Midgard Self Storage has incredibly knowledgeable, polite and helpful staff! All terms were explained clearly. It was a quick and easy process.

I rented a U-Haul truck from their location and had an issue when I picked it up but they were very quick to find a solution to get me my rental. They even upgraded me to a bigger truck for the same price. Definitely recommend renting your truck from this location if you are in need!

My experience with Midgard was AMAZING, QUICK and STREE-FREE thanks to Cat, the manager. She was pleasant, expeditious, professional and competent! The facility was visually appealing, clean and easy to navigate. I feel very confident that my belongings will be safe and secure at this facility!

Kat was very helpful finding the right unit for my needs. It’s a great location for me and very nice setup. Easy in to get in/out of the facility. Decent pricing but requires mandatory insurance coverage.

Nice place very clean I dropped my 6 x 12 uhaul there. Storage yard looks very organized. Very few U haul to pick up though on the day I dropped.

Worked with cat getting into storage. She was amazing at helping me get right size I needed for all my stuff. Will definitely be back!

Parking lot is very small and difficult to maneuver. Office is clean and uncluttered. Staff is friendly and helped work out a deal bc the online special I thought I was getting was not what I thought it was. The storage unit was very clean. Lock is easy to use. Bathroom for guests which was amazing bc my toddlers had to potty before we left. Gate code required to get in and out. Cameras on every unit. Insurance required and that is A little pricey, $10 for only $2k worth of coverage so ill be looking into other insurance bc... lets be real... most people using storage unit have more than $2k in property theyre trying to store. And it was $40 for $20k and that just doesnt seem reasonable but after I do some research Ill know.

It would be great if you would return phone messages.I’ve left 3 at least detailing my failing locking mechanism keeping me locked out of my unit and my schedule not allowing me in the area most days the office hours are open.Yet in spite of no contact, your fun with continued charges. While I suppose it is accurate that some of my property is being stored there for a fee I agreed to pay, it would be super awesome some if every time that fee was paid, I could actually get access to it. But I can’t. And haven’t been able to for months. Per my repeated calls you don’t return!I do have a voicemail, and texts. It would have been nice if one of those had been used at least once in the Last few months.I never had any issues with the previous management. They were amazing but I just can’t seem to get this one to call me back. It’s unfortunate because the facility is nice.Edit- as an update, I emailed the link below as suggested and no one has responded. I also emailed the management one last time with no response from them either.It’s rediculous to pretend to want to “help” and then to not respond to my email. Rediculous.

We have used Midgard several times over the past few years. We have had great service and it is a clean facility?

My husband and I used a storage unit here for 3 years with our most valuable items and we never had any trouble and always felt our things were safe. Friendliest staff and nice units that are reasonably priced! I will use them again should the need arise!

It was great! Courtney couldn’t have been an nicer and helpful! She always smiles which helps Salem Storage’s standings with the public. Salem Storage should feel very glad to have her! Also, there was another guy, didn’t catch his name, but he also was helpful in going over all details and even came and swept out the storage building before I started moving stuff in. All around couldn’t of been any better. Thanks again to Courtney!!

Charged us a whole month on April 2 to get in for an hour to finish the last removal and to clean. Not cool.

I walked into the front building courtney was so nice and easy to talk to. She was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know. It was a fantastic easy experience

The staff was efficient and friendly. The office was clean and offered free water and coffee. We were shown our new unit and how to use the lock that accompanied it. I would highly recommend this business for any storage that may want to be done. For the price, you can’t beat it.

Cant tell you how much they helped me over the past few months!!! They are the best and go the extra mile to make you feel special. Management plays an active role in seeing to the individuals needs. I highly recommend this facility.

Great management! Prices are really good and its a clean, gated storage facility with almost 24 he access. Its only closed 12am to 5am (I believe that is correct, if not its close)
