I worked for alliance building services since 2009 and loved it! But since covid, I been on call for almost two years now.Anthony Goodins supposed to call us for work! He hasn’t reached out even after I left numerous voicemails that I’m reading,willing and able to work! Yet no responses!! I’m extremely depressed because it looks like my job is in jeopardy and Anthony Goodin’s calling whoever he chose to call !! And to make matters even worse we are permanent workers still at home since March 2021 and to ride the subway and see plenty of 🚨REPLACEMENT/TEMP WORKERS ON THE SUBWAY IN UNIFORM SAYING THEY HAVE WORK IS EXTREMELY HEART BREAKING NEWS🚨STILL NO CALLS FOR WORK BUT A REPLACEMENT HAS WORK THIS IS VERY FISHY‼️AND I NEVER HAD A COMPLAINT FROM TENANTS IN THE BUILDINGS!! HELP US PERMANENT WORKERS PLEASE GOD🙏🏾🤞🏽

You have to be vaccinated to work here so I turned down the offer. Dont like the fact of not choosing to be tested vs forced to be vaccinated in order to work. Hard pass

They have taught me alot on how to Deal with Difficult employees and how to write reports better. When I was hired I did Not know much about the Contract or employees that Id working be with.Now after 3 Teams and company cut backs its much Easier to work and compete reports and Staff Much easier to work with. This begins at the top with my Director Of Operations Benny Balidemaj.I have been a Supervisor & Mr. Balidemaj has been the most Wonderful Leader of a Team I have had in 15 years. His positive though stern energy reflects on all Teams on the NYCHA/Alliance Project. I would love to remain with Mr. Balidemaj and Alliance Building Services company as a life long career.

I was hired one year ago to supervise and oversee the disinfecting of nycha properties in Manhattan to combat Covid 19. The leadership of Jimmy Mckiernan along with his operations manager Benny Balidemaj and Llmi Mehmedaj have been nothing less than outstanding. I worked here. There are better places to work for with full time work. Dont get stuck being a bench/on call officer like so many others with no promise of full time work.

This company is a waste of your time.I was hired as a full time permanent.From 5pm - 12:30am.After the orientation, training & sexual harassment class, uniform & i.d.You call in every Monday for your schedule.But there arent any hours for you!I quit my day job to work with the Alliance.Eight days later I still havent worked at any of the locations even tho Im on call!This place will cause you financial hardship.I have a child & rent to pay.

Great company minimum, wage pay , over time is good , Good over time if you have f-01,f-60,f-3 and so on , shifts morning , afternoon , and night, good working environment

One of the few places that you can still walk in and apply for a job. Great if you need work right away pay is not high but its better then nothing. Some buildings are paying more if in building maintenance. Security jobs not that great. But recruiters were very nice and have flexibility schedule.

318 W 39 ST ( in Manhattan) is Dispatch’s main building, (includes HR department) and that is where one does BENCH. First and foremost HR employees are not supposed to SABOTAGE any employees work schedule. Sadly that is not the case and it continues. BENCH IS BASED ON FAVORITISM AND HR IS NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!! NOT BY A LONG SHOT? AND THERE ARE NO REPERCUSSIONS BECAUSE SECURITY GUARDS ARE THE SCAPEGOATS WHAT KIND OF COMPANY ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN? Loses many building contracts because of inconsistent performances. Horrible establishments. 340 MADISON (in Manhattan) has inconsiderate management meaning all security guards are treated as robots that don’t eat, or piss. 750 3rd AVE (In Manhattan) has the most unorganized, unprofessional and rude ass people from the staff to management, they need to be trained on customer service and efficiency In their job descriptions. I don’t understand how they can even still be up and running when employees are not always payed for all of their work. The people who represent this company should be ashamed of themselves.

Ive been trying to reach some personnel in the company and they wont pick up the phone. You cant even leave a voicemail because their voice mail box is full. Ive been talking to only one person in the company and shes the only one helping me. Its sad how big this company is and no one is doing anything about it.

This is a good company. I was a temporary worker, and my salary was good. Unfortunately some people are nasty, but at the same time Alliance Building wants you to report those nasty guys which is really good.

Completely unprofessional at the front desk. I dont get it but when you interact with the receptionist instantly you get attitude. No Coustomer service skills what so ever. Theyre not afraid to let you know they dont want to be bothered and dont wanna help or do their job.

They do not call you after you call every monday. They do not like to pay you for your days you worked and they give you the run around like you owe them when it’s the other way around . I would never ever work for this company again in my life. Ps Do not waste your time they still owe me money I would never recommend this place to a soul

Very good place to come get a job. The staff are amazing they very nice and helpful. Never had a problem. If you have issue you can talk to them and they will try there hardest to help you with your problem. I work in the MAINTENANCE side. The offices is always clean and neat. Theres always staff onsite to help you with anything. Is enough space. You can sit in and fill your application. The phones always work so you can call before going inside. They have bathrooms always neat and clean. They have elevators you have to go all the way up to the 8th floor.

It is one of the better Security companies I have worked at lately. Building is not hard to find either. Was not happy working for them at all. Be very careful if you end up working for them.

I dont know if its alliance or Citi field but working at citi field is a whole alot of favoritism if your not spanish then forget about it. I think this is the worst company anybody could work for if your not hispanic

Worked for then in 2010 they where paying me 13.20 per hour wasnt bad I only worked like 6 months. Left it because I couldnt have two jobs at the same timway. Now I will try to reapply with them. Wish theu had better benefits though.

One of the worst companies I ever worked for. Completely unorganized, their HR Dept is a nightmare and they dont treat their employees properly. If they put half the effort into their employees as they did their clients, theyd finally be on track to get somewhere.

They paid decent wages (13.57 hr) I wish I COULD HAVE WORKED THE ENTIRE SEASON. You are paid on a weekly basis. If you arent afraid of work and dont want to socialize this is for you . They mass hire so if you get a call show up!

Horrible rude people i ever worked with. Classic security 6months was pure hell $9.00hr i worked a back to back double 7am 4pm 4pm 12am . Standing post.. u do bench for 4hrs and relieve people for breaks. I did it all and never got appreciated but a set up and blackmailed by dispatcher robert evans. All because of hate And jeremiah berkely and his girlfriend shelley miller made me uncomfortable they laugh at me in my face with employees everyday and gossip about me they are so unproffesional and very disrespectful . No call no show and i showed up everytime to work Came back from supension for false accusation . This time i needed to call off for just 1day cause i worked a triple for 3days no sleep. They told be i cant call off or have an off day. When i first started shelley miller ripped of my documents and application. And lied she left it on aprils desk. I had to start to fill the application again. I was shelley miller rival cause her boyfriend jeremiah berekley. . Pay check im always short payed. Worst disaster company.
