Our AAA insurance suggested Faith Auto Body shop for the minor bender fender on my brother’s civic and we are glad that we went here. Craig was our service manager and he was amazing! He called with updates regarding the repair details and when the parts are coming etc. He was very detail oriented.My brother’s car came out really good almost like brand new again. And they also have a “lifetime” (as long as you own the car) warranty for their work. Definitely recommending this place to friends and family. 😊

They repaired our vehicle after a major collision. Repairs were extremely well done. They were very attentive to details. They kept us fully statused. I am glad he taught me well! I used them one other time someone had hit me about ten years ago and their attention to detail has never changed.

I went through my insurance for this place. Geico referred me to them. Initially I was comfortable with them. The first time I picked up my vehicle, I went in and the manager was out retrieving my keys from another customer. Apparently they left my keys in their car and have been unable to get ahold of that customer. I sat there for a long time with no explanation for at least 30-40 minutes, then finally Chris came out and informed me what was going on. It was almost closing time now. I get on the freeway to go home and the car starts shaking very badly. Cannot even try to call the office, because as were waiting the receptionist tell the other receptionist, dont answer the phone anymore, we close in 10minutes and were not taking anymore calls.We have to get off the freeway and take the streets home, because the shaking was so bad, the car would not allow for acceleration. The next day was a Saturday and I returned with the car once again. The car was kept again for another week and a half (after being there for 5-6 weeks initially). When told a 2nd time the car was ready, again I went to pick it up. Same thing, close to closing hours and get on the freeway to go home and shake is still there (not as extensive, but still there). The next day the car again goes back. This time for a week. When called by Chris that it was ready, I asked him if it was good this time because Im really tired of going there. His comment back was well, were really tired of you coming here too. I have never dealt with someone so rude, in a business atmosphere.The car again had a shaking issue, this time more than when I just dropped off.I ended up taking the car to a different mechanic shop and apparently there were 3 tires/rims that did not have any weights whatsoever on them (all 4 rims had been replaced by faith), how could they not balance the vehicle, nor figure out what was causing the shaking. They tried for over 3 weeks to figure it out, and it took the mechanic less than 45 minutes to solve the problem.I will never go there again, nor refer anyone to them!

It is better than other places who would charge you an arm and a leg. Other places estimates to fix my car was over then $3,000 but this place estimate was $2,722. But expensive, the staff attitude is great.

I got into a car accident on the freeway; a truck side swiped my passenger side. It was the day before i was going to head out to visit an old friend. Without my car i wasnt going to make it. I called my insurance and they connected me to Faith Quality. I called them immediately, explained to them my situation and they said come in right away. When i got in they said they will call me in a few days to give me an update. Not only did they call, they continued to follow up and kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle. They even completed my car faster than expected. When i came to pick up my car, the quality of the body work was excellent. Super glad my insurance connected me with Faith Quality Auto Body!

Quite possibly the WORST customer service ever.I was hit by a drunk driver at low speed resulting in front end damage. I took my car to Faith Auto Body hoping to get my car repaired to the condition it was prior to the accident. I was called to pick up my car about on e week later. The white metallic paint was HORRIBLE and was not close to matching the rest of the car. I showed them my concerns, which were recognized by Ashlyn, and was told they would be corrected. A few days later I returned to pick up my car. Little to no improvement. I was told they cannot match factory paint and all cars have different colored bumpers. Mine now has off white bumpers and a bright white body – not even close. Also, there was very little metallic put in the repainted bumper so the difference is even more noticeable.Next, the headlight and turn signal and the windshield washer they replaced didn’t work. I looked under the hood to find no washer fluid in the reservoir and a wire not plugged in. The wire didn’t belong to the lights but it was not plugged in nonetheless. Upon returning the car I was promised it would be fixed. Turns out they never plugged the headlight/turn signal in. The washer fluid pumps at about 1/3 the power it did previous to the accident. When I asked them to just fix the car to its original condition was told, “at this point, we cant fix it, you will have to deal with it.” Also, “we don’t care” Absolutely the WORST service ever. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost. Honestly, getting some spray paint, duct tape and a hot glue and repairing you vehicle at home would likely end up better. TOTAL GARBAGE!

