Everyone at Miami Quality Auto is very polite, efficient and honest. They hold off on work that does not necessarily need to be done and asked me to participate in observing the car to see if the work was really needed. I think many customers will appreciate that. They are clear in their explanations of what they are going to do and why, or why something does not need to be done at the time. They maintain a record of everything on their computer. They also give you a clear printout (not a hard to read copy) of the exact work that they just completed on your vehicle. This company is willing to work around your budget and complete the work in increments. I have been bringing my car to them for over a year. I think they are wonderful!!!

My recent visit was for a general check up and got a detailed list of findings and projected repairs. I had a loaner car and since there was no work needed, I was not charged. How many repair shops would do that I ask you! Wonderful, friendly shop and personnel.....;-}

Looked for a place to do quality routine maintenance without getting jacked by the dealership. Very satisfied with Miami Quality Repair - made an appointment for service they sent text reminders and were expecting me when i showed up for my appointment. As I pulled up i saw another vehicle getting serviced of my german brand. They showed me the work and issue on the vehicle. After the service was done they emailed me the invoice with a report of their inspection and pictures of what they noticed may need attention - no pressure to do added work but good information to have. Very professional and competent.

I came to Miamis Quality Auto Repair for a routine oil change, but the level of service I received went above and beyond. They included a comprehensive inspection and I really appreciated the summary sent to my email that included photos and descriptions of the issues for me to review. It was very informative and there was no sales pressure. They even washed and vacuumed my car, which was awesome. Quality work, fair pricing, and honest management.

Extremely hard to find down here in Miami. if they tell you theyre going to fix something they have a warranty to backed up their word and they will honor cant say enough good things about them. Had my car towed here. I knew it was the alternator because when you charge the battery for alittle bit the car works fine. I wanted to just change the alternator and they said they need to check the system and its 150 right off the bat. Said the warranty company doesnt cover that so i would have to do that out of pocket before they worked on it plus pay my deductible to have to work done. Already knew its the alternator. I got a tow to a place that checked that for free. And then fixed the alternator. Took 5 minutes to see that yes its the alternator.This company has fake reviews. If you read further down you will see they try to over charge people.Alot of people on here not happy with the service but they try to coat it with fake reviews. Tsk tsk. Do your homework and dont get taken advantage of like I almost did. Dont let the nice voice over the phone fool you!

I arrived on Thursday morning to have my serpintine belt replaced. It was diagnosed on Friday that a pulley needed to be replaced. I received the car late Monday afternoon with the car repaired. The driver door and steering wheel were dirty with grease. The person at the front desk was very courteous and explained the repair thouroughly. They shop sent their estimate and pictures of the repair by phone for easy approval. If you are a AAA member you get a discount.

This is the second time I have taken my car to Quality the first time was in April, an ABS system cost me more than 2 thousand dollars. Fast forward to December and my transmission blew, I was quoted more than double Double THAN ALL THE OTHER PLACES I CALLED.Not only am I extremely upset by that, Im upset thats the second time its happened to me.IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN DO NOT GO TO THIS REPAIR SHOP!!

Great Customer Service, Very Rialable. I felt very comfortable leaving my car for service, they did a terrific job with my Audi. I love it felt very happy and Excited for the service they did. Also they recommended other company for anything else you might have that they dont provide, which for me that is excellent. You can have your eyes closed as confident that they will provide you with every detail needs to be done and what will be the best option and prices. I was seriously blown away at the professionalism, cleanliness and amazing customer service of this auto shop. My husband referred me to go there, and since we’re not from Miami I was initially just going to take it to a Honda service center. I’m glad I went to this place instead!!There are free snacks and drinks in the waiting area, and the front desk guy is friendly and straight to the point. I really liked the fact that you can have them call someone else when they contact you. For instance, I put my husband down as the contact so that when they call for any additional work if necessary, they’ll call him and not me!But my absolute favorite part of this place is that they do a full inspection, take pictures of the items (oil/brake lights/etc.), and put it online!! They send you a link and you just scroll through and select what you want to have repaired, click Approve, and that’s that! Super easy, and no obligation to get anything done that you don’t feel is needed.I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but had they not done the inspection, I wouldn’t have known that one of my brake lights was out.Oh, and they also CLEANED my car. I don’t even clean my car, so this was the cherry on top.This place is THE BEST!!!

The first time I visited as a Costco referral, the cosmetics of the office looked good.. by the 3rd time I visited, I realised they charge double the labour hours than my previous mechanic. 5.75 hours of labor for suspension replacement is insane. But I hoped the quality of service is better..I drove my car a week back with an issue in suspension (was charged lil.more than $2000) and drove out with Engine and ABS lights on!! Not sure what did the mechanic do to my car!!! I was quoted another about $2500 which I knew from experience will end up with additional couple grands if I leave the car.I ended up selling the car the same week for about 3K less than the fair value with the warning lights on!!!Another bad experience was that the guys kept arguing about how they told me thingson phone while they did not. So no point trying to talk your way.

