Horrible Service. I Love Chevron but the Owners/Employees at this one are horribly unprofessional. Had to File a Fraudulent Claim after they charged me for Gas but the Pump was not Working correctly. I was Told I’d receive a refund in a day or so. But the REFUND NEVER CAME, the MANAGER wasn’t present and the employee was EATING FOOD AT THE REGISTER AMD CLAIMED SHE WAS ON A BREAK. This all occurred 8/27/21 at approx 2:00 o clock.

Gas pump auto lock mechanism never works. So will cut off but not be fully done pumping gas.

This Chevron typically has lower prices than other Chevron locations in the area (perhaps due to location?).Manager and attendant seemed very friendly in the store.I find it the best car wash around. Maybe it depends what type of car you have that generates your experience. I drive a minivan and this car wash is the best one Ive come across in this area.

The card reader declined my purchase and drained my balance in my bank. When I showed the clerk , he refused to deal with me and brushed me off. Now I have to wait for the pending purchase to become a purchase before I can fight the bank and put in a despute.

Night shift attendant was very petty refusing to put my items in a bag, requesting payment first, even after I told him he could bag my merchandise and hold it behind the counter to keep my purchase private, but he insisted to leave my items on the counter for public display, requesting I pay first, then proceeded to call police on me with a host of lies, trying to get me arrested! Thank goodness i was able to video tape most of his rude behaviour and his 911 csll, lies and conversation!For the record I have frequent this store for over a year and their customer service has always been nice and friendly: however, this could have simply been an isolated incident, that could be corrected with management intervention!

$12 car wash and my car was not cleaned. I felt good. Just got a new black Infiniti. Got bird poop in the hood. No problem. Whipped into the Chevron here. I thought the $12 price was high for a car wash, but, I wanted the poop off...so..I paid. The wash went ok but...the dryer did not dry my car and stopped while I had 33 seconds left. I went inside and asked to go through again. The attendant said that he could not authorize it and that the manager had to and he would not be in until tomorrow. This car was SUCKS and it is expensive. DO NOT USE IT.

Gas is gas. I used to enjoy the touch free car wash but it doesnt even work anymore and the owners wont fix it. Waste of $10. There is no where to call and they dont even use soap or full water pressure anymore. The attendant was kinda nice one of the times but the male is kinda rude!

Very broken down gas pumps. Went to one where the door to open the inside gas pump was closed with tape . Decided to go to a different pump thinking it would be better and it wasnt. First off as soon as I take off the gas pump it spills gas all over the floor. I decide to continue to get which was a big mistake.I put only $6 because the hose would shake crazy when I held the trigger for the gas to flow through. Having to barely press it gas was taking forever to come through. Upon frustration and finishing there was no difference in my gas tank. Not even a little nudge higher .I would stay clear of this gas station untill they fix their pumps.

Was in the area and noticed that this station had a drive thru car wash. I had to go inside to purchase the wash and receive the code. The attendant behind the counter was very nice. Thank you.I purchased the deluxe ($10.00) car wash and drove on to my distination. When I arrived and looked at my car, it was as if I never went through it at all. I dont live in this area and I tried calling the station, but no answered. I just wasted $10.00, my time and will not recommend this station again.

Was feeling ill yesterday & accidentally left my wallet at one of the pumps, a good samaritan turned it into the station & they were very professional about getting it back to me. Thanks!

On October 16 2018 at 6 pm... I called the gas station because I had a question... the female who answered the phone was very rude and hung the phone on me... I just asked one question and she was very unprofessional

Lousy attitude from the attendant and the manager. They made it very clear that they dont care about the individual customer. What a shame.