A golf we had repaired in 2011/2 had a few spots where the paint flaked off on the hood and front bumper. They took it and repaired it flawlessly without any issue or cost. The finish is as good or better than original factory finish. Their lifetime warranty is for real. That is really important because materials can have long term issues that the body shop cannot always control. Thanks Faith for honoring your warranty and returning the car on time without any issues

The job they did painting the door on our Camry (after some idiot keyed the door!) was wonderful. They were professional, & courteous. About half the price of another shop in town.The estimator told me they would buff out some bumper scuffs in the back and fix a ding in the front bumper while they were at it. No charge. Just being a nice guy. That did not happen! HOWEVER, they called me immediately and said they would do it if I can take it in for about 15 minutes. I’m very impressed with this company!

If your car is in need of cosmetic surgery for whatever reason, the place to go is Faith Quality Automotive! Weve taken one of cars here before when we got rear ended yrs ago. They did an AMAZING job. Now weve returned because they are sooo wonderful here and the work the do is just wonderful!! I just love their positive attitudes, kindness, quick and easy professionalism! Theyre more than willing to answer your questions and get your car back to you the way you remember it - tiptop condition - unless its totalled, of course. If you need things done in a certain time frame, theyre willing to work this out with you, as best they can. The work they did for us - both times - was professional! The paint on this second car is not any easy fix... Wow! Does it looks awesome!! Youd never no there was any damages dinner!!! Amazing! I love these people!! So like I said, if youre in need of cosmetic surgery for your car, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Faith Quality Automotive.

Waited 2 weeks to get appointment had. i had lots of car worked on at this place only because my insurance recommend them customers service suck never again.plenty of other that do good work! 8 hours work took 5 days now you see why they are 3 1/2 stars one 1/2 less and they fail.if you want fast service I suggest going somewhere else.!!!

I would give the service 0 stars if I could unfortunately. I have taken 6 cars here before and used to recommend them to everyone. The last couple cars we have taken there, we have had nothing but trouble. I dont know if their ownership has changed or anything. The quality of their service has dropped significantly. Their work is sloppy. When we pointed out the flaws that should have been fixed, we received nothing but refusal to help and more trouble. Being out a car and dealing with insurance for weeks, is enough hassle. We dont want another run around from the body shop too. We dont plan on returning and will spread the word if anyone asks. We have referred many people to them and have gotten them a lot of business. Unfortunate to be treated this way after that.Its interesting that the companys solution is to talk to Tony. Hes the most condescending person alive. He likes to rant about how much money he has and how he doesnt need any more business. Last thing I will ever do is come into contact again with the person that caused all this mess. Thanks but no thanks.

Ive been to Faith twice for two separate repairs, the first time they were great, the 2nd time they returned my car covered in dirt, and when I asked them to clean it so I could see the repair, they seemed very annoyed, the customer service at the front has really gone down hill from that first time I went, Im posting this extremely late because Im in the market for some work and going through the different companies available. I thought Id look over their reviews to see if something had changed.

I had a great experience here. The staff was helpful and they gave me a quote for the damage I could see, plus a warning that turned out to be correct about additional damage to the crumple zones. I think they painted other chords in my paint that werent related to the accident too.

In the end I was extremely satisfied with the final product!The job should have taken a week, but turned into a month. The first time I was told it was ready for pickup I noticed unpainted bondo on the seam of the bumper. After I pointed it out they did not hesitate to correct the repair.The second time I went to pick it up the color was not matched to the surrounding panels properly. In the defense of the body shop, gieco did not feel they needed to blend into the surrounding panels.Finally, when I arrived the latest time, the color was blended into the surrounding panels and was right on. They even polished the surrounding panels for the trouble. Overall the body shop does good work.

