Absolutely no sense of accountability. Came in for a stain removal, went to pick it up, paid a ridiculous amount, and the stain was still there. They asked for a few more days so I patiently trusted them and it looks the same. If anything the area is whiter than the rest of my sweater with the stain still there. I would’ve been more forgiving if they communicated with me that it would be a tough stain to get out, but they were cold, unapologetic, and kept saying they “tried their best”. Too bad I lost my money, energy, and a week of my time. Don’t waste your time and listen to the bad reviews.

BEST CLEANER IN ALL OF MANHATTAN. They somehow, miraculously, removed a pretty terrible stain from our couch. I had multiple other cleaners tell us the stain was permanent and Jerris saved the day. They can truly do anything. Not to mention.....extremely kind, caring, responsive, return calls/texts, and fair rates. 10/10 recommend! Best in the biz.

I have been using Jerri’s Cleaners for my dry cleaning needs since 2015. I chose them because they are close to my office, and my neighborhood (Hudson Yards) dry cleaners kept destroying the buttons on my shirts and suits.Jerri’s does great dry cleaning, very gentle and thorough. I have also used them for alterations on my suits and shirts, and their tailor is excellent.But perhaps my favorite thing about Jerri’s is that they will pick up and deliver all of my dry cleaning to my apartment building. Even after I moved across town to Murray Hill, they are still available to me. In the end, I am choosing Jerri’s over any dry cleaner within a few blocks of where I live because they have never damaged or lost or done a sub-par cleaning job on my clothes. After years in Manhattan, I know how rare this is! I highly recommend them, even if you don’t live close to their establishment.

Under no circumstance should you patronize this establishment !They grossly over-charged me for a very minor alteration and were most nasty in the process and the follow up.The customer before me also had a serious problem. I should have walked out at that point, but didnt.There are several consumer-friendly, ethical and capable cleaning and alteration establishments in Greenwich Village to patronize. Do not make the same mistake I did.
