Literally just test drive, no negotiations done by us. Credit application was done by us online and the car was delivered to us. Final papers get signed at home. Ron is the real deal. My wife and I needed help leasing 2 cars while we were in the middle of a stressful move from NYC and I was busy studying for my medical board exam. He made the process seem effortless, and we barely had to do anything. He made himself very available the entire time. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. At first it’s hard trusting someone you don’t know make deals for you, but I quickly realized that this guy really is looking out for his clients best interest. He will tell you from the start whether your budget is reasonable for the car you are looking for. Being a car-guy myself, I can say that it would be a pretty difficult challenge to match the deals he gets on my own, and frankly I just don’t have the time or the patience to do it.Just so you have an idea how far Ron will go to pleasing his clients... I wanted a specific car in manual transmission which there was only 1 available in Florida. When I told him that maybe its best for me to tell him my second choice car, he refused to know it and literally drove to west palm beach on his day off from work and got me the car at a lower price than what I was willing to pay. Not to mention he checked off all the boxes for my wife’s car plus a lot more extras.As soon as I flew in from NYC our cars were waiting in my parents house. My parents were shocked, because they didn’t know this type of service even existed, and they are already set on calling him in a few months for their cars.I will definitely never go to a car dealership again, except for the rare instance of having to test drive a car. The service he provides is worth every penny!
