We needed a deep cleaning on short notice, and had to set everything up remotely,. Zen Home Cleaning was exceptional. Booking online was have easy I got a confirmation call immediately after and special requests were taken care of cheerfully. by Ruth and Christine. I got before-and-after pictures, and Tina and Veronica did a great job. Great service and good value. Highly recommend.

I rarely post reviews, however, I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a service in my life. I spent $626 for a move out clean of my apartment, where they didn’t even clean the kitchen. They claim that I asked for my kitchen not to be cleaned, however, this was not the case and even when I called to clarify that the kitchen should’ve been included (as per what they promise on their website of their move out clean) they refused to fix the issue and stood by charging me the amount they did for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which were also cleaned to subpar measures. The unwillingness to fix the issue in good faith and customer service is very poor, and I am left to now pay another company to do the work that wasn’t done.

I am so grateful for your teams hard work in the power cleaning I had done! Fatma, Joanne, Maria, Marie, Neanora, and Shakiella were so great.I had some areas that I wasnt sure would be possible to address, and I really appreciated the efforts made. Everyone was so thorough, and I look forward to the next post-clean feeling again! Highly recommend and hope to bring the team back more regularly.

I had to leave NYC for a few months during the pandemic so my apartment was left vacant during that time and I wanted to hire a cleaning service to maintain my home while I couldnt. Upon my return I was pleasantly surprised by just how well kept and looked after it was with just a bi-weekly cleaning. Since my return I decided to keep the service going as its been such an added benefit since I am home way more often than I used to be and therefore things get dirty faster etc. Ndeye is the woman who has been cleaning and maintaining my home for months now and she is an absolute pleasure! Carine came to my home for a standard clean and was just wonderful! In fact, she brought a calm with her that permeated my apartment and remained after she left. She was so quiet and efficient, I barely knew she was here, allowing me to work uninterrupted while she performed magic around me. And thats another thing: having someone able to coordinate with you while you are working from home in a one bedroom apartment during a pandemic and thus your office is in your living room is not just a courtesy, it is a gift!

I have been using Zen Home to clean my house for about 2 years now. I have always been very happy with the level of service provided. Yes, it costs more than if I had some strange person come in my home and slosh chemicals around, but I dont mind. I have a dog, a cat and 2 small children who are always getting into everything and playing on the floor, so I wanted a service that would use all natural cleaning products. My mother-in-law was coming for a visit so I called the office to schedule a more intense level of cleaning than the normal cleaning I get every two weeks. The office rep I spoke to was very nice to me on the phone. I had a Power Cleaning last month and my home was incredibly spotless. When I arrived home after work, my apartment smelled wonderful, there were areas behind my furniture that hadnt been reached in ages that were like new, and all of my wood and glass surfaces were shiny. I was so happy. I definitely recommend this service.

Used Zen Home twice so far. Super convenient to make appointment online or over the phone, and they charge a reasonable flat rate. The first experience was ok, but decided to give them another try. Pretty happy with the second team! Gonna use them again, and will likely become a regular customer.

Best cleaning company in the city. There is no doubt about it. Expensive but they can demand premium prices because the owner has somehow managed to pass her cleaning vision & skills down to every single partner she sends out. Zen Home Cleaning is awesome. I love the relaxing sensation of coming home after a long day and feeling like i stepped into a 5 star hotel. Im also a fan of their environmentally friendly dedicated products they use to clean your home. Not only is your home spic n span but they also pay attention to extra details such as turned back linens with organic chocolates left on the pillow and the burning of essential oils which linger and make your home smell even more inviting. They did a very thorough job in the large loft I lived in in about 4-5 hours. I would totally recommend them if you want a superior well done job.

I highly recommend Zen Home Cleaning. I use the service every two weeks (you save quite a bit of money if you book on a regular basis). The cleaning consultants are wonderful! They show up in a really smart looking uniform. They are always so friendly and more important they are super cleaners. I can’t tell you how much I look forward to coming home on the day they have been there. They make my place look so great. Everything is so clean and organized. The bathroom always looks new and my hard wood floors are always so shiny! I have had then do my laundry on occasion and it was all folded retail style and put away in color order. What a treat.My regular cleaner is wonderful. My dog Molly is always so happy to see her. This is special because I have used services in the past that were not pet friendly.Lastly, they perform aroma therapy every time they come. Try the lemongrass.If you are super picky and always demand excellence then Zen Home is your cleaning company. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!
