Awesome Appliance Store!Ive bought several washers and dryers from this great appliance store. They are wonderful for coming to ones home to check out the non-working appliance and inspecting it. If another one needs to be purchased they have something at their store that is in complete working order. If another one needs to be purchased, the service call is waived. Delivery and setup is only $35.00! Customer service is super friendly and helpful always. I have been a customer since 2009.

Bought a new to us washer/dryer combo, the price was fair, they delivered within days and took care of the old stuff. Efficient and professional. Old fashioned values that are hard to find sometimes. If I buy again, I will definitely go back and I would absolutely recommend them.

I bought 2 sets of w/d here. One for my household, one for my mom and my sister. Theyre great sets. They have a 6 month warranty they made good on. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a good set of w/d. Not like the disposable stuff they sell now.

Very professional and helpful! My dryer stopped working. Was still under their 6 month warranty. They had some guys out the same day and had it fixed in 15 mins!

My washing machine went out last night, my husband had called and Ron held a set of washer and dryer for I believe $575. Had a very minor comestic issue and he made it flat $500. He walked us through basically how our current washer is set up and the one that were on hold for us. After talking a bit. My husband showed him a video and picture of what our washer was doing. Ron asked if we checked the belt, gave us a run down and basically found a part for us online that was in Boise. So far the washer is back and working. It was our belt. We went in there to purchase a set he held for the day for us but left to purchase something for a small fix.. Not many honest sales people out there but definitely respect this one. Didnt try to up sale or seem desperate to make a sale ( I am sure that set will be gone by tomorrow) Had a good selection of fridges as well. :) Thank you Ron for your professionalism, knowledge and humor.

What an awesome store. I went in to see if they had a part to fix my dryer. They searched high and low and finally found the part I needed instead of trying to sell me something else. On top of that the guy Gave me the part no charge! I will definitely shop here again. Great service and friendly

Terrible customer service. I went in there two weeks ago looking for a washer/dryer set and they didnt have anything, which wasnt a problem. The lady took my information down and said she would call me the following week. Never got a call. Now two weeks later Ive tried to call them the last two days to see if I can get an update but they dont have an answering machine so the phone just keeps ringing. Very disappointing.

Everyone was very nice. They even walked me through getting my Dryer cord installed.

Knowledgeable, friendly, and they care about fixing my oven before Thanksgiving.

These guys came out to my house told me in order to fix my washing machine it would be over $400 in parts alone, charged me $60 for a service call then left. I had a friend (who is not a mechanic only knows what he has gotten off of You tube) offer to stop by and all he did was clean the connections and blew out the drain lines and it has worked great every since!When I called Ron I asked him if he tried any of that while he was here he said no he was going off the code the washing machine was giving. Unfortunately these guys are not knowledgeable enough to do that and almost cost me a fortune! I would not recommend them.

My boss has always used them and now I know why!!!! I called TJ and he came out and took my downstairs fridge apart and cleaned a fan and it was COLD in 15 minutes. You get what you pay for. Got 7 months out of a fridge that died after at least 2 service calls. It died from what the service calls were supposed to fix.

Consumers Beware!!! The owner is rude, cussing at customers and apparently he does not like to be questioned on his shady business practices. I even messaged him on his Facebook page to give him the opportunity to do the right thing. He acted like he was doing us a favor, please like we did not check prices prior to goin there. Amazon sells the part so settle down on your discount we went with a different company and got the part for the same discounted price he was offering. Poor customer and business practice recommended you go elsewhere.

Great service and I didnt even go in! Called them looking for a specific part and Ron answered the phone; quick, friendly, and funny! While they didnt have the part I was looking for, he told me where in Boise I could find it if i needed it immediately, quoted me the manufacturers price, and then offered to bring it in for me at $20 less if I could wait or couldnt get to it immediately. I was able to get the part in Boise and fix my washer that same day, but if I ever need anything else appliance related, Garrity Appliance will have my business for sure!

