I was fine with this storage facility up until my move out. I went to the property at 8pm and there was a red padlock on my unit. I called corporate and they confirmed that my unit was paid until the 27th. They called the on-site manager to advise and her response was to come back in the morning. I was LIVID!! I had a uhaul rental (one way to Huntsville with limited miles) a whole team to move my things and they REFUSED to correct their mistake!!! I lost my move crew because they couldnt come back to Murfreesboro, I had to keep my kids out of school just to have help, my uhaul rental was late AND I went over my milage allotment! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE!!! They broke the agreement and did not own up to their mistake!!!

I am so happy I chose Compass Storage. They were so friendly and so helpful. The lady in the office did everything she could to help us get all of my stuff in storage. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

If your looking for a nice place to store those items you dont have room for at home or business this is your place. Friendly people in the office very helpful. Nice setup with the entrance and exit. Multiple ways to get around the area so if there are other people at units that block one way there are more ways to get around. Units are nice and clean, doors work well.

Staff was friendly, accommodating, and made us feel welcome, immediately. We had visited several different storage facilities in efforts to store items centrally for our multiple businesses in the area, and found this team to be very accommodating for the price. Highly recommended for those in the Murfreesboro area, especially for businesses needing that extra space.

This place is doing shady things. If you want them to cut your lock and put you in auction fee status way too early for legal purposes, go ahead but BUYER BEWARE. They are NOT customer oriented. They are money oriented. Nothing else matters to them. They went as far as trying to not give me immediate access to my storage items after Ive been paid in full for a WEEK. If i could give them less stars i would.

Jennifer, the manager is awesome! She has always been very kind and tries to help as much as she can. She is the only reason I have stayed with this storage company because corporate aint sh** and dont care about long standing customers and during this pandemic things had gotten tight and they gave no type of sympathy towards that. But I know she did everything she could to help. She is the only reason they are receiving 5 stars!

Horrible company all they want is your money i used them for like a year and every couple of month they would raise the rent and not let you know anything about it. At the very end they ended up charging me for an extra month when I called them to cancel ahead of time now they are saying I have 2 wait 2 weeks for my money. Maybe I will get it.

I reviewed storage unit companies via google. Compass had exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. I called the 800 number on a Sunday and someone answered and reserved y unit online. On Monday morning Cindy had me fill out the necessary paperwork and then helped me chose the unit best for me.

My mom was diagnosed with cancer and could NOT get help to pay for the storage nor get out our stuff. Now I’m graduating soon with no baby pictures, NONE of my clothes for the winter and many other things I’ve worked too hard to get. We finally get the money and she’s one day late. At least we’re actually trying to pay them. Now they’re auctioning my life off. I hope someone could at least return some of our belongings.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it. This place is a great storage facility. Clean and very safe and secure. Jennifer is always friendly and helpful every time I come in and see her. She is one of the many reasons why I am so glad I chose Compass Self Storage. Dustin, the manager was incredibly helpful, considerate, and accommodating when it came time to choosing a storage unit for my belongings from Denver. What was even more impressive about this young man was his candor.I noticed he had the same scar on his neck as I do, and he told me about his recent surgery. I dont ever talk about it because it was a very scary surgery for me, and the scar that it left behind; a constant reminder. Dustin was quick to tell me how much better he felt and how glad he was to have had the surgery. I felt honored to have shared this same journey with Dustin, and even more grateful that I, too, feel much better. Dustin treated me with human kindness, a trait I rarely see anymore in my everyday interaction with people. He restored my faith in believing, we are ALL on this journey through life together. Oh yeah, he got me a killer deal on my storage unit also.

Chris at Compass went above and beyond to help me keep my property from the auction block. My auto draft card had expired and since it auto drafted every month I did not think to update it. I have had this storage unit for a very long time and he did not have my current # or address but he tracked me down through facebook. Not many would have gone to the lengths he did to help a customer they would have just auctioned it and been done. Great manager and a great storage company.

Lovely location, easily accessible and MOST importantly, a marvellous staff. Very frothing and helpful. They even let me borrow their truck to assist me in transporting my luggage to the storage unit. Despite the fact that we had only met each other for a few minutes. I MOST Definitely RECOMMEND this place!👍

Me and my husband have rented from compass before they took over and the changes that they have made have really made the property feel more safe and secure. Chris is like family. Weve had a storage shed here for around 20 yrs. Weve always been happy doing business with them. but the new manager, Chris, is truly a great asset. He went above and beyond to help us out of a bind. My wifes card got stolen and we forgot to update the pmt info here. He tracked us down on FB and saved us from losing all our stuff. What an awesome guy.