First of all its disappointing that reviewers rarely take the time to provide super positive reviews of a business when they received exemplary service and/or top notch quality of workmanship, but are quick to blast out to cyberspace negative reviews when things dont go as expected. Thats why I decided to take a minute and provide my total satisfaction with Faith Quality Auto Body located in Murrieta, CA. First you have to pass by plenty of competitors to get to this state-of-the-art facility. Driving my blemished car and dropping her off for the first time was like leaving your baby, or your beloved puppy for a procedure in the hands of others...well, I must say from the moment I pulled up to Faith, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, who provided me with a quick estimate of my repairs, what all will be performed, which quality parts will be used by qualified craftsmen and a time table for all this to be completed. There are two rental car companies on site to choose from which makes the transition to my loaner seamless. Homen and Jason were knowledgeable, friendly, informative and kept me in the loop via emails and/or calls on the progress of my repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked brand new, spotless from top to bottom and inside and out! Everything was explained in detail and their life time warranty was a comfort. I felt like I was treated like I was the only customer that mattered at that time, whether I was bringing in a luxury car or an economy car with 100k miles on it. I have recommended Faith to everyone I know and show my friends the quality of the workmanship and they cant even find a flaw! Thank you to the wonderful staff too. You can tell this is a family owned business that cares for its customers. Theres a reason theyve been serving the Inland Empire for so many years and remain the best in the area. They may do a good job for you if in the words of Tony the GM you are a high value customer (MB, Porsche, BMW) But if you are just a low value customer and drive a Toyota or a Ford whatever you say is considered of low value.I had rather minor front end damage to my car. They called and said the car was ready - when I arrived the fender was not painted as promised, and the bumper was not seated properly and the used headlight they installed had big buffer scratches. They said it would be fixed that afternoon no apology for wasting my time the advisor Craig just turned his back on me and drove the car into the shop. No apology until I called him the next day and told him he was rude and I did not deserve being treated that way because the job was not done properly He apologized and said my job was one of several recent reworks and they had a quality issue.So 5 days later after a few back and froths I went to pick up the car. The Bumper fit better but still not correct, so the advisor took it back into shop and somehow adjusted it. Better but still not correct. the headlight was replaced with a new one and the fender was painted.The car was covered with a white dust, the kind you get when you do sanding or buffing. Someone had taken a wet rag and whipped it around - it looked like my 3 year old grandkid did it. They didnt bother to wipe the door jams just globs of white stuff. When I asked why it was not cleaned my service advisor didnt say sorry - he said it is just industrial dust and dismissed my concern.All of this time no apology or I am sorry or we should have done a better job, etc.So today I call Tony the GM and he dismissed me as a malcontent and belittled me with the high value customer bit then told me that he believed that I was one of those people that could never be satisfied. (Note: I have never taken my time to write a review of any business prior to this - all I was looking for was an apology - all I got was being told I was a malcontent.)So if you drive a Porsche, BMW, MB or Range Rover they may do a good job for you and respect you - but if you are a low value customer who wants to be talked down to - then by all means go see Tony at Faith Quality Auto Body.

In late January I was severely rear-ended. Since I lease our car I was very concerned. We decided to go with a place that was a VW certified repair facility. Faith Quality Auto Body was the closest. I read mixed reviews online so I was a little concerned. I didnt need to be. They are very professional. We were treated literally like VIPs. They always answered our questions and concerns in a timely manner. I have had our car back for a week now and literally cant tell any difference from before the accident. In my opinion it was a complicated repair as the vehicle behind me went under our car. I am very satisfied and pleased. Would recommend to anybody I know who needs any type of auto body repair. Also just want to mention that Craig Drager is professional and took time to address our concerns.

I took my Tacoma in with a lot of front end damage. They replaced the grill, headlights, and front bumper among other things. Paint match is spot on. But they didnt aim the headlights (one points up in the air). They only got approval from Geico to replace one fog lamp, it looks bad with one new, I would have paid for the second one but they never offered. They also (somehow) lost the tiny shift-lock cover thats near the gear shift. Small but bugs me.

