Jason was an outstanding rep for Enterprise. Very informative and knowledgeable.

We have worked with this location for a few months. Their policy is generally, we pay to maintain their truck and we pay to rent it. I’m pretty over paying for the appropriate utilization of their vehicle. There’s also no one to hold them accountable. I can’t reach corporate or even accounting. They owed us a check for a month. Whoever processes their insurance claims doesn’t respond either. I was told that sharing the contact information of anyone else was “frowned upon”. We own a moving company and are diligently working to transition from them.

Happy experience with renting a Van for long driving.Mr.Justin is very much professional in the office.

Fair price, nice people. The liftgate was a nice feature. Returned truck Saturday after hours, but did not receive a followup call the following Monday.

Grant was great to work with and helped us resolve an issue after we accidentally returned to the wrong enterprise. Really appreciate him helping us through that so that we didn’t get charged extra.

I got a rental for a week and when I tried to extend my rental they said that they couldn’t, I’ve never had this problem with them. Very upsetting.

Kevin SI have consistently had great experience at this site. The only challenge but seems to be getting better is the selection of vehicles. The other opportunity which I have voiced my concern is the cleanliness of the vehicle upon departure. There is always transition of personnel which sometimes make it awkward learning new personalities. OTHER than the things mentioned I am a loyal customer..PS...I think Steve is doing an awesome job managing that branch.

Employees were professional; experience was good. Received the automobile in a reasonable amount of time. Only negative experience was that I was double billed because I started off with a debit card and paid with a credit card. Fortunately one of the employees had experience with the Enterprise accounting and billing system so they cleared the double billing. Overall good

Great people and prompt service. Was asked about insurance and opted for it. But did not realize it was more than my rental fee per day. This is really outrageous. Should point that out to the costumer. But other than that it was a great experience.

This was the quickest, easiest rental experience Ive ever had!! The Smyrna location was very convenient for me and the people there were awesome!! I will definitely use Enterprise again!! I recommend the Smyrna, TN location if you are ever in the area and need a car!!

This branch is horrible! I made a reservation for a cargo van two weeks in advance! The day I am scheduled to pick my rental I called to see how early I could arrive. The assistant manager informed me that they could not find a truck for my reservation! I asked why no one had bothered to contact me and he replied well I’m still trying to find you a rental! They did not locate one for me that day needless to say. I would not recommend anyone to rely on this branch of Enterprise! Horrific experience and I am waiting to hear from the district manager!

This is place is usually good but today was not good at all. If you reserved a truck 26ft a week ago, you would think the day you are suppose to come and get the truck, it would be there. Nope!!! And also was told that they called us the day before tell us they wouldnt have the truck, but guess what no missed calls or messages. Really do not like how this was handled!!! No apology or anything. And we do business with Enterprise Truck Rental in Murfreesboro very often and they have never done business of these type before.

My only issue with Enterprise is that no matter what location I am at in the USA the inside of the windshield is always glazed over which makes it hard to see when sun light shines thought it at certain angles. And being out of town when renting I cant just go into the house and get the windex I have to purchase whips from the store.

I was pleased with the complete process of the rental, as always. That is why I continue to rent from enterprise. I have had excellent customer service with every rental.

Had my car in the shop for a transmission rebuild. went to enterprise to rent a car, service good, but was not properly informed about the rental insurance. 35 a day so it became a total of 595 for 17 days of rental. feel like I got screwed badly. called about the insurance amount and was told oh well.

The guys here were extremely helpful! The truck was nicely kept, and exactly what we needed for the job.

I have been renting cars from this location for almost a year and these people are amazing !! They make you feel like you are important and their cars always are clean

They gave me a car without a key fab to lock and unlock the car and blamed itvon the previous driver loosing it. That was not my problem. Then they charged me overage on my car miles. I was not pleased. They do not have a drop box at the Smyrna location to drop off keys for after hours. I had to wait on my car when they simply could have upgraded me for free and the car they gave me, a Toyota Camery did not ride good.

The vehicle we rented was very clean and comfortable it made the trip go very nicely.

Absolutely horrible!!!!! my wife had a car for less than 18 hours and Kay tried to claimed the vehicle had front damage to it- but after trying to reach Damian the assistant manager that inspected the car the day before he was off!!!! How convient!!! Their should be a law against this!!! I will NEVER use them EVER!!!<br/>&lt;br/&gt;THUGGS!!! That simple!!!

The staff at Enterprise are wonderful to work with! They go above and beyond to make sure that I have everything I need.

Truly horrible! They do not set you up for a good experience, they are not informative, even if you have a reserved a vehicle dont plan on being able to have smooth transaction with this company.
