We loved continuum, since it has become TDS this place is HORRIBLE. Internet constantly going out (literally is out as I’m typing this), tv goes out, constantly having to switch out cable boxes, customer service is rude especially the lady that’s always there when we go up there. Not to mention didn’t even bother to tell us price was changing even if they have a deal with our apartment complex.. last month was $194 for INTERNET AND CABLE BASIC!!! I WAS PAYING $120!! And then I called told me sorry nothing we can do??? Just came out this month and was $161, called and told us next month would actually be $171 that it was wrong!! How the heck are you going to jump from $120 to $170 WITHOUT evening giving us a notice???? Joke of a company. If we can’t get this resolved we will be canceling and will make sure everyone knows how much of a scam this place is now.Update: Representative we spoke with was super nice and did what he could. I think his name was Steve. He did nothing wrong! Just wish the company wouldn’t have our prices jump from $120 to $174. I understand it’s a new company now and discounts change, but that is a ridiculous up charge all at once.Update: Won’t let me reply to the reply from owner, but no it did nothing for us. Price is still the same and all we did was schedule to cancel. I understand there are promos. But we were told when we signed up that y’all did promos specifically with our apartment complex if we use y’all and we were told that we would always have one just had to call every year to renew it. And now we are being told there is no discount even though the only reason we signed with y’all is because we were told we would get one for using the company our apartment complex had told us about. It was a “neighborhood deal”. Ridiculous that y’all won’t honor what you said.

We were with Mi Connect which was sold to Continuum and now TDS for over 5 years! Our payments were on auto pay and we never missed a payment. We moved to Florida in April, turned in our equipment and cancelled the service but kept the auto payment for the final bill. 3 months later, we have received a letter from some collection agency for $56.06!! We never received a bill, a call or an email that there was anything owed. What Horrific customer service with zero regards for people’s credit! And i know they have our email because we get their advertisements all the time! Do not do business with them!

Constant down time - everyday this week there has been an outage during peak hours... middle of the day or middle of the evening. Calling into customer support is not helpful, the folks are rude. Not that my other experiences with cable companies have been stellar, but this is by far the worst customer experience with an internet provider Ive ever had.

I stayed with TDS after the buy out with continuum. the service is OK but more money. when I adjusted my bill then dropped the SCC network they continued to charge me every month. when I confronted them on this they said theyd never agreed to the original fee of $115. A month so basically they stole a couple $100 from me Ill never do business with him again theyre horrible. I hate when people lie and steal. Promise one thing and the bill is another. Good Riddens.

I’ve had Continuum for several years. Internet was decent, cable was very bad and antiquated. Recently they changed to new owners and it’s now called TDS. My bill almost doubled and they wouldn’t work with me on reducing the price even though I’m a retired senior and my funds are limited. I got Dish network yesterday at half the price, more than twice as many channels and the internet speed is great! Save your money and aggravation and don’t use TDS! I don’t see them staying in business for very long... Sad

This service is terrible. It is unreliable. Over the past 4 wks, the service has gone down over 38 times in the Davidson, NC area. Every time it goes down my wifi router notifies me and yes, 38 times - mostly during business hours and most of the time the service is down for over an hour. if you have a viable alternative, I would go with another service. The alternative can not be as bad as this service.

Spoke to D on the phone today from tech support. He was kind friendly and intelligent. We had an ongoing service issue and he got us help extremely fast. The technician that came out had to escalate our issue and that was also done very fast.

We had Continuum for our internet provider when we decided to ditch cable. Things were going very well, good speeds and good service. Then TDS took over and it has been downhill. First, the rate increased. Understandable, but a bit disappointing to do it right away. But the service issues are pushing me to make a change. People cant work from home and attend virtual classes if they dont have reliable internet service. 3 months ago you said you were doing some repairs on the lines and cleaning things up a bit. Shouldnt that be done by now? All customer service can say is things look fine on our end. It must be your router. So disappointing, but not many other options.

Have now been with Continuum Internet services in my home for over one year. Internet/Data services have been at speeds as purchased and consistent for the majority of time. During this time, we have had only 6 complete outages of services and for 2 of them we were notified prior to outage that services would be down for required maintenance. Challenge anyone to compare with these numbers. When there have been outages, they were for minimal time periods and were recognized by Customer Care when I called to report. They communicate well. These consistent services and communications have been critical to family during last 6-8 months with both remote school and business communications. GREAT PROVIDER AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Additionally, challenge anyone to beat their introductory and ongoing cost for Internet Services. And NO I nor any family members have any relationship with this company. I just appreciate good services for good costs!!

This is the only ISP at my new address. They advertise 500mps internet and it is slower than my mid grade spectrum I had at my old address. I purchased a cable package with the internet and the sound doesnt work. It is so hard to actually get someone to speak to you with this company. I would dump them immediately if there was another option here.If you are able to get Spectrum or AT&T definitely go with them.

Upon returning our equipment at this location the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She snatched the equipment out of my husbands hands and had a very negative attitude. I’m glad I switched companies and after this experience I won’t be back. Their cable service wasn’t bad, had to reset it often and internet only dropped a few times a month. When talking to anyone through customer service they were nice but unhelpful with maintaining competitive pricing. Techs were always on time and professional. Just be warned about the lady working at this location, she will run anyone off with a demeanor as rude as hers.

