I brought a q50 3.0t here and it has been a overall great experience . They actually answer your calls and show great level of respect. To the people with the bad reviews , Im sure you guys were the problem. Im not saying things dont happen, lets be real guys..One cant tell certain problems will happen no matter how good a mechanic you are ! Anything mechanical can and will go bad at any given time. What I judge is the outstanding customer support that you get in the time of despair. All I can say is these guys bring great car choices and go above and beyond to make each customer happy! We came all the way from Colorado to purchase a H3 hummer from this guy to find he sold it when we arrived he was also saying the whole time we were driving he still had it we left on Wednesday got to Miami Saturday around 12pm and he informs us he sold it on Thursday.

After finding JV Auto Wholesale online, we were able to work over the phone to get all the information we needed to make a decision on a car. Since we lived over an hour away, Jesus and his staff were happy to work with me over the phone to answer all my questions and get me all the information we needed. This was the worst deal Ive ever done! I bought a car for $ 6,000 and so far Ive spent $ 3,000 on repairs that he did not say he had. not to mention the things that are still missing ... Obviously the engine light was not on at the time of purchase and the next day when the light came on I called him in question. he said it was a small oxygen sensor problem. so far I did not need to change the sensor, but clearly he knew of the serious problems of the car. draw your conclusions. The Lord sees everything we do in the world!

Did not mention the problems the car has. The engine and air lights were one and the car was shaking hard when start the engine. I took the car to a local auto repair shop and they quoted me 635 dollars to fix the problem. Who knows other other problems I will have in the future?I wish I had paid more attention to the bad reviews. They also did not send me the gas gift card they promised and ignored my text since they sold the car. Do not trust this seller. Bad business. I am planning to make a legal action. I wish I could give 0 star if Google allowed me.

Sold me a Nissan Exterra for a week later find out it leaks oil, transmission and power steering fluid! Before I bought the car I told him I’m going through a lot with moms in the hospital with amputation of her legs and needed a vehicle to go see her daily! My husband was on his way to purchase a car from the other coast and this guy sold it right before he got there, knowing he was coming! He also wasnt honest with his pictures about the cosmetic damage to the car. Maybe next time someone is making the drive to purchase a vehicle from you, make sure you show them everything on the car before they make the drive, and maybe have the courtesy to keep the appt your customer made with you to see the car. Thanks for wasting his entire day.
