Love the atmosphere, best actual barbers in town. 5 stars aside from using Squire for bookings. Will not use Squire due to data breaches and leaked credit cards. Nope nope nope.

I took my 1yr old son to great clips for his first haircut the lady was in a hurry and it just wasnt right so I stopped into Rayz to see if they could fix his haircut and clean it up. Luaree did an amazing job on cleaning up his haircut not only did she clean him up she also interacted with him really good I will now be taking my boys to Rayz for their haircuts I am a 100 percent satisfied and happy customer fantastic job

My hairdresser of 15 years is now working there. She is very good. Her name is Jen. Ladies, the atmosphere is very masculine, of course. But it feels comfortable. It is set up to be relaxed. Be brave and give Rayz a chance. I dont think you will be disappointed.

Getting my sons hair cut was always a fight until we came here. They always do a great job on my 3 year old they make it a nice and warming visit for him. He has no problem when we come here now and prices are not bad at all.

I regularly see another barber but I was in a pinch. They dont take appointments but this didnt end up being a huge problem. The staff was friendly and got me in a chair within 10 minutes of me walking in. I was pretty happy with my cut but it wasnt my usual so thats why 4 stars instead of 5. I would definitely still reccomend.

The only Rayz location well come to. Great atmosphere and energy from all stylist. Treat my four year old guy wonderfully and are patient and kind throughout the entire haircut.

I’ve been coming to Ray’z since they opened up. Always have had a great experience, and they have handled my boys cuts as well when they were little. Neither of my kids liked their hair cut, but Jill does very well with kids and talks them through the cut. Won’t go anywhere else!

First couple of visits were okay, they did the haircut I asked for; no more, no less. However, the last time I stopped in the stylist was very unpleasant and rude to me for not knowing the exact trimmer guard sizes that I usually use. I still tipped because I attributed it to the person having a bad day and just taking it out on me, but I likely wont be going back after that experience, seemed a bit unprofessional.

I had to fix my own beard, fix all of the long hairs left on top of my head, and do my own line up. I will never be back. New Style students do a way better job for half the money. Rays is a Joke !!! To be completely honest, if I dont get a refund I will be all over social media with my bad experience at Rays Barber shop. Thats a messed up name, because I can do a better job on myself and im far from a barber.

I always have a good experience here when my son and I come to get our haircut! Everyone is always so friendly, and they are good about getting people in and out promptly, but not skimping on quality to do so.

I have been coming to Rays with my partner for a long time. Jill is the only reason that I am giving an extra star in this review- she is so personable, makes her client feel welcome, and does a great job. The most recent time we went in, the hair stylist barely talked to her client. It was almost awkward. The other 2 stylists were also busy, however, one of the stylists talked to another client while cutting hair the whole time. I felt so bad for the older gentleman getting his hair cut. The only thing she said to him was asked him what he wanted and how he liked it at the end. It wasnt just a regular conversation - they were talking about family matters. Please make your clients feel welcome and converse with them. They are paying you for your service, make them feel special from the second they sit in the chair until they walk out of the door.

UPDATE - I was contacted immediately by Rayz. They apologized for the error and had investigated the problem in their system. They had openings and invited us back. Their prompt and professional response encouraged me to go back today and the haircuts and service my boys received will bring us back in the future.Initial review - I booked two appointments online and received email confirmation. When we arrived for our appointments this morning, the shop was full of walk-in clients waiting for haircuts. The staff had NO IDEA about any appointments, they said the shop was walk-in only. Why offer a service on your website when you don’t honor it?

Very inexperienced. They don’t give that fresh crisp look. More like a cost cutters. Rushed service. I’d find somebody else. I was looking to try something new and went to Ray’z and was not happy.

All females barbers when I walked in. Lady I had got, rushed my haircut and didnt even line me up. Total bad experience. Wont ever go again

So I went in a few weeks ago to get a shave. The lady didnt know anything about beards. She didnt trim my beard and shape it. I had to basically talk her into trimming my mustache. She didnt use any product at all. Even when I asked her to do an undercut on my head. She just went at it dry. I did a review on their FB page and never got an answer from the owner nor a message and he was even tagged in it from a friend of his when he shared my review on his page. I say if you have a beard dont waste your time with this place for anything.