Got a washer and dryer. Great deal and I picked out the machines separate and the only thing that didnt make them a set was the color of the knobs. I didnt really care but the sales lady did, so before they were delivered she found matching knobs. Now its a set. Delivery and set up was worth the charge. Very sweet people.....very good machines.

I would definitely not recommend anyone going here. Ill explain.. after a few visits they honestly offered me a pretty decent deal. Primarily because it was for a trade for a washer they had that no one was wanting and it had been on there floor over a year and a half. We got all the agreed traded appliances of mine in their store and their washer loaded AND strapped down in my truck. Well apparently the owner didnt like that I wasnt overjoyed for the deal and he doesnt know what normal chit chat is. I definitely never swore at him or anything even remotely rude. Still he raged and told his employee to take the washer out of my truck!!! I talked to him more in complete disbelief as he had to be joking. But he wasnt. So I became the adult and tried apologizing for everything, even though I never should of had too! He didnt care. No businesses should ever act like this! Even an employee said to me sorry thats rough. Which at least they were nice to me. So If you have had a luckily good experience here Im happy for you. But Ron is the most unprofessional business owner Ive ever met. This all happened a couple months ago and I still think about how Ron doesnt know the difference between being a business owner and selling junk on Craigslist. Laughably pathetic! As in a review with Ali Thomas Ron said they are all about customer service. Me and my family know FIRSTHAND that is a lie. He might as well not even reply to this review because as I said we know he will be dishonest & lie again. Have a good day.

Helpful staff when I was shopping around for an item for work.

Ive purchased several appliances from Garrity appliance for my rentals and have always received great service and quality appliances. I dont usually do reviews, but after seeing Kyle Brassfields review I felt a need to respond as I happened to be there buying a fridge and over heard the entire conversation. Kyle...your an idiot. Ron treated you more than fair as he always does. Not only did he look at your old washer for free, which parts were no longer available for, he offered you an option on the stuff you brought in to trade for a new looking machine. Trade your stuff straight across or buy your stuff outright, your choice. You picked to trade your stuff and was loaded up with the new washer. It was a done deal, all you had to do was drive off. Then you came back into the office where Ron and I where finishing up paper work on my purchase and wanted to rehash the deal and get some money on top of the trade!!! Really Kyle? Then you asked Ron what he was going to get out of your old machines? Like thats any of your business. Rons in business to make money, not trade dollars with you...I cant tell you how happy I was when he told his tech. to unload the washer and give you your stuff back. You my friend dont know a good deal when you get one!

Sales and service was great. Garrity is made up of capable and knowledgeable staff. They do have trouble making appointments on time but thats usually the prior customers fault and not necessarily theirs, however it would be great if they could improve on that. Again they installed the washer and dryer in 30 minutes and that includes testing the units for functionality as well as reminding me about the 6 month hassle free guarantee. These guys know their product so be sure to at least see what they have. They were my 4th stop so I recommend when checking prices and products you have them on your list.

Im impressed! The lid switch on my 17yoa Kenmore washing machine broke, and I called down to inquire about how involved replacing it would be, and look at a possible service call. Rather than just coming out and charging me for the service call and the part, he told me Id kick myself once I saw how easy it was to fix when paying for a service call, and he suggested instead that I come in and he would show me how to do the repair and get me the part. He also suggested a bypass rather than a new switch, as the only purpose of the switch is to stop the spin cycle if the lid is opened, and will likely break again from lid dropping.I got down there and he showed me how to disassemble the machine, (really easy) and gave me the bypass, and the only thing he charged me was a request to send somebody his way if they are in the market for machines. Well, hopefully this review well send several somebodys! By the way, the repair took all of 5 minutes and my laundry is in process again! Thanks much!

Take all my used appliances there. They will pay you if its worth there time to fix it. If not you can drop it off there.

