Great insurance agents! John and Debbie really know their stuff when it comes to term life or whole life insurance policies. I highly recommend talking with them if you are looking for a life insurance quote.

This AAA location is a complete joke. Incompetence at its finest. Rude employees. Over heard an employee talk negatively about a customer that had just left the location.

The representatives were friendly and helpful. No complaints there. I paid for the registration on two vehicles. Got the paperwork and I thought both stickers. I got home and realized one of the stickers was missing. The plastic piece it was supposed to be in was open on one end so it mustve fallen out from my walk to the car. I drove back and looked in the parking lot with no luck. Im going to have to pay 30 dollars for a replacement sticker.

Waiting isnt fun because of Covid spacing and limited seating. The staff was amazing very attentive, friendly. Worth the wait

As Always AAA personnel were AMAZING, Personal, Helpful, and preformed their duties beyond their pay grade.The office had the 6 feet distance markers, the barriers to indicate wintering and exiting the building, MASK REQUIRED AFTER THIS POINTOK OK So there was a Senior Gentleman Blocking the Exit when I was preparing to exit, I POLITELY asked him to take 3 steps to his right so I could exit, HE HAD A MASK ON....I noticed that AAA had taken down the reading material that the public would use to occupy themselves while wating, oh yes and they also had the barriers up to enter the building if there was a lot of people.All in all Im satisfied with my visit as I have been in the pass.Having that DMV options are LOVELY......The Attached photo my Moms Old Truck, She Had AAA, I was just feeling a way this morning.

Best place to go for anything needed on your registration, tags, insurance, new registration on vehicles could not be happier for all the best help I received today Miss Maria your amazing for everything your did for me today really appreciate you and the lovely team. Went today to get my car registered. The staff was super friendly. The wait time was only about 15m. Was able to get in and out in about 40 minutes. AAA is definitely much better than going to the DMV, plus you get the road side assistance membership, which is a great perk.Quick service when you compare it to the line at DMV, pictured below.

As a long time member I can honestly say every time I have to do external business with AAA, it’s always well organized and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like I’m really important whenever I have to call or go to the branch. The Murrieta branch has many experienced and professional workers.

Never had a bad experience and my family and I have been using this location for years.

With all the circumstances going on the DMV could take a tip on how to run a smooth operation from these guys!

I received outstanding service from one of the tow truck drivers. I did not get the drivers name, but my name is Derick Galleros and I am an insured driver with AAA. The tow truck driver works really hard and tried his best to do whatever will work. He knew what he was doing and has worked under lots of pressure from what I have seen today. Overall Im just thankful for the actions he had done and how he performed service for me. So I just really wanted to put this out here to really recognize the driver. The service was perfromed today on 9/5/2020.

Walked right in, no wait and they helped renew my registration. They do not accept debit cards so be sure to bring credit card or check.

It was a line when i arrived. But moved very quickly. Staff assisted and checked me in awhile waiting. Once inside quick service and great customer service.

AAA does it all. I havent gone to the DMV offices in years. Travel, insurance and auto renewal services. And you will wait about 35 minutes for service. Oh and roadside service like no other. Definitely 5 ⭐

We lost almost everything we own and our entire house was damaged in a fire 4 months ago.AAA has fought us every single day and at every turn to repair our home and replace our contents.As if today is the rebuilding has not even begun. Weve been at a stand still for weeks.Our adjuster is condensing, rude and unresponsive to our communications. His supervisor has been of no help whatsoever. Her supervisor has yet to get involved or help in any way.We are literally at the end of our rope!! The minute this claim is complete, well be looking for insurance elsewhere. Well be telling everyone we know what a nightmare this has been.If you are looking for insurance... Please learn from our mistakes and go anywhere but AAA!!!

Went in for DMV services and spent less than 15 minutes start to finish. Susan was so pleasant and even helped get me get a product I didnt know I was eligible for. Everyone I have encountered here is always so helpful and sincere.

For the first time ever I received horrible customer service from Susan at the Murrieta office. I could tell from the get go she was either having a bad day or she’s just a bitter angry person. She was rude and should NOT be working in customer service. Everyone else there were great.

Everything was done quickly in this office. Wasted several hours at DMV without accomplishing anything!

Laughing and joking about my wife name, description and location was not the response I was expecting. I stepped out from work to be here for important matter. Its amazing to me to see a company with a great reputation have a low bar for customers service. Our agent inside however was awesome.

I recently just signed up for insurance. I asked for Car Insurance ONLY and thee employed staff member taking care of my files scamed me and gave me home insurance aswell when I only wanted AAA car insurance not Home Insurance. Now my monthly payments are beyond overpriced.

They are not checking there paperwork on DMV Tags

Never had an issue until yesterday. Called in for a dead battery issue and was left on hold for 45 minutes and I finally gave up. It was 105° out and I had my family in the car. I was able to finally flag someone down for a jump but I was so disappointed that I pay for this service and the one time I try to utilize it I never got an answer. Thats life.

Due to Covid 19 is not a good excuse to get such terrible service. Ive been a member for several years . If your considering becoming a member i wouldnt. Due to Covid 19 the experience you will receive is absolutely terrible. Impossible to get a live person on the phone. Automated nightmare. Thats not OK.

Had to get some paperwork notarized and they handled it all and were very nice.

I’ve always had a positive experience here with the staff. I usually pop in for dmv purposes and besides having issues with the system being down, it’s all been pretty good. The couple of times the system went down, we headed over to savers for about 20-30 minutes and they called us to let us know it was up and running. They went off of the waiting list , so it all worked out.

No stars for this specific branch!just went in to renew my membership and they posted my cash payment to my ex boyfriends account!Ive been to this location before to separate our accounts and they apparently can NOT seem to get my last name right NOR give me my own account. This MURRIETA branch has been extremely negligent. I have gone in multiple times and they CAN NOT seem to correct the error(s).!!!I showed the clerk my ID with my own name and correct address thats on my membership account same name on my TRIPLE AAA membership card along with the grammatical ERROR on my last name. I have no Idea how he posted my cash payment to a male persons account with a completely different last name. I called the 1800 number because the branch was not picking up the phone ten minutes before branch closed. thats when I had taken a look at my receipt when I wasnt able to log in to my online account after having come home from making the cash payment. They were sweet over the phone but were not able to help me because the payment was cash. Your service lacks heavily Murrieta branch. time is money and youve wasted too much of my time and money trying to fix the same error year after year!!please do not use this branch I suggest using online and telephone services to process any of your Triple AAA needs!I have personally used both and I was way better off.

Today was the worst experience I have had with the Murrieta AAA . Management wasnt checking members in via the computer system documenting members arrival , placing people on squares randomly not knowing members names or documenting when they arrived ! Members were being ignored & overlooked as departments came out to take the next member not knowing the correct arrival order . Members waited outside in the Sun & heat not knowing what the right procedure was . AAA log your members in via the computer like the good old days . Give them a since of organization & professional care !

This place is a joke. 2 times in 4 months they have cancelled my policy due to internal paperwork errors. The first time i was driving found with no insurance for six weeks before I found out that my policy has been cancelled. I pay for my insurance a year at a time so that I dont have to deal with all this. Theyre totally disorganized and if you ask one person something theyll tell you something different from somebody else. Both of the young hispanic guys in the office seem to not care at all about customer service they seem to be much more worried about flirting with the other girls in the office I will soon be canceling my policy and going back to State Farm Insurance. AAA roadside service is awesome but AAA insurance is a total joke.
