Just drove to Miami from Texas and our BMW had a rattle. I called Munich and they fit us right in, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it same day. We were so grateful as we were leaving the car with our daughter who was going to college in Miami and wanted to get this taken care of before we left. They also worked with our extended warranty which was great. Highly recommend and now we have a great mechanic in Miami if needed for the future!

This is the best auto shop I have ever been to.Family owned, honest and friendly!Jacques told me everything I needed to know about replacing my brakes, gave me an estimate and even squeezed me in the middle of the day for same day service! I was able to pick up my car all ready to go in a matter of few hours. I even went for a test ride with him, to make sure nothing squeaks anymore and everything feels smooth!After all of this, to my honest surprise I even got a discount. It was not big, but its not the amount that matters, its that special attention to details and amazing customer service!I have some more extensive work that needs to be done on my Z4 and I will definitely be back very soon.As long as Im in Miami and have German cars, Ill only be coming to this auto shop!

Headlight went out while driving to Miami for vacation. Panic. Don’t know any shops for my 528 except dealership which always charges a billion bucks.Called ahead to owner — they said come in and they took me right away. In 15 Minutes replaced low beam light for $60. Other place quoted $100. Great service. Pleasant and accommodating. I wish this place was in Atlanta.

Just picked up my BMW from Munich European Auto. I can say without hesitation that this was a wonderful experience. Though I was referred by a colleague it is always difficult the first time you step away from the dealer as it was out of warranty. From the initial estimate I felt very comfortable. Cleaner than my house, I was also taken aback by the professionalism and the work done. Super happy my car is back in great condition. I called to make an appointment. I asked them to call me when the car would be fixed, they said sure, and they never called me back !They kept my car for 2 days without doing anything else than a 15 min diagnose on it !After that, i had to bring it back because they were asking $300 for the parts to be replaced (front suspension parts) while i bought the parts for $119 online ! What a ripoff...they try to make you pay more than double the price for the parts !Then i brought my car back to them, again asked them to call me when the car would be ready as i need it to work...they never called me back, i had to call them each time...not professional at all.And to make my experience with them even worse, the parts they told me that needed to be replaced...were not the defect parts !Result, i lost many days of work, $400 and my car is still not fixed !Dont go there, they dont know anything about cars and they will make you pay 3 times the price.They ask $350 to replace the struts while my mechanic did it for $100.Go anywhere else, it will be cheaper and they will at least fix your car.
