They admitted to the mistake, took it back, tried to fix it, could not and finally told me they would give me NOTHING. DO NOT USE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT.

We used these guys for laundry wash & fold and they were friendly & provided a fast turnaround. Plus they seem very fairly priced. We got our clothes back in less tha 24 hours on a weekend and they were folded well and all good! And the people are really friendly too :)

This location with out a doubt has a excellent store manager name Claudia, she really helped and walk me through their process. It’s easy and simple ounce you have an account with them dropping off dirty laundry or even getting a delivery isn’t so much trouble just a phone call away. I really love using this service to do all my Dry cleaning and Laundry!

Used the company a few times for a standard dry clean and they did an good job , however - the 1 time I took in my most expensive suit having only worn once they took little care in, and leaked some of the color from the collar onto other parts of the suit , longggggg story short I ended up going back and forth around 4 times over the course of 3 months to finally getting my suit jacket back to never be same again, I give them a clap for effort and the staff were polite & understanding , however at the end of the day of the product service your paying for isn’t fulfilled then it means nothing. Whatever dry cleaning supplier they use isn’t worth the risk with an expensive suit - I do not recommend using next cleaners .

I had been using this company on a weekly basis spending hundreds of dollars with them. They fraudulently charged my card for a service then refused to issue a full refund. They took no responsibility. I couldn’t get my money back and this overdrew my account leaving me without groceries during this pandemic. They didn’t care. Beware they do not value their customers or the experiences they create. They literally added on extra services and charged me without my permission but made it seem like my fault though I clearly never ordered the service.

Next cleaners has been my to go last minute dry clean service for 8 years.From very expensive drapes and upholstery to silky fabrics, leathers and linens...all has been meticulously done to the premises in record time and to perfection. Having them near has gave me a piece of mind. Thank you Claudia for been such a great manager.

Waited for an 1 ½ hours for my pickup, meanwhile i called the cleaners 3 times to check in when they would arrive, they kept telling me they will be here shortly. So I kept waiting and sitting around at my house. Finally I called them again two hours after the pickup time, they said they already came by, which was clearly untrue as nobody rang my doorbell. Instead of trying to accommodate time to reschedule they just told me they can’t help me at rescheduling and gave me only one time they could come by at -with an attitude. This place is the opposite of convenience!

Very much satisfied with their maid service. Their cleaners were so good as well and very professional.

I brought in my suits with a large bag and coat hangers equipped to hold my suit and pants. When I went to retrieve my clothing, they had disposed of both. Appears they had literally thrown away $55 worth of property and they were incredibly rude and completely unapologetic. Highly discourage giving them any business, some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Plenty of cleaners nearby do a fine job without disposing of your property and without the bad attitude. Go to them instead.

I was in a rush and had to pick up clothes for a dinner at lunch. I came in to see if I could get them pressed in a few hours time. Although that isn’t a typically same day service they were able to do it for me. The staff was super friendly and really helped me out! I’ll definitely come back next time.

I really like the manaher of this store - she tries hard and has good intentions. However they outsource their delivery to metrospeedy and as a result have very limited visibility into the deliveries you give to them. I find that my deliveries often get lost or I only receive a partial delivery of what I sent to them. This is despite clearly labeling the product . I withhold any item that is too important to risk losing . I think this company can do a good job but needs to invest in better back office systems or partner with a third party delivery company that cares about customer service.

I have had Next’s house cleaning service for over two years and am very pleased with the service ~ and especially Claudia, who is always very helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with. Five stars for the work Claudia does!

The great service at Next Cleaners really makes my life easier. The staff there -- especially Claudia and Juan -- are the types of helpful and friendly people which make the neighborhood feel like home. I have used them for clothing and other cleaning (apartment, couch, etc.) and have always been pleased.

Landed at JFK on business from the West Coast and had my toothpaste explode all over my suits and dress shirts. The guys loading the luggage on the plane must have been having a bad day... Anyways I found Next Cleaners on my iPhone and they were amazing! They cleaned my suits better than the day it was tailored. And their customer service was next level. They treated me like family and had my clean suits back to me within 3 hours. Unbelievable! 5 stars because they dont let me give 6!

Revised: Initially received damaged suit pants with belt loop ripped. Filed email claim on next cleaners customer service and received response within one hour. Took pants in two days later and received a repair, free of charge. I am very impressed with the professionalism and speed of the handling of this situation by the store clerk. Outside of this one, most likely freak accident, Next Cleaners provided fast and easy service that is very convenient. I will be returning.

They overcharge your laundry bag. A bag of 30lb was charged for 50lb. Unbelievable!

This branch is ran by incompetent people with an attitude. I had them pick up my laundry on Sunday and they didnt bother to notify me when it was ready. I had to call and pay over the phone to schedule a delivery for last night. I still dont have my clothes today, Wednesday. I called again and they said they tried to delivery last night but I wasnt in my apartment. This is a lie. I was in my apartment and they never showed up. This lady had a very bad attitude. I suggest you avoid this place.

The staff here are truly fantastic. I came in with a wrinkled shirt and a pressing need for the shirt to not be wrinkled. They took care of me on the spot. Ten minutes later, I had a pressured shirt and was on my way. Will definitely come back.

Claudia the manager is excellent. She knows the clients, she is always helpful. I have told her that if I had a store I would hire her immediately

I dropped my blazer off on Wednesday and I needed it by Friday, to which point they said they would have it ready for me. I go on Friday and am told that they won’t have it ready until the next day at 6 p.m. I show up at 6 and they are closed. This place is terrible and I didn’t have my blazer for either event.

Just got off the phone with the manager of this branch. He charged me $25 for washing two pillows and gave an attitude. During pickup I called and asked whether pillows will be charged per pound like regular wash and dry and was told they would be. Just avoid this company all together and find a better place.

Ross and Claudia were extremely helpful and provided excellent immediate help with all of my tailoring and dry cleaning. Wouldn’t use anyone else

I have used them three times, every time they delivered a day or two late and only after repeated calls. They have also overcharged us, ruined two shirts that I asked to be drycleaned scpecically. They were thrown in with the laundry stained and ruined. They also fold terribly ruining clothes. WORST DRYCLEANERS In NY

My story:- I gave NextCleaners a(n) (expensive) suit to clean early February- After 2 weeks pretending my pants required additional care, they finally acknowledged that they had lost them- They asked me to send my proof of receipt etc., which I do the same day- It has been 2 weeks now that they have not contacted me, replied to my numerous emails or reimbursed me of course

I was charged $45 for dry cleaning of my down jacket even though when I had specifically asked at the store before depositing my jacket, I was told I would be charged $35.

Your clothes will always be late.
