh Air Cleaning Services company and their services. I signed up for weekly service. They cleaned from top to bottom and most importantly made sure they addressed the specific areas I needed cleaning. They where fantastic! They were timely, hard working and thorough! Fresh Air cleaning could not be more professional and meticulous about cleaning. We originally had scheduled them to clean our new home before we moved in/after our renovations completed. However, our movers messed up the schedule and had us moving in early, which would only leave Fresh Air 2 hours to clean. Fresh Air suggested they should clean the day after we moved in (yesterday) so they could clean to company standards. Jeremiah, the owner, maneuvered our boxes, luggage, countless items all around the house to clean like a pro. That’s not what they had signed up for! He also had a lot of knowledge of infection control and gave us great suggestions on how to make things more environmentally safe for our 1-year-old. To top things off, he was very friendly and kind. When cleaning completed, I could not see one piece of dust in the whole house. It was amazing. I absolutely recommend their services and I’m so glad we booked them!

I met Jeremiah from Fresh Air Cleaning Service, I set up an appointment for a deep clean via phone, he then sent me an email with everything we talked about. Jeremiah, arrived on time and got to work, 6 and a half hours later I couldnt believe how CLEAN my apartment was. Jeremiah cleaned corners I didnt even know existed in my apartment. It was definitely worth every penny to hire Fresh Air Cleaning Service. Jeremiah was a veritable cleaning machine, and didnt stop for six and a half hours, until everything was done. Floors, bathroom, kitchen, everywhere. Jeremiah was fantastic and I did not expect that the man would be able to do this alone. However, to my amazement he had it.
