The repairman was very knowledgeable about fixing the problems I had with my dryer. He was very professional and always on time. He had to come back once due to not having parts. Very happy with the services. Would definitely use this company again.

Been using Mr. Appliance for many year every time they came out they were able to diagnose and resolve the issue in a timely manner, the last couple years been working with Martin who has more than proven he is very knowledgeable when working on or giving advice about the items he works on, would recommend to ask for him if he is available. Todays visit was finishing up a fridge and its working as if it just came out of the box will be calling them again for future appliance repair needs. I dont normally leave reviews however i feel this company and Martin deserves a thumbs up..

We had an oven that would not shut completely and a dryer that had a high pitched squeal every time we used it.Richard came out and informed us that the light could not be fixed in the oven due to it needing new hinges that no one makes anymore.He fixed our dryer with a kit from his truck.He was professional and polite and fast.We would highly recommend him.

I have a dryer with a failing bearing. I messaged them with the part numbers and asked for a repair estimate…no reply. I called them days later, and am told that they won’t give an estimate, I have to pay $90 for a technician to come out to verify the problem, then I get an estimate. Can I talk to a supervisor? No, he’s only in once a week, maybe Wednesday. I posted to their Facebook page, saying I wanted an estimate but I’m getting the runaround. Can I get help? They deleted my post. 🤷‍♂️ Avoid these guys like the plague!

My repair guy was Tim. He was efficient, professional and very enjoyable. I was very happy with the office gals that answered the phone as well. One of them even called me to tell me that Tim was running a little behind. He wasn’t late with the timeframe he gave me but that was very nice for her to call me. I enjoyed his company and will definitely use them again.

Mr. Appliance was professional from start to finish. When I called, a technician was scheduled that day. I received a text with the time he was going to arrive and a picture of him. He wore a mask and covers over his shoes. The part needed to be ordered and they were on time (again a text). He worked quickly and our dryer was fixed!! Thank you, Mr. Appliance!!

This is the fourth time I have used Mr. Appliance (Garrity in Nampa). The first time was to repair a washing machine with a faulty spin cycle sensor; next was a refrigerator upstairs; and back in 2017 a compressor was replaced in the fridge downstairs. This fourth visit was to replace an original part from my 1998 fridge. Monty is extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain the problem and the proposed solution, with a written cost estimate, before getting started. All my experiences over the past four years have been great, and I am very pleased with the service.

Professional and quality service. The condenser on my fridge needed to be replaced and they were able to take care of it before it fully broke down and thawed all my food. All techs were friendly and on time. Scheduling was easy I appreciated that they sent a text confirmation the night before and it included a photo of the person coming.

Three year old Kenmore/LG fridge failed on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Less than 2 weeks out of Warranty. Kenmore hot-line stated most of the Kenmore fridges are known for having faulty compressors. They will do nothing to help.Mr Appliance responded the following Monday with a technician who diagnosed the problem. The following Friday, Martin (Specialist) and Tim arrived and replaced the compressor and provided a one-year warranty. Martin and Tim arrived on time, with booties, door mat and dressed well. Went quickly about their business. We will use this company again. Thank You to them.

I contacted Mr. Appliance when my washer broke down. It is one of the few companies that will come out to the Melba area to make home repairs. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I liked that they sent a photo of their repairman and that he sent notice when he was on his way. Once here Sam went right to work to fix my machine. There was no wasted time. I would certainly use this company and this repairman again.

My place is exactly how it was before he arrived. I hope that is what this question is asking. Even used there own doormat. Never have had anyone care what kind of mess they made. Excellent service!! I was able to get Next day service after setting up appointment. Mr Appliance sends out a Couple text messages to confirm my appointment as well as a photo of the serviceman. The serviceman, Samuel, was very professional and exceptional in his knowledge of what was needed to repair my under the counter oven. He called to get information/availability on the part needed for this repair. Within the hour Mr Appliance called me to confirm they requested payment approval from the home warranty company which they received by the end of the day. The part was ordered immediately and installed in a matter of days. They are accurate in diagnosing the problem/knowledgeable, on time/prompt in providing and responding to service needs for the customer. Samuel is an excellent technician and deserves a promotion, pay raise and an extra week paid vacation!! Great service here!!

I had a wine cooler that was not cooling properly. I took the unit to there location in Nampa where they looked at it and gave me a bid of over $400 to fix it. They called me when it was done and I came back by and picked up the unit. When I got it back and installed it back into the unit I discovered the unit still was not working properly and would not control the temp. After they looked at it again they then told me it needed more parts costing over another $125. AT this point I had no options, they would not refund what I had already paid so I had to pay the additional or I would have a unit that still did not work. Felt like a real bait and switch. Afterwards the lady in the office called me and badgered me about paying in which I told her I did not receive a bill. She sent it to wrong address. I told her to email it to me and I would take care of it, then she proceeded to badger me more about how soon I would be paying it. I told her when I got the bill in writing and gave her my email to send it to. I would really think twice about using them and make sure when then give you a bid that they guarantee it will be fixed for that price. When I got the bill they also sent me a disclaimer that was not provided in the beginning in which the #2 point said; Additional work beyond that specifically mentioned in this estimate and proposal including, but not limited to, any additional work revealed to be necessary as a result of performing the specific work. Buyer beware. Im pretty sure they are required to give this to me before they accept my job.

Marty has been out twice for warranty work on an outdoor fridge. He assisted us with getting the fridge company to send out a new fridge. The new one also was faulty, but he was immediately able to identify a small flaw and fixed it. Then he took the extra care to install and level it for me, which was outside the scope of the call.
