We used them once before for brakes and was happy with the service. Today we went and they wanted to charge another diagnostic fee bc we wanted to buy the part cheaper that they overpriced us at Autozone in the same shopping center. They just want to rip people off. Double charge us and we know they dont used Toyota parts to over charge us for it. Since we refused their service they charged $100 for diagnostic fees. Rip off! They care more about diagnostic fees. Never again horrible customer service

I was grossly overcharged for parts, when I went to a dealer to compare my charges to the dealers, it was evident that I was overcharged. When I brought this to Ivans (chief mechanic and manager) attention, he unashamedly stated that he hadnt considered asking the original equipment manufacturers ie. The dealer, for a price check.Go here if you want to get ripped off!Dont get me wrong they do good work, but you will most likely overpay.

I bought in two vehicles for a simple tire replacement and oil change. We left with both cars having difficulties without any prior problems. When I mention it to the mechanic, he ask for $700 to fix one of the issues. Now can’t drive one of the cars.

Went in to get an alignment for my car, called ahead of time seeing if he was busy, he told me he wasnt so I went over there. Spoke to Ivan about what the cost would be he gave me an estimate and the time frame which he said would be about an hour. He was done in around 30 to 35 minutes, granted my car wasnt terrible out of alignment but still, pretty fast service. The price is pretty fair and cheaper than others I have found nearby. Ivan was hands down professional and very responsive with what needs to be done and what has been done with your vehicle. Other places have let me down, but this store hasnt, and Ill be going back here for all my future alignments and definitely recommending friends and family to go here if theyre having car troubles. Overall experience was great and I can without a doubt recommend him.

Came in for a simple patch and walked out with a ton of problems. They broke my tire sensor and because “we can’t guarantee it was us” I went ahead and paid for half - knowing they broke it.. then they “install” a new sensor and didn’t even have the right equipment to program it. I ended up spending about $100 for a patch that usually is $20 and still the tire is not working. Instead of at least having the decency of offering my money back they threw us out of the store. As a nurse who has very little time to be wasting going back and forth - I wish they would just been honest with me from the beginning and told me that they couldn’t handle the job. Very unethical and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.

Price gouges! $25 for a tire patch. Tie patches go for $15 max per tire. Plus their shelves are stocked with cheap oils and filters of all sorts. Stay away if you know whats good for your car!

I just had a 20pt inspection & oil change. I left, went to a gas station and my tires were 10-13 lbs under pressure and my washer fluid was 1/2 full.I saw my tires low as I paid and was positive they skipped a bunch of the 20pts... I was right.Im not even sure if they actually changed my oil or filter. This sucks :/

Honestly i gave it one star only because there was no option to give it 0 stars. I went in there because my tire had a screw and I needed a patch work done and came out paying $25 because they dont tell you how much its going to cost you before doing the work. They say they dont price you or charge beforehand because they dont know how much work needs to be done. The guy that checked the tire told me I needed to get new ones because they were bald luckily I have a tire guy in Florida city that I called right away who charged me $65 for each tire with balancing and mounting and when I was asked how much he was charging me I guess the guy at this place couldnt believe it. They mustve gotten mad I wasnt buying their tires so they decided to charge me $22 for labor on patching. If I wouldve known I wouldve just used my spare tire to drive to Florida city instead. Dont go to this place its a rip off.

Dont like to attend 30 mins before they close. Come in on a Saturday and online says they close at 5. Come here and 30 mins before 3 they say they close soon. Not my problem if you close in 30 mins a customer is still a customer and if you dont attend the customer then you lose money. Not coming back here... Going somewhere else.
