Purchased a dryer months ago. It didnt work when we got it home so I called and they came out to fix it. Guy didnt do anything but tell me the vent leading outside was clogged so I had that professionally cleaned out and the dryer still wont work. Ive called and left messages countless times over the course of the last few months and no one has returned my calls. They got their money out of me for a dryer that doesnt work and now theyre letting the warranty expire before they get back with me so they dont have to do anything to fix it. Only shop here if you want to waste your money.

Dropped off our washer on a Thursday because it wouldn’t spin. Called Saturday and they said their technicians don’t work on the weekends. Called again on Monday. They told us that they would call when it was done(basically just asked us to stop calling). So gave them a whole week. Called again and they said “it’s been sitting here so long not sure if it’s been looked at. We will call you by the end of the day”. Well they never called. We just ended up leaving it there and bought a new one at Lowe’s. I would not recommend taking your appliances here to get fixed they had the washer for 7 business days and had not even looked at it. Luckily our new washer comes with a 3 year warranty from Lowe’s. If your appliance breaks down just call someone to come to your house and fix it. It’ll be easier. Anything is better then taking it to this location.

Just bought a house and needed a refrigerator. Wanted a French door style but didnt want to pay the new price. Found a very nice LG here and had it delivered and installed for under 700 dollars. A few months later, my dryer started squeeling. Took it to them and they fixed it quickly for just 25 dollars. Highly recommended

Bought a washer and dryer from them dryer didn’t work, took 10 days to come back to fix and now it’s broke again. Guy said they didn’t wire a thermostat. The back panel is also missing screws and you have to wiggle start button to engage. Business might be too good fir them to care about doing the small things right.

Samantha was so nice and personable. It took all of about 10 minutes to buy my washer and get the delivery scheduled. The guys called exactly when Samantha said they would, got here within the 2 hour window and hooked the washer up and made sure it worked. They also put a vent on my new dryer and hooked it up. Excellent service!

Customer service is AMAZING!!!!.I had my dryer go out during the summer and now my furnace went out and both times they helped me out with replacing a couple of sensors and parts.

Went to this establishment based on the mainly positive reviews in our search for a used fridge for the garage.Found one last Tuesday, paid for it and were told we would have delivery today, Thursday.Waited for their call all day, received none.We called and were told we were not on todays delivery schedule and they werent sure if they could deliver tomorrow.We cancelled the sale, however they did leave a voicemail stating they could deliver tonight, but we will not accept.Sorry for the lost sale, however the lack of accurate follow through regarding scheduling is not acceptable.Friendly and accommodating staff but disappointed in performance.

Bought a used direct drive washer (dont make them anymore, good as gold) and an electric dryer for around $400. Still had the truck we just moved in with, so we grabbed them and installed them myself. Within a month we started having a few issues with the washer. Appliance Recyclers sent out a repairman free of charge, who took an extensive examination of the washer and said theyd get back to us with a repair or replace solution. They have now said that theyll replace the unit, again free of charge. Folks, you cant this level of service at most appliance retailers (think Lowes, Home Depot, etc) even after spending thousands of dollars on brand new appliances (most of which dont perform as well as the old ones). I cant say enough good things about Appliance Recyclers of Idaho, and if youre new to the area and moving in Id make this your first stop. Spectacular.

Kind, helpful, and knowledgeable staff help you find the right appliance for you. Then, if there is anything wrong they will fix it under warranty. Truly reliable and professional. I may never buy another new appliance again.

Our dryer stopped working and decided to go buy a temporary replacement since we are moving soon. We were welcomed with friendliness and after explaining our situation the employee encouraged us to have it fixed instead. We brought it in and a few hours later was told it was done. They had the parts in house and were back up and running by the end of the night. That’s unusual I’m sure, but what a great experience. Also, it would have been easy to just sell us another one, but their customer service was above par and was nice to see their willingness to help and find the best path for us. The fix was reasonably priced and I would recommend seeing what they can do for you before buying elsewhere.

They are so kind and good at what they do. They will definitely have and keep my patronage. I pray they stick around.

We have loved them! We moved into a new house In August 2016 and were able. to get a dishwasher and dryer for $300 for both! Its now March 2017 and we have not had any issues with the appliances! But or washing machine did go out and they were so kind and let us bring it and they looked at it for us, when they needed repair was discovered they decided not to charge us. Honest, reliable, top notch people, service and products!

Absolutely fantastic customer service! As someone who would rather search out some advice from the all knowing oracle that is google and attempt repairs on my own than pay someone just to tell me that my appliance doesnt work and then pay them more to come a second time to work on it, these guys are great.I have fixed a fridge, a dryer and the purchased a new washer and dryer set from here. They have had good used parts that I needed, are very reasonable on the price and best of all, they have been happy to talk with me, answer my questions and give me tips so I could get the job done. We walked in with not a lot of money and trying to decide if we should repair our non-working washing machine or buy a new (used) one. The guy figured out what was wrong just by us describing our problem and suggested we fix it ourselves and they had the part we needed. I got a pump that was cheaper than a service call and followed his suggestion to see how to fix it on youtube and I did it! He offered to help walk us through it or stop by if we got stuck. Seriously, these guys are awesome and were extremely helpful!! Highly recommend.