To Whom it may Concern:I would not recommend this place to any one. Brought car in and had them redo the work 3 times because they could not get the car to look normal. The first time the hood was misaligned and parts were not replaced. The invoice clearly stated that parts had been RR (removed and replaced). Clearly this was not the case. This is insurance fraud and I will be reporting this soon.The second time, they told me they replaced the parts and instead just painted over them and sanded them down. Finally the last time the car was loads better but there were still chips in the paint, and the moldings were loose and coming off. Tony, just said, well, this is as good as it gets, I am not even going to try to make you happy. We can not produce the quality you desire. This is it!If you look at my car quickly, it looks great, But only from far away. If you look closely the paint is still chipped, the plastic moldings are loose, glass chips litter the hood and there are still places where the chrome was scratched. They need to change their name from Faith Quality auto body to Faith Mediocre Auto body. Seriously if you want a poor job and dont car about your vehicles, this is the place.!Years ago, this place was top notch, But the owner must have sold it, died or retired and the bozo the runs it can care less. Sad but true. I hope faith bounces back, Ive been a Local resident for 36 years and its sad to see Quality become Mediocre.

I called Faith to get my 2015 GMC Sierra repaired after one of the rear Doors was backed into. It was recommended to me by my insurance company. They ask when I would like to bring it down and I tell them on my lunch hour from work at 12:30 PM that day. They say it will take 10 to 15 minutes maximum for an estimate. I get there about 5 minutes early, and there are two cars in front of me. I go inside, and wait a good 5 minutes before anybody even comes to the desk. She tells me to fill out the paperwork and wait for the adjuster. After 15 more minutes I ask what the hold up is and she explains theres only one guy, youre gonna have to wait. When I told her that I was told I would be in and out in 15 minutes I just got a blank stare. Fast forward another 10 minutes before the adjuster comes out. He spends about 3 minutes looking at my truck and promptly emails me an estimate. That part was fine.Two days later (Friday), they call me and ask me to bring the truck in for repair. I explain that my insurance has not given me approval yet and I will call them as soon as I get the approval. Monday morning rolls around and I get the call from my insurance that I can drop it off. I call Faith and ask if I can drop my truck off today or tomorrow because I am going out of town on business for a week. She says Hang on, and then asks what Im having done to my truck... After I explain she says its going to be at least a week. Even though they asked me to bring it in on Friday. I asked if I could just please leave it there in the mean time, and she said no. Not only was the entire staff rude (minus the adjuster), they repaired my girlfriends new Kia Forte about a month ago, and sent it back to her with the front bumper not properly installed. I dont have much faith in this place at all.

Do not go to this shop. In the state of CA you choose where you get your car repaired. Do not go to Faith Quality just because your insurance co. says they are a preferred shop and you will get better service because you will not. They are a preferred shop because they cater to the insurance co. not you. This place is horrible. I gave the owner over a year to make it right and he wont. FYI My neighbor is a claims adjustor for another insurance co. and he brings his vehicles to Caliber Collision. Live and learn. Heres the facts of my experience:*Went here because at the time it was one of Geicos preferred shops. Shouldve went to Caliber Collision but went here.*8/4/17 dropped off Jeep for minor ding repair on back door. I have rental car coverage via Geico.*8/17/17 Faith Quality calls and says I have to pick up my Jeep right away (urgent because my auto insurance covers my rental car and Faith gets a lower rating the longer I have the rental). They said they called me yesterday but they mis-dialed; When I arrived to pick up my jeep three other customers were there to pick up their cars and all three were complaining of poor quality. This was at 3:20 p.m. on a Thursday and the receptionist said, Im sorry but no techs are present. The receptionist had no answers for anyone! I felt bad for her. Since I already turned in my rental car I took my car home, un-repaired, and called Geico the next day.*8/21/17 drop off Jeep again at 11:00 a.m.*8/21/17 notified by Faith Quality to pick up my Jeep at 2:00 p.m. (3 hours after drop off!); I said I would not pick it up this time until my Geico rep, Amy, approved the repairs. Amy from Geico said DO NOT PICK UP. ITS NOT RIGHT.*8/24/17 picked up Jeep. Rear door lock was worse than when I dropped it off. Im not pursuing the issue because Im done with this place.*TODAY!: Marker still on my vehicle, front and back, from where they circled dings at drop off.Go elsewhere!