I bought a washing machine here some months ago, very high end washing machine refurbished with new parts. They went above and beyond to help me get exactly what I needed. Four months later it is working perfectly and we do several loads of laundry daily including heavy blankets, jeans etc. I will be back when I need the next appliance.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were not pushy and let me take my time exploring all the different option and making my decision. The appliances are very clean, which is sometimes hard to find when you buy a used fridge. They delivered it quickly and professionally. When I had an issue with the refrigerator they came out and fixed it and even drove to Boise to get the part I needed right away so I would not be without my refrigerator for the evening. Great customer service, Im impressed!

Bought a fridge & washer dryer combo about 10 years ago. The fridge had a new compressor when we bought it and has been going strong since, the washer had some leaking a year or so ago so I was able to take it in myself and they fixed it for $40. Great service for used appliances

Customer service very poor waited ten minutes for help and then she wanted me to basically give her my appliance because of one dent. I know they will fix it and turn and sell for at least 250.00

Refrigerator freezer not cold, motor not coming on in cold weather. They gave extra effort and dropped by to check. They tapped on a switch and motor started up. After a few days it was not running, so they ordered a new switch, came and replaced it, and ALL AT NO CHARGE! We were 1 or 2 months beyond 90 days. SO PLEASANT TOO.

Dont buy any used appliances from this rip off business! They will only give you a 6month warranty on all appliances!! My refrigerator needed 2 repairs right after I bought it. They came out twice to fix it and the repairs were worthless and then boom its dead. Please dont shop there!!

Honest, helpful, reliable, with fantastic service with quality and variety. If you need quality at a reasonable price for yourself or for a rental this is defiantly the place to go.

Made an appointment to have them take a look at our washer since it would, periodically, drain but not spin the water out of the clothes on Rinse Cycle. My boyfriend was there to tell Ron and Randy what was going on. Apparently, all they did was turn the washer cycles on but never pulled out the washer to possibly look and see if the clutch had gone out or something. They told him that their diagnosis was that the washer would not advance in the wash cycle and needed a timer, which would be $250.00. He told them that it has never had a problem with not advancing, just not spinning sometimes in the Rinse Cycle. They didnt really listen to him, only mentioning, more than once, that they had washers that we could buy at their store. He went ahead and paid the $60.00 diagnostic fee and let them leave. I gave this establishment 2 stars only because the lady I initially talked to was nice and helpful and they did show up on time.

Cheap & held part for me till I could get there

I was attempting a DIY, they answered every question I had and remained helpful throughout the entire process. I was very satisfied.

I was looking for a hard to find thermal sensor and they had it in stock for my old dryer. Saved me from buying a new dryer.

Randy and Ron are pretty funny to work with and they broke the bad news to me gently about what a pain the stackable washers and dryers can be. They fixed mine quick and then gave a reason to sell it on craigs list. They were right, nobody wants them. So when the time comes Ill head down and let them fix me up with a new set. Would not recommend to anyone wanting expert or reliable service. On July 11th my disabled father paid this company to come out & fix the refrigerator motor making a hideous noise. They replaced a part (probably used) & it seemed to have worked until last week. When they were called again, they started that they were not in the office & would call back in less than an hour. Never called back & when you seem to have to yell in the next room to be heard over the appliance that they supposedly fixed 2 months before, I let them know that they had very poor business practices. Now my parents who have already paid for there broken appliance must deal with the noisey appliance or buy a new appliance. This company will charge for work they dont complete. This company owner can tell who they can scam & manipulate with their lies & now that I have stated to only them about their business practice, they will not come out to fix what theyve already been paid for repairing. The owner Ron even stated that he will be sending my father a bill which I will be taking to the BBB.

It smells HORRIBLE IN THERE. they sit in there chain smoking cigarettes and the owner could care less about repeat buisness and only cares to make the most off you the first time you go there, because I promise you wont return for the second time. Garrity appliance is white trash at the max. Please dont go youll regret it.
