Marti Auto Service is a unicorn in the auto repair service business. I had several unbelievable experiences with them. I brought my 2010 Ford in with a recurring problem that the dealership didn’t repair. Finally, the issue was corrected by Marti’s service.The ladies that answer the phones and help set up service are perfection. I want to steal all of them for my own business. They are efficient, kind and go above what is necessary.I loved this shop so much I decided to get another long term problem with the sunroof repaired. The ladies at the Gables location volunteered to drive my car to the Doral location so the owner could diagnose the problem. Can you believe that?????I decided to drive over myself to meet the man that is running this wonderful business. I’m glad I did. He’s lovely. He fixed the sunroof and didn’t charge me, because he figured out the minor glitch with it. In minutes it worked!The garage at both locations is very clean and organized. Mr. Marti and the mechanical employees are dressed nicely as well. I understand this review is gushing. I have had some bad experiences at dealership service departments and other local shops. I found Marti through a google search and review and wanted to add my delight in finding this business.Do not hesitate using them for any car. I noticed lots of expensive cars Mercedes, BMW etc in the garage. The owner and employees should be proud of their honest, reliable service.

Martis is a wonderful and honest place to get your vehicle serviced. I watched the mechanic work while I was waiting for my car and he is very methodical and precise in his work, which is probably why this place is the cleanest auto shop I have ever seen. I am still fairly new to the area, but I have already decided that this is my chosen place for car maintenance while I am in Miami.

Went in to install and balance a tire. Maikel went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly and most importantly did not scratch my wheel. Its very hard to find nice and courteous mechanics. Price was fair and went in and out in a couple of minutes. Will definitely come back if needed with Maikel.

It’s always good to talk to Marti, my Mustang and my wife’s BMW X3 are serviced here. The beamer had a weird issue where it wouldn’t sporadically start! Which was previously fixed by a different shop but recurred soon, but after Marti fixed it, we haven’t seen the issue in 19 months. Highly recommend them!

Over priced. Over charging. Rip off. Not honest. Over charging on labor and parts. Customer beware.

This review is long overdue! I have had the honor and privilege of finding an auto mechanic and a company that have values and truly appreciate their customers. It saddens me that I did not find them before, long before I moved away from Miami. I’ve taken my vehicle to the 27th Ave. location. It feels like they are extended family helping me out. This was the first time that I didn’t feel kind into doing something or didn’t have to second-guess what was being done. When they explain to me what is going on with my vehicle, it isn’t just an explanation, they take the time to educate you. I truly appreciate everything that they have help me out with in reference to my vehicle. It’s amazing when you actually come across an honest mechanic. This company is about family, and that is a parent is soon as you walk into the facility. I can truly say that if I have any extensive issue with my vehicle in the future, I will not hesitate to drive down from Tallahassee, to Miami, to have my vehicle taken care of. Why? Because my vehicle and I will be in great hands!

A couple of months ago, while on a short vacation our cars alternator went out ...someone told us about Martis and thank GOD for them, they were able to fix it :)

So many other shops will do things to your car without consulting you first, then hit you with the surprise bill at the end. Marti is BY FAR the most honest, friendly, and effective auto service company I have ever encountered. They are not interested in swindling you. They are interested in doing good work and getting you back on the road as soon as possible, and they do an excellent job of it.

I cant speak highly enough about Marti Auto Service! A few months back, after several mechanics/auto shops told me my tire couldnt be patched and I needed to replace it, I came here and they patched it within minutes for an incredibly reasonable price.Fast forward to this past weekend when I brought my car in because the AC stopped working. They clearly explained what they would have to do to figure out the problem. My car was ready earlier than they anticipated and when I came to pick it up, they explained what happened in a way a total car-noob like myself could easily understand. The best part was that the fee was incredibly reasonable again.This is my go-to car shop moving forward!!

Came in because I got a $1000 quote from Tire Kingdom for my rear shock absorbers but Marti quoted me at 1/4 of the price and Susanna was courteous in helping me best she could with other issues. Overall happy with their service!