I brought my Ford Taurus in for an insurance repair due to an accident and I thought they did a Good Job. My cars right side looked like new and you couldnt tell the difference, good paint work. Only minor thing I noticed was the rubber lining around my window trim was replaced, and that it did not completely match the original lining to my car. Other than that, I had no issues.

I wouldnt even give this place a quarter of a star, I took my car to here because Farmers was associated with them. Well, I havent had my car for 39 days, when I just got it because they told me they didnt want to fix it. When I picked up the car there is new damage to the bumper, which is brand new, and to the side where there is a deep scratch, about a inch in diameter. I asked them how they want to handle it, and they sent out bad attitude Crag to deal with it, in which he told me he would fix the damage just to tell him where I was taking it. So I gave him the info and he gave me his card. When I showed up at the new collision center, Crag already called him and told them not to fix my car, in which he told them it would be a liability on their end. I screwed because I just want my car fixed, I didnt crash it, someone crashed into me while it was parked. I am stressed out, and shouldnt feel this way while I am pregnant. I wouldnt recommend this collision center to my worst enemy! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

I took my Honda Pilot here after some lady ran a red light and smashed up the drivers side. From the moment I walked into the door I was impressed by the operation. The front office girls were very nice, the estimator Craig was very kind and curtious. Craig even asked me if everyone was ok from the accident.When I picked up my car I was so impressed by the detail of the repair work. I had my husband and his firefighter friends go over the car when I took it to the station and even they were impressed.I hope that I never get into another accident but if I do, I will be going back to Faith.Thanks

Front end service is fine they do their job. In terms of quality of work performed in vehicles, well let just say they tried. After a week and a half at the shop (at first the estimate stated 4 days) i finally came to pick up my vehicle and looked better than when it was brought over but not like a finished service. Eneded up leaving the vehicle for another 3 days and when i came to pick it up (after 2 weeks from drop off) i pointed out some things that didnt get done even though i had told them about it on my last visit. The guys walked away from me (Jason Webb and another worker) telling me, with an attitude, to ask the insurance for a check instead because they couldnt do their job. Great service from enterprice (Devin) and geico rep (Taunya), they were very helpful and professional. From Faith quality auto on the other hand, i will avoid bringing any of my vehicles over in the future and i would not recommend them to any of my relatives or friends.

I know there are mixed reviews online but my experience has been different so I thought I would weigh into the conversation. My car was repaired back in 06 due to an accident that very badly damaged the front end of my Honda CR-V. At the time, the car was repaired by Faith Auto Body. Fast-forward to today, my clear coat started to flake because of high sun exposure etc... I stopped by and spoke with Tony A, one of the estimators/managers, and let him know I no longer have the receipt for the repairs. He not only did a warranty repaint with new clearcoat of my entire hood (a contemporary painter was going to charge me $450) but faith autobody also revitilized the front end bumper and lights. Honestly it looks like a new car. I am extremely blessed by the quality of work and the honesty of this company. I know not everyones experience is like mine, but for what it is worth, mine was more than I could have asked for and I am very thankful to the staff.

This is a mass production shop that could care less if they provide any service. They have adjusters from Geico and Statefarm that have estimating drive-in areas, where other customers have no parking. I waited over 15 minutes with no one showing up after going to the desk 3 times. Stay away from Shops on Nick Lane. Not sure about Murrietta Autobody did not go to them.Remember folks out of pocket or Insurance paid, its your car and money, go where they will respect you and your potential business that they may earn.

Horrible experience. They took forever to repair my truck. When it was done they missed the secondary damaged area. They said they thought that it was unrelated damage. They took it back and tried again. When I got it back the paint was not sprayed right. It looked feathery and dusty. A bit bumpy too, not smooth after all. They said they would fix it . Took it back a third time and when I got it back it was worse than the first time. I complained and they said they could not match the original paint jobs quality. They said they would add clear coat and it would look better. Im not sure why they didnt just do that in the first place. When it came back it was dusty and bumpy again. They said that WAs the best they could do. I suggest they Change there name to FAITH MEDIOCRE AUTO BOdY because thats what they do. Fix things In a MEDIOCRE way.
