I went in for a perm, and I’ve had a few before so I know at this point how long it would normally take ( and I have a lot of hair and it’s longer now too). I was there for two hours; an hour for rolling my hair - which she didn’t roll very tight. And an hour for the solution, which should have taken longer to set before she rinsed it out. To make a long story short, I don’t have curly hair and I basically paid for the straightest waves I’ve ever experienced. My hair is straighter now than when I went in. Probably won’t be going back, but their corporate customer service is wonderful!

I asked for a simple straight bangs that cover my brows and instead of started long, she cut straight above my eyebrows and when it didn’t look good, she blamed my cowlick. It cost 30$ for a botched hair cut. Don’t go there. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Just awful. Tried to book an appointment twice with Vicki to no avail. The first time she was off for a week, which I understand that we ALL need and deserve time off. But then I call again and am told that Vicki works Thursday. I am not told of any other days so I can plan. I then ask about 530 or 6p and the employee tells me that she will be gone by then. I ask why. She stated that Vicki leaves at 7p. I ask then how long does the process take. The employee states she doesnt really know about how long a relaxer takes but that if I come at 6 and she leaves at 7 that she cannot fit me in. I then go to ask about the 530 timeframe but then just thought why bother. If a business is not willing to figure out how to schedule or offer potential customers more than one time and to work with them to figure out how long an appointment is going to take, which I would need to know as well, then I dont think they need to be in business. Now I can see why their star rating is so low. I only called this salon since my nephew had referred me there.

Well. I dont intend to come back. Stated cut lightly on the sides, she had to guess what number to use... Bad.. then also told her not to touch the top and she did. My own opinion I cut my hair way better so Im probably going to just keep doing it myself. I actually showed a picture of myself and what I wanted it to look like. Honestly would have had the same results if I have my friend a buzzer and hes never cut hair. Sad that was not worth the $28 I spent.

I was very happy with my experience. Im not much of a talker and I dont like when a stylist keeps trying to speak to me when Ive made it clear Im not the type to talk when getting my hair cut. But anyway, she asked questions consistently to make sure I got the cut I wanted instead of winging it like most stylists to because I dont know how to go into specifics and its the cutest cut Ive ever had. I love it. Friendly environment, great employees. They can count on seeing me again.

Used to go here. Like everything in a mall its way over priced, you can do much better a block away. Probably should just close the whole mall its basically a dated mausoleum.

Never leave reviews but my first and last experience really blew my mind. Called ahead to schedule an appointment because I was on a time crunch. Showed up at my scheduled time and was then asked if I called and scheduled an appointment. I said yes and was then asked “if I was in a hurry because it’s gonna be at least 30 mins” because the only stylist working had started someone else during my scheduled time. The lady getting her hair done said it was alright and she could cut my hair quick. So that was slightly annoying but what really got me was when I went to pay, I was charged for a more expensive service than what I got, which I didn’t have time to argue about so I just paid it. I didn’t leave a tip, as I didn’t feel I should have, and the stylist actually said to me “if I knew you weren’t gonna tip I wouldn’t have done it”. She’s lucky I didn’t have the time for her. Do not bother with this place.

I have gone to mastercuts for ten years- and was always happy with the service... up until yesterday. I have thick hair- and came in for a trim. She didnt ask what I meant by trim- and she didnt separate out my hair out but just pulled my hair out and cut. Then blow dried my hair after- again without asking or informing me of added cost- which is 10 dollars btw- she talked to her coworker the entire time about another coworker they didnt like. Also spent a good portion complaining to her coworker about not getting good tips. My simple trim ended up costing 39 dollars. Probably will not return.

Over priced, $24 hair cut thats suppose to include a shampoo etc. Didnt get any of the extra and still had to pay $24 wont ever go back here.
