Extremely satisfied. Wagner did a great job installing dish where I wanted it and running lines neatly on a 98 degree day. All......around a mess Spectrum had especially while trying to get us Directv and keeping Spectrum internet.And Natalie hooked us up with the minimum package to get the channels we wanted. We have been with Direct TV for four month now. We were supposed to get a $200 dollar reward card. Natalie has been trying to help. At this point we have not received anything and when I go into our account to check on it to see if I can redeem it, it says no redemption at this time. We are very disappointed. Natalie is friendly and is trying. At this point I think they are giving us the run around; $200 is a lot of money for some of us. I give Natalie five stars. I cannot say that about DIRECT TV, if you say you are going to do something than we expect it to be done.

So far we have had a wonderful experience. Natalie hooked me up with what I needed and Wagner was my install pro who bailed out a dish configuration and hooked up four boxes in a jiffy. Overall please and I would recommend their services to anyone.

On September the 24th a DirecTV technician named kalab from the Morrisville North Carolina office came to my home to troubleshoot a problem I was having with my directv the problem was never solved but in the process he completely disassembled my brand new theater system which consisted of an 80 television and a full Dolby Surround sound system along with other connected devices I have no audeo and I have no 4K and I just wanna let you know that the customer service with this outfit is poor to say the least...... a link to the video will be posted shortly.

Natalie promised free ugrade at no extra cost. She told me that if I changed to Century Link that my bill would be about $ 30. None of this was true. My directv bill went up $25. My Century Link is $ 82. It was all lies. Then she said she would get it all corrected. Not true again. Directv didnt even see where she had contacted them on my behalf. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

If you are looking for a cable provider I highly recommend DirectTV. If you decide on Directv and live in the Mooresville area make sure you use this authorized dealer. You do not have to speak to someone in a far away land and they will provide a fast and professional install.

When you call ask for Natalie because she is one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in any company that relies upon customer service. They were very strait to the point and explained all aspects of my future service, and my bill so I had no surprises. When I called the local direct TV dealer, a very sweet and helpful lady named Natalie answered,the owner/manager.i was looking to find a decent deal on just TV .I had already looked at all the package deals online for direct TV and all other cable and satiliteCompanies.i am on a fixed income now and couldnt afford a big bill.Natalie recommended the same TV lineup called the choice package.and online it was $55.62.she had me hold for a second while she checked on it in her system,she said it will be $38 a month before taxes and appoximatly $43 after tax a month.and Im not losing any of the channels I had on charter cable.plus I get the upgrade movie channels for 3 months free.and when the NFL starts in Sept 2016 I get The NFL network free.also a $100 prepaid visa card.and thats all with the free upgrade for the genie DVR HD receiver.didnt think it was possible to have great TV and pay so little for it anymore.and direct TV is so clear and sharp its amazing.i cant wait until Nascar starts this month going to be a lot of enjoyable exciting races and sports of all kinds to watch.Im very happy with it.Oh and also me and my son in law received $10 off our bills monthly for 10 months because they also have a referral program.And also I called the Friday before the super bowl and I was concerned about missing the game because of installation issues. She said will you be able to have it installed today.i was shocked.i said sure and she said I will have the one of my best installer be there within a couple hours.again I couldnt believe what I was hearing.i said OK I will be waiting on him.he called within an hour and said he would be here in 15 minutes which was 45 minutes sooner then she scheduled.shocked again.he came and had the dish set up and all together and came in set up the box while talking with me and was done and gone in less than and hr and half.He was a really nice down to earth guy named Alex.couldnt have been nicer or more knowledgeable.so to say the least I was amazed, happy and totally satisfied with Natalie,Alex and the whole Direct TV experience.You wont go wrong by dealing with this dealer.Shes great to work with very sweet and caring and said dont hesitate to call if I have any billing or technical issues.Unbelievable!!!!Thank you so much for the speedy excellent service Natalie and Alex.just awesome!!!
