The last time I went here was the day after I lost a job that I very much enjoyed the barber made me feel really good about myself and helped me find a hairstyle that fit me after I was rocking hair down to my shoulders for 3 years.I also threw in a old photo of what my hair used to look like. Would love to go again but I dont remember my barber that did this amazing work!!

If I could give them 0 I would. Called Thursday and asked if I could make an appointment. They told me I would not need to make an appointment, they were walk in until 4:30. (Literally refused to make an appointment) came in the next day at 3:15 and they told me they were done doing walk ins. I had to go out of town that day and no one in town would take me that day. Dont start a business if you cant run one

If you are looking for a skilled hairstyle and razor work this is the place to go. If you do a walk-in be prepared to wait but well worth it. I get so many compliments from my boys haircuts ages 2 and 5. The staff is wonderful with them and treats them like little men.

First time at Cruz Cutz after multiple recommendations from social media and friends... Jesús got me in on a tight schedule and did a hell of a job working with hair thats not common nor easy to cut. Incredibly friendly and inviting atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Wait was a little long for walk ins, which is understandable, other then that customer service was great, and walked out with hair cut I wanted. This will be my new go to I would 100 percent recommend this shop.

Great staff, great location, and the set up is top notch. Hats off to the owner. I can’t speak on the all the barbers, but they seem to all know how to give a decent haircut. I heard great things about the owner so I will be going to him next time. I love how easy it is to make an appointment. No hassle. Prices are fair and in line with what you would pay at any barbershop in big cities or small towns. I’m New to the area and this is the only place I will be going. Thanks for the great experience.

Best haircut experience ever.

I was super excited to make an appointment for my son on 11/23/19. I read a few bad reviews but still wanted to give the business a chance. I called for an appointment with Chewy at 9 a.m. My son arrived and no one knew anything about the appointment. He didnt even get a hair cut with Chewy. So disappointed on how your business is managed. First impressions are so important. We wont be back.

First time at Cruz’s with Chewy was the best, most tailored yet quickest clean up I’ve had! Booked my appointment based off a recommendation from a stranger that had a similar texture with the shape/length I wanted to try and i’m really glad i asked...I got his last spot on a Friday, and the place was very busy/upbeat. He very friendly, very with-it and in the zone. I asked him about my thoughts/reference photos from online, but basically gave him the liberty to do whatever he wanted and I couldn’t be happier with itI will definitely be back! 😊

Ive been to many barbershops and I could never find a place that was truly my only spot, that is until I went to Crus Cuts, Ive had several of the barbers there and every single one of them is incredible. I will never go to another barber as long as Im in the QC. Love this place!

Great service and reliably good haircuts. The biggest issue is the cash-only policy. I know that may be to save money from card companies extra charge, but in this day and age it is very inconvenient.

Really awesome barber shop. I love going there I love the atmosphere. Junior has been cutting my hair for quite some time now. Ive never had a haircut better than he gives.

My man was having a hard time finding a barber he liked so I suggested he try Cruz cuts.this was around a year ago and he’s been going ever since I know his barbers name is Courtney and Courtney also cuts my sons hair now and both are very glad to have a barber they both like and it’s a crispy cut every time.he also gave my son a design and it also was looking really good.i would definitely recommend Courtney to anyone having trouble finding/getting a good quality cut.the atmosphere in the shop is very laid back and relaxing and all in all it’s a great place to get a cut.

We went in today for haircut for my son and I. We had 3 people ahead of us, after close to an hour and a half only 2 of the 3 had been given cuts with the 3rd not even been seated yet. There were several of the barbers just standing around waiting for their appointments, when they could have been moving things forward. Ive actually made an appointment and had to wait past the time I made my appointment because the barber was giving someone else a haircut. When you get a haircut, sure its good but it is not worth the wait and not worth the extra money you have to pay to make an appointment and then wait for said appointment. At this point its worth the 6.99 cost cutters will charge to screw up my hair. At least it will be cut in a timely manner.And please dont reply with this generic post I apologize for that. We do appointments as well as walk ins. So the only reason people were going in front of you was because they had appointments. Sorry we didn’t communicate with you better.I clearly know all of this information you have posted to others reviews.

Wonderful work being done here. Highly efficient, clean, and kind. They do not accept credit/debit but an atm is on site. Typically an appointment is a bit more expensive than a walk in. The techniques used here are by far the best in the QCA. The environment is modern and stylish. Honest hardworking individuals who will get the job done correctly in no time at all. They can do a simple natural line up, or an out of this world work of art. They are not pushy and their clients satisfaction is top priority.

I dont ever make appointments - I just walk in and take whoever got a free seat. Not once have I been disappointed. Great establishment, good prices, better people.

Nice, surprising establishment. Much bigger inside than it looks on the outside. Owner is friendly and courteous, and even lets his dog (who is very well behaved and minds his own business) wander around.

We have gone here a few times and love it everytime. I have 2girls, ages 9 and 4, with my oldest having an undercut and she loves going for the design. We are walk-ins and they are so good about getting us in and out. They also trim both girls hair without any complaints. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and of course my girls love the pups that are roaming around. The first time I saw that I was surprised but the dogs are so sweet, good with kids, and obviously just there for the pats and attention. Thanks Cruz cutz!

Looks like a great place after waiting for over 90 minutes and passed over twice and not one employee ask if we were doing ok or to say we will get to you as soon as we can. The person in charge didnt seem to really care. Poor customer service after 90 minutes I walk out the door and not one employee tried to stop me. I guess they are so busy the dont need my business. This was for my son who is 9 yrs old. He wanted to know why they wouldnt cut his hair. Thanks Cruz Cuts.

Scheduled an appointment, waited well over 90 minutes and still hadnt been cut. Shop is clearly ran by a person of the hispanic orgin. Every hispanic was walking in going straight to a chair. This was my first and last time at this very unorganized shop.
