An excellent experience through and through. Tova located our car at a good price and had it delivered to our house directly. We had went to 5 dealerships prior with no inventory available and were frustrated. After this experience I will not lease directly from a dealership again.

So I was in the search for a new lease because my current lease was ending. I was recommended to Tova from U Auto lease by a work Friend. I spoke to her right away and I told her what I was looking for within 10 min she already had the best deal for me. Now I dont always go for the first deal so I told her to hold off for a bit because I was going to go to the dealer to try to hear what they have to say. What a waste of time. The dealer tried to lease me the car 3 times more expensive! I called another dealer and they were giving it a little cheaper but none competed with the original deal Tova gave me. Tova even got the Car delivered to my house and I signed the documents in my drive way. They picked up my old car and it was done. To say my experience was great is an under statement. I was pretty worried about the process and the amount of time I would spend going from dealer to dealer plus the amount of time it takes to just close the deal. I was in the market for a new vehicle so I went down to my local BMW Dealership. After hours of waiting and negotiations I finally was given a quote based upon the specific car I was truly interested in.
