Whenever I need a quick haircut, this is my go-to. Everyone is so friendly and theyre all well-versed in popular hairstyles.

Allowed my husband and I both to get haircuts. Very friendly atmosphere. Only shop my husband will go to. Staff very accommodating and super friendly. Cares and listens to how the customer wants cut done. Will see them soon.

Had a great experience at this place. I checked in online. There was only one other customer in the store. They ask about your health and contacts and take your temperature. My stylist Jaime was friendly and did a fantastic job. I recommend this place.

They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Completely clueless on how to give someone a proper haircut. I dont know if this girl was new or what, but she had absolutely o idea what to do. She was so awkward and didnt know how to talk to people either. I paid 25$ to have a haircut I could have done better myself. Do yourself a favor and go to Cruz cuts, they know how to cut hair.

Great staff, quick and satisfactory hair cuts

Went in and they are only taking appointments online. I told her the app was not working . She said I couldnt get a haircut because they are only doing online appointments. I told her again the app isnt working and the lady said sorry. Wow!! Cari was her name. Really upsets me because Ive been going there for along time.. usually see Brittany.. Very poor business and professionalism on her behalf..They lost my business.

I like the reservation system and the predictability that comes with that. Folks be busy, so thats cool. What I dont like is when one day someone does a nice job and then another time it feels like youre being scalped with the clippers. You are going to pay more for convenience with a random chance of having a sore head. Sometimes its worth the risk. Plan ahead elsewhere otherwise.

Today I got a haircut from Kerri. She didn’t talk to me the entire haircut which was kind of off putting. Besides that I asked for a hard part when she asked me what I wanted to do and she completely forgot so I had to remind her at the end. The hard part that she gave me was honestly terrible. Like I wish that I just never got my hair cut in the first place. It was patchy and not in a straight line. When I was checking out my stylist was having a side conversation with another stylist completely unrelated to anything relevant and I was waiting on her to finish her conversation because the machine didn’t read my card correctly. Overall I am really disappointed with my experience between the quality of the haircut and the lack of customer interaction. All of the other times I’ve been to this location however have been great and I typically go to the girl with the gauges who is very talkative and friendly.

Love this location! They are so fast and get people through quickly!!! All the stylist are friendly and are on top of their game!!! They are funny and make for a great atmosphere!!! Everytime I come here I am in and out in 30 mins or less depending if I get the MVP or not!!! Wish Davenport store was like this!!!

I went to this location because it was close to my work, and figured I would get it cut while on my lunch hour. I checked in at 11:50. When I got there they told me that the wait would be 20 min. So I decided to wait and get my hair cut. By the time it got to 12:40 I had to get back to work and still didnt get my hair cut. Not a great first experience for a first time customer.
