I own a 2013 Kia Optima and I was having issues with my A/C !.. terrible... I live in Miami and to not have the A/C working is the worst.I went to ER Custom Automotive, and from the very beginning, the service was above and beyond. Lupe was extremely helpful and George, the owner, were courteous and professional.They took the car, checked it, keeping constant communication with what was happening with the vehicle and what was being worked on. Finally, only a few days later, I was picking up my car - and the A/C was working GREAT! - thank you to George and his team at ER Custom Automotive!

They charged us, but didn’t fix our car. They pretended to align the wheels, but it showed it was misaligned, when faster than certain speed. The place we went after aligned fast and charged less. Look for 5star places. And many of their reviews are made by the owners, employees and their families...

EXCELLENT! Professional! Courteous! And reasonably priced! My power steering froze up. George and his excellent team found the parts used and fixed it quickly! In the end, I was charged 1/3 of what it could have been. Every time I use my power steering in a tight spot, I remember the excellent service I got from ER Custom.

Less than a year ago I had these guys mount 4 brand new tires on my 4 brand new steel wheels. The guys didnt know which side was in or out for the tires or even look for the D.O.T. so I educated them for you but still It took 3 guys two hours to mount and figure how to balance the tires. I ended up with over a pound and a half of weights on one wheel, zero on another and the others an ounce or two. The truck shook like hell until the pound and a half got chucked off somewhere in the keys. (Hope it didnt kill anyone). Fast forward to today... all 4 of the valvestems are cracked. One is whistling and will only hold 5psi. These professionals charged me $150. To mount and balance these 4 tires and wheels. I was charged $10. Each valve stem , I got completely ripped off and hope people can learn from my experience.

Where do I even begin...went in for a simple oil change. Ended up staying there for about 5 hrs. According to the owner my Subaru 2016 had a striped oil pan bolt when the last person to service my car was the dealership 🤔. So they continue to try and fix my car ended up leaving the broken bolt in there and my car without any oil and drainage. I had to pay a tow truck to have my car sent home with no oil at all. Meaning if I turn on my car i risk messing up my engine. All I wanted was a simple oil change. Now I have my car sitting in the driveway with a high bill to the dealer that I have to pay for them damaging my car. He didn’t even offer me compensation for my wasted time and damaged service part. I definitely will be reaching out to the consumer bureau this is not okay. And to wipe your hands and say it was the certified dealership who stripped my oil pan and bolt. I don’t think so. I’m not one to write bad reviews or complain but if you can’t be provide a service please do not offer it because now this is going to cost me triple of what it was initially worth.

I took my car here for an oil change today. People were very friendly and proficient. My oil change didn’t take long at all and everyone seemed as if they were family. Will absolutely be coming back here from now on. Prices were very reasonable.

Every visit has been extraordinary. The owner is super personable and supportive, something that sat with me was the fact that he personally went out to get what was needed for my car, i felt so grateful and supported that out of his busy day he would make sure i am taken care of instead of sending me away (which has happened before). Before i met the owner I had some good experiences with the staff where i felt safe and provided for with their service and knowledge on what was going on with my car. As i continue to go there i meet more and more staff and they all are amazing and super informative, it’s really important to keep up with your car and find a trusting mechanic, i found that trust at ER Custom. AVOID “ER CUSTOMS”!!! They charged me for a part that did not fix the problem. Then they wanted me to change the tires. Then, a wheel. Then, get a new sensor. I went to another place, and they fixed without changing anything! AVOID “ER CUSTOMS”!!!AVOID!!! My car was pushing to the right, bought a Groupon ($47) and brought here to align. They said I had to change a part, for the alignment to stay. They changed it, didn’t make any difference. I brought back, they said I had to change the tires, for the alignment to stay. Brought the tires for them to change. They charged me AGAIN for the alignment. So, they charged me for a part that was good, and TWICE for the alignment. Please, avoid this place. They charged me: $47 first alignment, $149 for the unnecessary part, $25 for unnecessary tire rotation, $80 for changing tires and balancing them, $47 AGAIN for alignment. Then they said I had to buy a new wheel, for the alignment to stay, because it was not possible to balance it. And they broke a tire sensor and were unable to fix it. Finally, I didn’t believe them, I went to another place, and this place fixed in 1 hour. I wasted 4 (four!) Days at ER Customs, and they didn’t fix. The new place fixed everything in 1 (one) HOUR, only one single hour. When we went there to ask for my money back (as they didn’t fix the car), they were rude with us, suggested that we shouldn’t complain (because we are from another country, repeating many times “here is the United States”), kicked us out of the place and called the police. AVOID “ER Customs!!!

These people do not deserve any trust! Do not go and do not buy the groupon for oil change. They charged extra $30 for my luxury car, despite the fact that I payed $99 for oil change! It is scam. They killed the car. They did not put normal level of oil. They arevabsolutely not professional people. They put 5 quarts of oil instead 9 required. Do not go to them and do not trust!! I am going to the lawyer to file the claim!

We pride ourselves in providing the best service at the best price.... Be mindful that if you come for service and it takes longer than usual, this is the case for many shops and reviews should be based on quality of service and customer service. If you waited a few hours to save a few hundred bucks, its not proper to give a low review because it took longer than usual. The only question should be did you die? Just kidding, but did you get the service you came in for and was the staff friendly and helpful. Additionally, we have had only 2 negative reviews and the one from user20 is a disgruntled employee pretending to be a customer. We have 100s of positive reviews on Groupon and we were selected to be an Amazon seller based on the frequency of positive feedback online. Dont be fooled by a competitor who was once an employee who was fired for committing fraud at my facility. Lastly, the customer that accused us of destroying their alignment was upset that he needed a new rack and pinion and did not want to spend money on his salvage vehicle is not representative of our service. Every business will have those customers that are unreasonable and want to seek revenge online because they did not opt for the service we recommended. Come check us out as oppose to be lead astray from vindictive customers/former employees.

I came for a synthetic oil change on groupon. They didn’t have synthetic oil for 3 days. Once they did, they charged me an additional $15 for a filter and $3.43 for tax. They didn’t mention this in the groupon and it felt like a bait and switch.

Only because of Seth I gave 1 star, other than that, this place should have NO STARS.I left the car first thing in the morning at 9:00 am WITH the all the parts needed and it is now 8:48 pm and they are still working on the car. When I called repeatedly during the day they said they were working on it. I am so disappointed. There is no reason for car mechanic to have all parts and nothing get done in 11 hours. SO PISSED!