I wish I was writing a positive review because everything up to the point where it all fell apart was fine. The shop works with warranties which is why I went to the shop in the 1st place, They were able to work things out with my warranty in order to get my car fixed but when it comes time to pay I I have to pay a handling fee because the part was shipped to them instead of chosen by the shop. Needless to say its a money grab of 150$. When I was informed to this charge it was not made clear. Even after I stated that the only charge I wanted to pay was the deductible. Even so the shop did not want to work with me because of this. So I swallowed the loss in extremely difficult financial times and all I can do is write this review. Lost a customer to due to petty fees.

Service was courteous and good as always but staff was not wearing masks in the office so I will not be returning nor recommending in a long time.

You can tell their management team has gone the extra mile to think of everything the customer hates about vehicle maintenance and taken steps to improve it. First time I called this location and the professionalism was excellent. I found this place through my extended warranty which was there 1st recommendation. Made my appt and took my car in. 1st person I met was Andres, he listen and looked over my car and was very helpful. Left my car as it was making a noise in the air condition and the engine light turned on. Next day, my car was diagnosed, they worked with my extended warranty directly and then fixed my car. 2nd person I worked with was with Carlos. I drove Carlos crazy, as a single Mom I need my car quick and ask alot of questions. He was so helpful, worked with extended warranty directly making it stress free for me. They both were honest, upfront, explained cost not covered, what the charge would be and they made my experience great. My car was returned fixed and they advised any issues to return the car, with no worries. Friendly staff, clean location, mask required, hand sanitizer offered, coffee, snacks and making the customer feel very comfortable. They have gain a new family member with me and I highly recommend this repair location for your car repair. Glad I met them and so will you. I spent a long time thinking about this review, and I decided that I should share my experience so that others know what they are getting into when they bring a car here.First the good: they did a very thorough job, and they did it well. I only needed to have new tires put on and to have the alignment done. But they also cleaned the car meticulously and they did a nice job with it (it was almost like having the car detailed).As for the bad... I did not ask them to inspect my car and try to find every possible repair that it might need. But they did it anyway. Instead of just having new tires put on, they spent hours and hours inspecting the car. Thats fine, I suppose, but the really bad part is how they tried to convince me to get hundreds of dollars of unnecessary repairs. I was shocked when they showed me a repair estimate of around $1,500! I looked it over and they wanted to do an enormous amount of work. They wanted to replace each and every filter (even ones that I had replaced recently). They wanted to change all the fluids (e.g., transmission, etc.). I said no. I took it to another shop that I know and trust. They told me I did not need the repairs that Quality Auto said I needed. I didnt want to jump to a conclusion, so I took it to another shop. The second shop also confirmed that I did not need new transmission fluid and so forth.So heres the upshot. Miami Quality Auto is likely to do a good job with the work you give them. They seem very solid in that respect. But they are also likely to try to convince you to get work done that is unnecessary. I strongly dislike that. A lot of people, like myself, know very little about cars and need to trust our mechanics. When a shop tries hard to convince someone to pay for work they dont need, it undermines that trust. Ill never come back to Quality Auto and I will advise others against it as well.

Great shop and Andres is very approachable and explains things well. May not be the cheapest in town, but they are competitive and the name does say Quality, which means its done right the 1st time. Definitely recommend.

Always friendly and helpful associates provide explanations of work done and needing to be done. I never feel pushed into getting a service done. We work together on figuring out most important repairs first and on how long other repairs can wait. This last time I won an oil change by answering some trivia on the newsletter. They left many tiny, pity things undone, and gave me a list of them when they changed the motor of my automóvil, I suppose because they wanted to charge for it. I mean like refilling the coolant to its level and things like that. Then would not cover things that became wrong because of the jib done there either. I am very disappointed

This is my first experience with this company, I was quoted an enormous amount through the Lincoln Dealer which caused me to look up cost for my issue, by checking online this company came up,Glad I took the chance with them. My husband went by they scheduled an appointment for the next day. He took the car in and after review it was determined the parts werent in but they would order it and provided a loaner car until the repair on the car was completed. My husband was very pleased with the service, the great customer service, the communication letting us know when the parts came in and advising when the car is completed . The car was given back cleaned and completely repaired. I would absolutely return if necessary. Great Service

They treat you like a person, not a number. Obviously they are not open 24/7, but their hours do meet my busy work schedule especially when you are experiencing; urgent/emergency issues with your car. This company meets the needs of the times.. quick turnaround/inspection details digitally.. and great incentives for customers like referral programs, AAA discounts, etc. Another bonus.. free snacks while you wait!

This place is how ALL car mechanic shops should be run! I had gotten so used to being taken advantage of, lied to, and treated poorly that I forgot what true quality customer service should look like. This place is amazing! They fixed what 2 other car mechanic shops could not while attending to my battery problem (and did not charge me for it b/c it was so simple a fix!). They have shown on two separate occasions that they value their integrity and honesty over money and because of that they have earned our families business for life!

Top of the line service!

I was surprised you have to drop of by 9 for an oil Change and your car is not guaranteed finished until 5:30 pm. I dropped off at 8 am and got my car back at 2:30 pm and all I did was get the oil changed. More concerning was I did not see a single person on staff wearing a face mask, despite Florida covid cases surging. To me that alone is enough not to go back.
