Great family owned business! Very friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely rent money budget trucks here from now on!

We always receive great service from this location. They do their best to meet our needs. Joy always works hard to accommodate us. Occasionally, she is unable to do so, through no fault of her own. She cant make a truck that they dont have appear.

We made a reservation weeks in advance for our move at the end of March. When my husband went to pick up the moving truck and car trailer at 9:00 am, the car trailer was not there and the lady was rude and told him she would call later that day. She did not even call until 12:15 and then left a message that they found a trailer that was being repaired and it would be available later that day. He went to Uhaul next door and received great service. The icing on the cake was when my credit card was charged $50 by Budget Truck Rental for a missed reservation. Budget did resolve the issue at a national level but I would avoid this site for pickup or drop off.

Wonderful service so far from this location. They even offered to stay a little late to allow us to pick up a truck. Would rent from them again if the need arises again.

I had reserved a truck an hour and half before I arrived at the store. I had to put my credit card number on file to place my reservation, so they now have my card number. When I got there about 10 minutes before my reservation, someone else had just showed up and was looking at the truck I had reserved an hour and a half before this. Instead of giving me the truck I reserved with my card number on file, they gave it to the other people who had just showed up a few minutes before me, even though I had already placed a reservation. They said they were sorry and that there was nothing they could do since the other people had started looking at it a few minutes before I arrived, although I arrived 10 minutes early for my reservation. I find this to be very rude and will never go to them for business again. I highly recommend that nobody use this place ever!

Great people, loved working with them. It was way cheaper than Uhaul

It is dirty and overpriced, however your here to rent a freaking truck not have dinner! Get over it and get on with your day! Good luck guys!
