We signed up with PDS about a year ago. Recently we started having problems with losing internet the house. PDS was VERY helpful in diagnosing/confirming that my router had gone bad. They also configured the new one for me. Theyre great to work with, honest and helpful. Highly recommend them!My only complaint is that if service goes down after hours, they dont have a reliable on-call system. You can place an outage call, it can take awhile to be resolved.

Tried getting service but to no avail went in two weeks ago and even touched base with them i guess Jason isnt interested in new customers

Goes down every other hour and is the most unreliable internet I have ever experienced but sadly they are the only providers for me but they also overcharge way up there

Their speeds arent that fast only getting 10Mbs. Thats equivalent to dial up speeds back in the day. If they offered some good higher speed download packages I would be excited about their service.

My second message (that time to a live person) was a week and a half ago, and was told that I would get a call back. I decided today to give one more chance, and talked to the same live person, who told me that all the salesmen were out all day today, which is why I hadnt gotten a call for a week and a half. When I challenged, I was also told that I couldnt have fiber optics because of the trees... There are no trees on my property. I decided that a communications company that doesnt communicate is more worrisome than a technology company misunderstanding technology.