If it wasnt for the fact that this is the only ISP that services my address, I would never agree to stay with them!Every year my monthly payment is increased and my WiFi signal is constantly cutting in and out! My house is only 800 sq ft and only one story! Theres no excuse for this! I shouldnt have to buy a $50 Wifi extender to use a WiFi service that I pay $89 a month for in a house that is as small as mine is!

I received a text from TDS today reminding me that they had not received my current payment. I had forgotten, and made a payment as soon as possible. However, I found on their website that they have charged me a late fee of $8.95! I am shocked and disappointed. The bill was technically not past due! This company recently took over from Continuum. I am sorry they did.

If you have a choice, get internet elsewhere rather than from this totally and completely incompetent group of liars. I have had service for a month and already have had erroneous charges on my account and you CAN NOT speak to anyone in billing on the phone or email. The resolution is to call back in 3 days to see if they have responded to whomever you can happen to get on the phone. Why make it hard for your customers? Either give the people that answer the phones some ability to rectify your mistakes or let me speak with someone who can. Not a customer service focused brand. Will recommend against using this company ten out of ten times.

My continuing complaints with Continuum are the price increases combined with the loss of some of the very few channels that are worth watching! Programming is horrendous, but maybe that is a reflection of what people want or are willing to put up with!

Game day morning my entire gateway went down. My husband was not due home until the afternoon, so if I wanted to watch early games I needed help. I called Continuum and was connected to Jay. She was very patient and explained everything I needed to do. After 30 minutes and two reboots without success, she patiently started the process again and it finally connected. She was terrific! Overall my service has been decent during the time I have switched to Continuum. I had an issue with billing, which was resolved, but Leslie from customer support was very rude on the phone. I called about a billing issue and she immediately cut me off and wouldn’t allow me to finish a complete sentence before getting upset. I was just trying to understand why my bill had increased $50 for a service that is listed at a different price point online. Not sure if she was just irritated from previous calls, but the customer service could definitely improve. I am however happy my issue was resolved.

Sunday morning Tommy, a Continuum worker called to confirm my appointment. He arrived shortly after 9 am. He followed proper protocol before coming into my home. His face was covered.I had a problem With my service to TV that was involved. Consistent connection that never crashed. Good luck consistently getting the connection speed you pay for. I pay for 100 mbps and on average I get 5-10. I’ve always had issues running more than one device connected to the internet at a time.

We have been internet customers for a year but only recently added TV service. The value is better than satellite so we decided to add more equipment. I have spoken with three different sales associates all with different prices, ideas, and attitudes. I absolutely must brag on Andy, if not for him I would still have a dish on my roof and no money in my wallet. Andy was so helpful in answering questions, giving me options, and he saved me tremendously in time and money. Actually I was able to seek outaout find Andy again. During a heavy downpour from Michael I realized that our phone was connecting for in-coming calls, but our callers were not receiving our responses. No out-going connection.I checked all our phones, wireless and wall mounted. None were working.I checked the modem box and WiFi and that was working well.So, I called Continuum and got Sara, after a very short wait. In just a few minutes she assessed the problem and re-set the phone. She complimented me for thinking of using my cell phone to call (I’m a senior, and it is amazing that I thought of it), and had me call her on my land line, at her desk phone. And it worked. Buyer beware !!!! What a rip off ! I was a continuum customer for years , then TDS took over and drove it straight into the ground. My bill had been $58 for internet for 3 years and overnight it goes to $112 !!! When I called they were very short with me and said the best theyd do was to drop it to $98 !! I was told by a friend to call Windstream and now I have the same speed internet for $45 a month !! Call WINDSTREAM

I’ve had issues with a connection from the road to the house for a year. Tech blames the router. Connection I issues are the same when you bypass the router with a lan line. So fed up with the issues we just deal with it because we under contract. Terrible service. Terrible tech.

I had internet through Continuum for about 4 months and never had any problems. The service is fast and reliable, no down time whatsoever (so far). Then I called back to get cable hooked up. Donna was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The same service tech (Charlie) was out both times and he is very knowledgeable and FAST! The first appointment was scheduled between 3-5 pm. He was waiting for me when I got there at 3. The second appointment was scheduled between 5-7 pm, and again he was waiting on me when I got there at 5! In and out in no time both times. So far my experiences with Continuum have been nothing short of outstanding. Ive recommended them on several occasions.

Spoke with Preston Allison April 20 about the recent disconnect between Apple and the MI server and the more-than-annoying pop-up that wouldnt die. He patiently walked me through the steps to delete and reactivate the effected mail accounts and had me do it on one account to make sure I did it right. All mail accounts affected are now OK. The customer service is terrible and the quality of services are not that great. The price might be be the cheapest around, but with that price, you get poor cable and internet, and very poor customer service. The ladies in the office arent friendly at all. If you call and go through the prompts, you end up waiting as the recording states where you are in their cue to answer your call, and after waiting 10 minutes on the phone as you move up in their cue, another recording comes on telling you to leave a message. Ugh. That process happened three times in a row. I would move up in the spot to be the next person that customer service would talk to, and then the recording would prompt me to leave a message for them to return my call. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I contacted Continuum customer service to inquire about my expiring promotion. The customer service representative, Sabrina Ellis, offered to graciously assist me and provided me with options to get the best internet speed for the price. The customer service was amazing. Keep up the great work!
